Over the years the business moved to its larger state of the art facility further down on Teasley across from Guyer High school offering several working bays and a stylish waiting area with the same great customer service and accommodations. They have started back doing State Inspection as of this year! I have been with them for 9 years and they continue to be very relevant for me and my family for all our auto needs. I especially like the overall service point inspection to keep you up to date on your car's needs to get ahead on the maintenance required for optimal performance. A little while later the lights have been replaced, but I can't tell if the lights work because it's still day time. I wait until night and flip the switch. Nothing. I go back the next morning to let them know and they say "If we let you leave, it was working". So now they're calling me a liar and want an additional $200 for diagnostics that they didn't run when I first brought my car in. No thanks. I'll take my car elsewhere. I'm not trusting you guys if you didn't even offer the diagnostic the day before and tried to brush me off twice in 2 days. They said they would reach out to try to resolve the problem, but it's been a month and I haven't heard back.

The same battery I just replaced 6 months ago from a local Valvalin oil change. Got the invoice and it clearly states rotation even though its obvious the fixed flat is still in same location. My guess is the tires were not rotated. Ill add a pic of the soap on the fixed flat. Left rear. You would think the soap would have been washed off. Ugly. I was told they also changed the oil, now I must check that too to verify it was actually done and not just charged for work I didn't receive. What is going on here?

Luckily, Tim from Maverick Motors was more than willing to head out my way and replace the battery with a higher quality battery at a very reasonable price. Tim is a military veteran and takes pride in his work. He worked on my ride quickly, and was respectful of the workspace. Stay far far away from Lorentz Automotive/Lewisville Muffler…read more I called asked for an appointment to replace the Catalytic Converter on my Jeep Cherokee Sport 2001, 2 WD. Ballpark they quoted me $400-$600. Dropped my car off when I picked it up the bill was $996, and what they did instead of replacing the Catalytic Converter like I requested. they cut it in half and only changed half of the Catalytic Converter, then said "oh you need to get the back part installed soon it's going out.". They cut the Catalytic Converter in half only changed half if the Catalytic Converter now they are asking for $700 just for the missing half. I called Huffines Jeep and told them never to recommend Lorentz Automotive/Lewisville Muffler to anyone again. They are shocked that the Catalytic Converter got cut in half. Now I am looking for someone to install 1/2 , Huffines said they only install complete Catalytic Converter

They told me it was actually both of my converters, which devastated me. I knew I couldn't afford it. Then, they actually took the time to research and look for ways to save money. The guy that helped me out actually found a special coverage warranty for my model and my converters were actually covered. I set up the appt with Huffines Chevy, and they did the work and replaced it free of charge. I had tears in my eyes. They truly made my christmas special, and I can't thank them enough.
