AMAZING pho and chicken egg rolls. I've been to a couple of different pho places but never liked it so I made Sprouts my Go to on Pho. 12/10

Just had the strawberry boba, so can't speak for the food. It wasn't too sweet/icy. Sealed top. I thought the amount of boba given was just fine. Everyone's boba's preferences are different though, so some might prefer just a *tad* bit more. Consistency of the boba was good too. We were seated very quickly. Good service. Clean space. read more

It was a cold and stormy night when I visited this location in December 2018. My sister, her baby, and I were in the waiting area which was freezing cold every time someone entered. Then we finally decided to ask to make our order to go. Just as our food order was placed a table finally became free so we asked if we could go ahead and be seated and the cashier said no. I requested to speak to the manager (Eric) and asked if he could make an exception as we previously anticipated for a table and had waited a good while. He said no it's policy that they can't change Togo orders to dine in with out the slightest sign of empathy in his voice. I told him I would be placing this review and he seemed unbothered then I requested to speak with the owner. He gave me Steve's number But I figured if this is the type of employees he hires I rather not even hear his response. By this time I'm very upset and after thinking about the situation I decided to cancel my to go order. As I was doing so a guy came up with our food and when the cashier told him I was canceling he shouted oh great, literally with a sound joy as if he'd be the one eating it. This entire situation was humiliating and I will not be returning. read more

Pho cooked fresh every morning. Bowl sizes are regular, large an Super Bowl. Their torpedo shrimp is the BOMB! Crunchy beef spring rolls and grill pork are one of my favorite springrolls. Their shaken beef is also pretty good, one of the best I've had in Arlington but a little on the pricey side. I would give the place a try if you haven't already! Can't forgot the boba drinks ! read more

As a good little local pho joint, Sprouts can't be beat. I love the variety of fun spring rolls they offer, and have tried several. The peanut sauce is quite delicious as well- I especially enjoy the little crushed peanuts on top! The pho, while a bit oily, is flavorful, and the herbs and sprouts on the side are always fresh. The meatballs are especially tasty. The decor is super cute and mod, and the service is always quite prompt. It is a delightful treat to go grab some pho at Sprouts! read more

my favorite place to eat in arlington. i've had my fair share of pho restaurants but this place is by far the best i've had. the grilled chicken springrolls here are my favorite in all of DFW. i eat here about 3 times a week and it amazes me everytime. read more

I came here on a monday afternoon because of its close vicinity to the UTA campus. Of course my expectation for a Vietnamese restaurant that serves mainly the American population is lackluster. I tried the duck mango spring rolls which were a refreshing delight. The duck skin was still nice and warm with a slight crispiness to it and paired with the slight tang of the fresh mango made it a delight. The shaken beef salad was tender but a bit on the salty side for my taste and sadly, the beef Pho noodle soup was rather bland and disappointing. All in all I would just stick to the spring rolls for this pricey joint. read more

all my friends told me this place had terrible pho. that it was salty. that it catered to an american crowd. i do not believe that to be true. i went in thinking i was going to hate my food. i was INCREDIBLY mistaken. i am a pho snob i love love love pho. ive eaten pho 11 days in a row. i love it home made store bought is fine but i loved their pho. plenty of meat plenty of soup plenty of noodle for a great price. 8$ for my large meat lovers pho. i hate springrolls so i didnt get any and it seemed over priced for 2 of em... my only complaint about this place is theres a lot of workers here compared to how small this place is. there was a lot of people standing around just doing nothing watching the tables and then looking around some more haha like go in the back please. lots of kids working here so yeah. ive eaten here twice in a month now and ill prob eat there more since its close by. def a great place for quick bite to eat. read more

I will definitely miss this place when I fly home! The service is awesome - the staff is so friendly and efficient, it really stood out to me both times that I was here (once for take out, once for dining in). The vegetable spring rolls were tasty, but the standouts were definitely the tofu spring roll and the California spring roll. The peanut sauce and pineapple sauce were pretty good, but I preferred mixing a little bit of hoisin sauce with a ton of the chili garlic sauce - game changer! And the sautéed edamame appetizer is an absolute must try. Garlic-y, spicy, so flavorful and delicious. You can't beat the prices, and it's a good healthy option in an area that's seriously lacking in healthy eats. read more

Sprout's Springroll & Pho - Chili garlic edamame - Vietnamese Near Me - Arlington, Texas

See all

Have been here for dine in and to go a few times. Most recent time we dined in, it was packed but we were seated in about 20 minutes. We had a really nice server who explained the menu really well. We started out with an appetizer order of spicy edamame and shrimp spring rolls. For entree, I did a seafood pho with seafood broth while my colleague did the vermicelli. It was really good. Large portions and plenty of flavor. The strawberry boba was also really good. Will definitely come back! read more

Wouldn't say this place is awesome for having Pho in it's name, but if you do decide to stop in the torpedo shrimp are pretty good. The spring rolls were just okay definatly not the best. read more

I've been to sprouts several times. It's not my favorite pho but its close to my house and I really like the spring rolls here. Don't get me wrong the pho is good but just average. I really enjoy the duck and mango spring roll, which is great on a nice day sitting at the patio at Sprouts. read more

Pho is ok, vermicelli dish is ok, spring rolls are really good, service was great! Oh and it's a little more $$ than most pho restaurants. It's close to my job, if there was another option for Pho I would probably try it, the food here to me is just ok. read more

Fantastic pho and bubble tea. I was in town for business and couldn't have been happier to stumble upon this gem for lunch. Yum!

This place has me very disappointed. My wife has introduced me to many Vietnamese restaurants and I've liked them all. We got to this place 30 minutes prior to closing. We made our order to go since we didn't want to be burdens and make the employees stay late. We waited for our order and one of the employees came back 5 minutes before closing and said that they were not going to cook anymore for the night. I had to get a refund which took 3 days to return to my account. You can make an order and take my money 30 minutes prior, but you can't cook? They could of told us that when we got there, Instead of making us wait that time for nothing. Very unpleasant experience. read more

I'm sad to say that the service continuously goes down at my favorite restaurant in Arlington. Called in an order 30 min. ahead and they didn't even start making it when I showed up for pick up. They should treat me better for the amount of money my company and I spend here every week. Disappointed again. read more

Great food but horrible customer service. Guy tells me they didn't close until 9. Can I still sit and eat? Yes you may. Get there at 8:40 oh we are closed. I just got off the phone with someone who said that you were open until 9. Yea but we shut everything down at 8:30. So you need to say we are closed at 8:30 and not 9. I waisted gas driving to your establishment just for you to turn me away smh. read more

Great food. Not super busy. Not good servicing. Too long to get check. Hmmmm, second time this happened. Last time i had to walk around corner and break up staff chat. Really nice friendly folks here, buts CUSTOMER SERVICING that brings us back when food is this good. read more

Bad service, I sat outside and wasn't waited on until about 30 min, people came and went. Waiters walked by and looked but didn't say anything. Was offered free tea, declined it. Don't sit outside or you'll die of hunger....! read more

Awesome place to eat! I had the Shaken Steak (marinated in soy sauce, oyster sauce, w/minced garlic), Jasmine rice & salad w/ginger dressing (very tasty). While my wife had the Beef Pho, which was amazing. We also had Shrimp Spring Rolls and fried Pork Dumplings. Service was the best, and an all-around super experience :) read more

Arlington..... every single vietnamese restaurant is run down and it seems like no one cares for the decor and cleanliness of its establishment.... Not Sprouts.... Clean cut and modern lookin. I only had their Chicken Pho and a green tea but I was satisfied! As it stands, 5 stars... but will be back when im in the area. read more

My wife and I ordered the meat lovers pho and California Rolls. We got Tofu rolls instead. Our California rolls arrived later (but, no peanut sauce this time). My water had a noodle in it (GROSS)! Everyone around us received their soup first. My pho was very tasty but could've used more cilantro. My wife's pho was skimpy on the round steak (I got twice as much as she did). The atmosphere was nice. The decor was pleasant. read more

Awesome service and food! The Brisket Pho was amazing. Near where the Cowboys play so it would be a great pre-game lunch or dinner.

Lovely matcha green tea shake!! Best tasting Pho in the DFW area that I have had so far! They actually season their meat here. I was very happy doing business here. Thanks! read more

This has become a regular spot. So good! Food is real fresh and they prepare it when you order it, so it does take some time to bring it out. Jasmine tea is really good. The regular (small) bowl of pho is so big, I actually suggest sharing a bowl if you're with a friend/date!! The spring rolls are huge, two to an order. Fried rice is delicious and not greasy. No complaints at all with this place, other than I wish the peanut sauce had a little more flavor. They get 5 stars because of their service. My mom ordered some rice and egg rolls to go and I wanted sweet and sour sauce. It was near the end of the night and they were out (I don't think they even have it, to be honest). The staff actually went to a near by Chinese restaurant and got me some sweet and sour sauce!! I swear the Chicken Pho has healing powers. It's all so good. My new addiction. read more

The service was not great but it wasn't horrible. They have a good variety of spring rolls such as chicken and duck spring rolls. We just had the traditional ones but they were fresh and quite tasty. The prices are slightly higher than most authentic Vietnamese places but the food was really good. The pho had a really good broth and the beef in the house vermicelli was surprisingly very tender and flavorful. read more

Inexpensive food, always fresh- if your main objective is "authentic" then you might be a little disappinted- but of you are satisfied by fresh and yummy, you'll enjoy this place. The chicken pho and veggie pho are both good. Tofu spring rolls are delish. Make sure to request peanut sauce on the side. read more

Shaken beef!!!! This meal is just delicious. The spring rolls and the sauteed edamame are creativly tasty. One of my Arlington Favorites

Go here now! Eat the beef pho and the shrimp spring rolls. Delicious!

I visited Sprout's on a whim with a friend who had a taste for Pho. Sprout's did not disappoint. Authentic flavors, a variety of menu options, fast and informative service, and very fresh meats and veggies. I ordered the egg noodles with fresh veggies and chicken. The flavor profile and textures were perfect. I will definitely visit again. read more

I love this place. Best spring rolls ever. Too bad they close so early on Sunday.

I love to eat hear, everything is very fresh, and tasty. My favorite is Shaken Beef, but the Mamba Shrimp is amazing. The fried rice is the best ever. The Spring Rolls, and the peanut sauce is delicious. The Smoothies are perfect. The service is always good, Karla was our most recent server, she was perfect. The atmosphere is pleasant. The portion sizes are very generous. read more

My boyfriend and I come here regularly and for the most part it's great. We really enjoy one specific server (Eric) because he remembered our orders after being served by him a couple times. Now we ask for him all the time. Always in a great mood. The food is AMAZING if you go on a day where good cooks are there. When they're not, it decent haha. read more

I was introduced to this place by my best friend a few months ago. I particularly LOVE the spring rolls (chicken, beef, and shrimp are ALL amazing). Not to mention, plentiful-the rolls are generously sized. The fried rice and garlic edamame are my go-to's. I deducted one star due to having to wait each time I have ordered to-go...despite showing up at the times my food was promised. I've had to wait up to 10-15 minutes before. It wasn't a HUGE deal, but the point of calling ahead was to avoid such. Overall, I love this place and will continue patronizing. read more

The vegetarian pho, veggie egg rolls, and service were all good. I've now been here about two times and it's super consistently tasty. I've also tried the seafood pho with the veggie broth and it was pretty good. It had lots of shrimp and some imitation crab in it. I've never had anyone disappointed when I've brought them here. read more

Pho is okay, meh. Spring rolls are fresh and better than the pho. Decor is nice and service can be a nightmare. Come if you are a newbie to Vietnamese food. But I wouldn't waste my time or money here. It's not authentic and it's pricey compared to the authentic delicious pho restaurants only 10 minutes away. read more

I was just reading some of the reviewers below me about their experiences at this place and my "HA-HA" goes out to the one that supposedly drove all the way here from Frisco to try it out, because lady, I drove all the way here from San Antonio to give it a try. But anyway, like a lot of the other people who ventured upon this place from far and wide, I came here with a bunch of friends to try the "5lb" pho challenge from Man v. Food "Nation";(boo-urns Adam Richman, boo-urns) having been mislead and upset by quite a few of the Man v. Food endorsed restaurants in the past, I knew that this place was going to be either amazing or surprisingly mediocre. Well, Sprout's Springroll and Pho is a happy medium between the two. As I always do when I visit a new pho restaurant, I tried the pho Dac Biet (or I guess the "Meat Lover Pho") and it was a little blander than I'd expected; I don't know if they didn't put in enough cilantro or if there was any cilantro at all, but the broth didn't quite have that meaty-decadent yet refreshingly-light flavor that makes pho taste so heavenly. And now on to the pho challenge. One thing that ticked me off about the pho challenge here was that the employees really hyped it up when I asked about it. One employee told me that net weight of all edible content in their "super bowl" was 9lbs; another claimed it was like 8lbs, and they only weighed it out to 5lbs on Man v. Food Nation for TV purposes or another, which made me back out and just get a large bowl instead since I don't have a very good track record when it comes to attempting food eating challenges. (current tally: Food 5:0 Scott) So I was very upset--although I don't think it's quite the right word, but that's what I'll settle for in the time being--that the Super bowl wasn't quite as super as they had claimed; to those of you who have heard of the Pho Garden challenge in San Francisco, the challenge here is maybe about 3/4th the size of the one back west. The only real "hard" part of the challenge, I imagine, is at the end where you have to drink all the broth. I also heard my friends complaining that they didn't give too much meat with their super bowl as they attempted to take it on, (or at least that the noodle:beef ratio wasn't very satisfactory) but all three of them ended up throwing in the towel right around the 29th minute mark. To wrap it up, this place is a great local restaurant (good service, awesome decor and atmosphere), but not so much a good pho restaurant; unless you have a dying urge to non-discriminatingly eat any type of pho, I strongly recommend you try the "Springroll" part first before going for the "Pho" if you ever find yourself fumbling around with the menu at Sprout's. read more

This review is based off of only one visit, but the place seemed to be quite popular. They have a solid selection of smoothies and teas, which they mix on the spot and are successfully refreshing on a hot Dallas day. The food was pretty good. I got the shrimp spring rolls - which I would get again. I also got the shaken beef salad. It was little more than their "shaken beef" on lettuce, but it was a good low-carb option. I was advised not to get the pho, which I thought was a bit strange since it's a "pho" place, but I guess there could be worse problems with a restaurant. read more

Not the best pho. Guess that's why they need a gimmick like the Superbowl challenge.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. The first time I came, I found it on Yelp so took the recommendation from other reviews to try to pork springrolls. This is a cheap (around $6) lunch that is filling and quite tasty. Today I got the Korean BBQ Spareribs which come with salad and ginger dressing (the best dressing I have ever tasted!!) and white rice. This honestly could be the tastiest thing I have ever had. I will be back to try many other things like the shaken beef and other drinks!! read more
