I've grabbed Spudnuts several times for work now and everyone asks where they're from because they love them! I'm not sure how these compare to other Spudnuts around town but I'll continue to visit this one since it's only 5 mins away from me. They have the usual variety of donuts - mainly raised and a few cake donut options. They also offer sandwiches and smoothies which I have yet to try. It's located next to Wendy's in Old Town Goleta - the parking lot is really tiny and is shared by multiple businesses. To exit the parking lot you have to go all the way into the back and turn around.

This place is so cute! The workers are so sweet and service is super fast. Donuts are so good too

I understand that California is known for not having good bagels, but this was a new level. I almost don't know if I can classify this as a bagel considering it was less than an inch thick. I ordered the cheddar jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and received this squished bagel even after waiting in line for a decent amount of time. The bagel was warm and toasted well but seemed stepped on and had no fluffy chewiness.....yikes. Cream cheese was good but they were very stingy! I guess this place is only somewhere to go for donuts....

Walking home from getting a coffee we had an urge to try a donut from here. The crumb topped cinnamon roll caught our eye. Since it was so big we decided to share. It came out to $3 for 1 donut. It was big so we went for it. The first couple of bites were disappointing as the donut seemed stale. But from about the middle on it seemed way more moist. Good flavors, just not sure i will be back.

Solid spot but be weary about donut availability on weekdays. I suspect some donut fiend comes by in the morning and takes everything that is good. Maybe not however because they probably just move the good stuff to Isla Vista. I rarely see this location heavily trafficked. Sandwiches are good, if you find yourself at the Merc this is one of the few options that are open late at night. I love spudnuts.

A new donut joint that recently opened less than a year or so. It is opened 24 HOURS so I am able to go during the wee hours of the night when I am craving for delicious sweet fluffy goodness. The ambiance of the place gives off a comfortable kicked back mood with seating inside or outside if it is a nice day or evening. There is a wide variety of drinks and coffee along with two showcases filled with SPUDNUTS! A few of my favorites include: the french cruller (light and heavenly), any sized type of glazed donut or even the cinnamon buns or rolls! yummmm!! NOTE: Ask to put any donut in the microwave for 15 seconds. OMG. IT is a MUST try- although it is great the way it is, the microwave tip helps the taste buds and heavenly feeling come faster when the donut enters your mouth.

Great doughnuts. Nice employees and reasonable prices. Plus they are open late at night.

Their drinks are addictedly delicious! I have tried several different ones from espresso, latte, to matcha and non-caffeinated drinks. Each one has been consistently great. 2 stars Due to their popularity, there's always almost a line out the door. However, if you follow them on IG, they do post update stories throughout the day about quantity status and how long the wait would be. They're pretty efficient, so even with a long line, I've never waited more than 20-30mins. 1 star The store is not meant for a sit down and hang out or study spot, but big enough to fit a good number of customers waiting around for drinks. 1 star They don't offer latte art or even hot drink, but ALL of their cold drinks and baked good are more than enough to make up for that! 1 star Really wish they'll start expanding soon. Central Coast can really use a great Asian coffee/bakery. As for now, I'll just have to drive down to Santa Barbara once or twice a month to get my Kin fix! This is the breakdown of my rating for coffee shops: Quality of coffee/drinks/food: up to 2 stars Consistently offer latte art: 1 Star Atmosphere: 1 Star Customer service: 1 Star
