I have a lowered (about 1 inch) onto sport springs BMW 328. It's not extreme by any means but almost every shop I called for an alignment said they couldn't get this car on their ramps for alignment. Aaron said he thought they could (they have an in-ground ramp for alignments) if the wheel alignment adapters would fit in the tires. Bought it in, they took a look, and presto we have an alignment. Very friendly, nice clean shop, and based on location (albeit on a Monday morning) not a long wait and not crazy busy. If you have a lowered vehicle and you need an alignment - AND there's still clearance between tires and fenders for them to fit the tire-hugging wheel adapter claws - give Aaron and team a call. read more

Made appointment for flat fix and rotation. Arrived on time and waited. After 2.5 hrs and no update I was told they were waiting on a battery that failed a test. The same battery I just replaced 6 months ago from a local Valvalin oil change. Got the invoice and it clearly states rotation even though its obvious the fixed flat is still in same location. My guess is the tires were not rotated. Ill add a pic of the soap on the fixed flat. Left rear. You would think the soap would have been washed off. Ugly. I was told they also changed the oil, now I must check that too to verify it was actually done and not just charged for work I didn't receive. What is going on here? read more

The Tech neglected to tighten a bolt after they did the Alignment and ruined a mounting hole on the crossmember. Basically broke the steering. Now trying to deal with Corporate to pay the repair/claim.... But they will ghost you! If you have your vehicle serviced here, I think I would double check their work! read more

Poor customer service. Went in for 2025 emission only test for the state requirement in December. He did not tell me had to do total testing and charged $25 and not the emission only of $7 for January required test. I asked for emission only and no warning of full $charge. Do not go to this location!!!! Tried to sell tires etc. Unethical upselling. read more

I have to give a shout out to Firestone in Bartonville! AJ was super nice through all this ice storm junk. Dropped it Sunday morning and didn't find out til about 5pm that evening that the tire had to be replaced, they were really busy. It wasn't ready til late on Monday and by then the roads were bad. They kept my car all this time, safe inside a bay, til I was able to come today to get it. Super polite and kind, both AJ and the other guy I talked to on the phone. Wish I'd caught his name. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Jordan is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. He would interrupt and talk over me and then on the phone, he hung up on me multiple times. I was trying to go over my concerns and issues and apparently didn't want to hear it. So he just said, I will see you when you come to get your car and ended the call. When I called back and asked to speak to Andrew Jewell, the listed manager, he hung up again. I called three other times and they would just pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I came in Friday and said I had three concerns: alignment, oil leak, and intermittent check engine (small evap). They never called me later the day, like they said they would, so I called them. Jordan said my car would not be ready until the next day. 10 minutes later he called back and said it was ready since it was only an alignment. I said what about oil leak and evap. He said let me look into and call you back. I never received a call. The next day, I had not heard from them by 2:00 so I called. Jordan again answered saying the car was ready and they couldn't tell where the leak was coming from. So I would have to do a die test and come back. I proceeded to ask about the Evap issue. He was confused and then said, yeah check engine light. Well since it isn't on right now there is nothing we can check. I proceeded to ask about the smoke test. He said they can't do that today. Again, the frustration is building and so I want to air out my issues with the service, communication, and apathy I am experiencing from them starting with him not calling me. He claims he did multiple times. I asked which number he called and he rattled off a different number than what I gave when I dropped it off and frankly a different number than he called me on the day before. I kept getting half hearted "I apologize", but it lacked any kind of empathy, understanding, or ownership. I know a bit about cars, more than your average person, and if you do not know about cars, they will take advantage of you, not intentionally, but there is willful laziness from this staff and I am not sure they properly diagnose vehicle issues and just don't want to take the time to ensure quality. read more

Was so blessed to have Firestone! It's hard when on a Sunday you need automotive work. (They're open!!) it's even harder when you have a tire issue and no where to go. I was so grateful when I bought my tire in this last Sunday for an assessment. It was not a standard car tire it was for a lawn tractor and I wasn't even sure if they'd be willing to see why it wasn't holding air. They were more than accommodating and willing to check it out. couldn't give it zero but I took my car in because my tire needed change it had a huge nail stuck in it. Later on I get my car serviced maybe a couple weeks later they told me I have that same exact nail in the same exact spot to where I thought firestone had fixed it. so I paid for them to do nothing to my car. read more

Will never go back and will be closing my account. Had the AC go out in our Van and was told they would order part. My wife explained the urgency as we had to leave for major family medical reasons and needed to drive the car in specific day out of state for care. Was assured we would be ok and they would order part. Called few days later and we asked for status and the person forgot to order part and was out of office for a while. We reexplained the situation and was advised part and repair would be done day before we leave. I called today to confirm (day before we leave) and was told they got the wrong part yesterday. So I had a pretty bad experience here getting my brakes done. I made an appointment early in the morning, to ensure that I would not run into issues as I had an important family event later that afternoon. I got to firestone, told them that I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced. Explained to them that I had had a previous poor experience at another firestone and that this is the work I wanted done. Also told them that I needed the car done by 1pm (this would give them nearly 4.5 hours) and they said it wouldn't be a problem. They even wrote down that I needed the car by 1. 4 hours later (around 1230), I get a phone call saying that my brake inspection was done and that they recommended I replaced rotors and pads... Something I already told them I wanted and not to mention that it took nearly 4 hours for a simple brake inspection. Then I was told that the car was not going to be done by 1 (duh), that they had ordered the parts and could definitely have it done by 2. My family event was at 2... The car was already apart so I decided to just wait. 2 oclock and the parts are still not there... 3 oclock and they had just shown up and I was out the door approximately 320ish and almost 2 hours late to the event. No explanation why, no apology for the poor service and mismanaged work, no offer on a discount or credit of some type to make up for the inconvenience. The only reason I went to firestone was because I had a credit card with them that I had not used in quite some time. Next time, I'll be sticking to my original conviction and going to a mom and pop shop. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. read more

PSA: Do not use the Firestone in Bartonville. Raymond, the manager, literally just called the police to file charges against me for Theft of a $120 service bill. I went to pick the car up before they were supposed to close at 7 pm and found the door locked. I then checked the car to find it unlocked with a key sitting in the cup holder. I decided to drive it home so that it wouldn't get stolen and because I was pissed that they closed early and left the keys in it. Don't even get me started on the decline of service at this location but calling the police on a $120 service bill while at the same time holding my spare $400 key fob is just ridiculous. I think I may have dropped the spare key in the vehicle and the mechanic found it and put it in the cup holder. So thank you to the mechanic but Raymond didn't even call to ask if I had the vehicle or when I'd be in to pay the bill. He called and said I'm filing charges if you don't pay this NOW! I could even here the police officer in the background. I just payed over the phone because I didn't think I could get there before they closed so hopefully I don't get arrested tonight. What a frickin joke. Note: I have five vehicles that I've only had serviced there for over 5 years when they opened. I know them by name I'm such a regular. read more

I went into Firestone at 8:30am to get a oil change and Inspection. The service guy said it would take 3 hours. I waited 5 hrs and called Firestone to find out they still hadn't done the oil change or Inspection. He said 2 more hours. I waited until 5:30 and called again they just finished my oil but didn't do the inspection. I picked up my Jeep to find out the computer was down all day and was unable to do inspection . There was no communication to me to what happen. He said if you come a Monday morning we will take care of you. I returned Monday and ask if they can communicate with me on my inspection and I proceeded to say all the issues I had the day before. The service guy refused my service gave me my keys and said we will not service you if you expect an inspection today due to possible issues with computer. All I ask was for communication. I purchased 4 tires from Firestone back in January of 2020. On my way home I had a flat tire on a BUSY HIGHWAY I got the donut on. I went to this Firestone because it was the CLOSEST to me. I go there and the doors was still open. I told the man could he Please repair my tire tonight, he said No I let my technicians go Early. I took my parent's van in to the Firestone in Bartonville yesterday due to a grinding sound we assumed was the brakes. My parents are 80 years old and this was a big deal to them. I explained this to the gentleman that took the info from me. Sure enough, it was the brakes. Cost to fix $458.97. Not too bad as it needed rotors as well. They went on to say that it would need a brake fluid flush $79.99, oh, and by the way, the ball joints were split and that would be $1083.00, plus another $85 to align. We did not want to drive to west Fort Worth, but did for a second opinion from a mechanic they knew years ago. Brake job $308.00. No fluid flush needed. We asked about the ball joints (not something you usually check when doing breaks). They were NOT cracked or split. I would advise you not to visit this Firestone, or any other for that matter if this is how they plan to make money. Whole cost of repair from an honest mechanic $308.00. I gave one star only because it made me put something in. read more
