I'm giving it two stars because of the abismal service that they have. The food is good. But their service is very slow and inattentive. Last time we were there we ended up leaving because they wouldn't even acknowledge that we were there. Not even a drink order. We told them why we were leaving and there was not even an attempt to fix it. Won't go back. But again, food is not bad. read more

Sprout's Springroll & Pho - Beef n meatball pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Arlington, Texas

TV foodmaps lead me here and while it was featured on a man v food challenge, I wasn't down with that gluttony. Got a crunchy beef springroll and wonton soup with 4 wontons. They offer a 6 wonton version as well so kudos to them for being honest about the portion. Check my pics for the plates cause they were generous. All in I ate for under $11. The soup was pho broth spiced with onion and cilantro. It was a touch salty but the wontons were fresh and hand made shrimp/pork mix. MIGHTY! The crunchy beef roll was also super fresh. Meat was tender and had good flavor. Wrapper had a pleasing texture kind of like what you want from a good beef sausage casing. Yum a dum dum! Waitress real nice to me. Yay Boy. read more

Their shaken beef here is by far one of my favorites in all of Arlington. Cooked to a perfect medium rare, with so much flavor, you can't go wrong with it! Can be a little salty at times, but it is served with rice and salad! read more

The pho is pretty good for an Americanized place. The broth is good, and the herbs and seasoning is great. Only thing is they don't give you much for the carnivore on you. I ordered the meatball pho and the meatballs were already sliced and if you put them together again you might get a while meatball. The pho is good but there are better places out there just down 360 where there are some great Vietnamese places! read more

Love it. Been coming here since their arlington location. Food is always consistently good.

I was in town working at at&t stadium and saw the high reviews on yelp. Needless to say the food lived up to the review! I had the pork Vermicelli and we shared an order of grilled pork springrolls and traditional springrolls. All of the food was exactly as expected.... Delicious! The service was a bit slow but the place was packed so it was understandable. Overall I would definitely recommend this place if your craving some Vietnamese cuisine. read more

My go to place when I'm craving pho! In person they are perfect, with to go orders they have messed up my order once or twice. I still go there all the time though.. The food is sooo good! read more

Sprout's Springroll & Pho - Veggie pho with all the fixins. - Vietnamese Near Me - Arlington, Texas

This place is freaking fantastic. The service is always relaxed, but kind. The prices are feasible, and the food is wonderful. It caters toward a western style of food, so it makes it a really comfortable atmosphere for Americans. The portions are perfect, as well, so no worries about not getting enough food. I have never been unimpressed coming to this restaurant, and I always leave feeling a lot better about the world. read more

I had my first date here with my boyfriend over a year ago and I loved it. We go back all the time! Now I'm pregnant and I've been having a lot of really bad morning sickness and there's few things I crave and can actually eat. I have been craving this place non stop and am dying to go back. I love this place so much it's great for first time pho eaters too! I love seafood so I always get the bowl that comes with that and I love it also the lettuce wraps are amazing! read more

Always a great place, excellent service. Very fresh food. You can't go wrong with the pho or any other dishes. Also the teas are great!

GREAT Boba Tea is hard to find. After trying many, many places throughout Arlington and even in Mansfield, that serve boba tea, they all tend to have too much ice, not enough flavor, or tapioca pearls/boba that are still frozen part of the way through! If you're looking for 'GREAT' Boba Tea I could not recommend a better place. My boyfriend and I went the other day and he usually hates his smoothies with tapioca pearls, and he went through 2 Peppermint Mochas all by himself tapioca pearls and all. I took my older sister out for the official verdict and she was thoroughly impressed with their Strawberry Avalanche! It is pricey, that's no lie, but speaking for myself it was well worth the price. The food is tasty, once again costly, but the serving size for the main dishes are quite large for the average person. I would always recommend this place to my friends and anyone else who's interested. **Mostly for small groups of about 2-4, small restaurant and the dishes are very good for lighter food or lunch. read more

This is the closest Vietnamese restaurant to me and it's pretty Americanized but still good. The location is small but the staff is friendly. I'm a big fan of the shirachia fried rice and the spring rolls. This is not my go to place but on days when I don't feel like taking a drive south then I'll stop. Most of the time I get to go which is usually pretty quick. Although pricier than most Vietnamese places, I'll continue to go there. read more

This place has pretty good food, but the quality assurance when taking out has been lacking in my experience. Of our 20 to 25 times of ordering takeout from here in the past 2.5 years, our order has been incorrect about half of the time. It's almost amazing how often something we receive has been wrong. I can't recall any instance where our order was incorrect on the receipt, so to me this shows a big lack of quality assurance from the staff when putting the order together. One incorrect order a couple of years was a happy accident. They gave my wife an order of shrimp stir fry instead of the chicken pho she ordered, and it turned out to be quite tasty and we've purposely ordered it since. I can't say the same for all of the other instances. My wife picked up an order tonight that was supposed to include brisket pho, and when I opened the box, it was very unappetizing. There were 2 small slivers of brisket, along with what appeared to be tripe, and God knows what else. Definitely something I wouldn't order, but to each their own. Our receipt was accurate... I drove back up there and they exchanged it for brisket pho. One time they offered a $5 credit for the inconvenience, but that was probably because I was pretty pissed off when I called them about the wrong order. Doesn't appear that incorrect orders and causing a customer to drive back up is something that really bothers them though. All that said, the food is quite good, but check your order before you leave kf you get takeout. I don't care how long the line is behind you, just save yourself the trouble. read more

Love this place! The vermicelli and the spring rolls are great. Staff is pretty decent too.

***I've created this Yelp account just so I can voice my opinion about this specific restaurant and how unpleasant my experience was here. I see a lot of reviews claiming how good the food is here but in my opinion; no matter how good your food tastes it doesn't give you an excuse to slack off in the customer service department.*** A family member recommended this restaurant to me, and she suggested I should give it a try. I enjoy Vietnamese cuisine so I decided to stop in during my lunch break today. I walked in around noon just me, a party of one, and was greeted by the hostess who directed me towards my seat, in the middle of the restaurant, and took my drink order. She came back with my drink order and told me someone will be with me shortly to take my order. As I was sitting there waiting for a server I realized TEN minutes has passed. So, I gave the staff the benefit of the doubt because it was lunchtime and they were busy. Let me remind you I'm only a party of one noticeably seated in the middle of the restaurant. As FIVE more minutes passed I finally realized I was being completely ignored. I noticed a waiter looking me directly in the eyes and turning away, I mean he could of at least acknowledged me and asked if I've been helped but he didn't. The final straw that prompted me to get up out of my seat and LEAVE was seeing a waitress who clearly saw me sit down and waiting first, go and wait on another table with a larger party which was seated after me and started to take their orders. NEVER AGAIN will I set foot in this place. I ended up grabbing a hot dog and soda from Quicktrip and I received more positive costumer service in there then I did in this place. Yes, the GAS STATION. Here's a tip for Sprouts Springrolls & Pho; your quality of food you dispense is only as good as the customer service you provide. read more

Ordered a regular chicken pho, crunchy chicken spring rolls, and a thai tea to go. The pho broth was flavorful and the chicken was generous/marinated with a different flavor. It was delicious and the wait wasn't bad at all. read more

Good solid Vietnamese noodle house. Definitely not a bad place at all. Worth checking out.

I generally order the same things when I come here. Crunchy chicken spring roll Duck mango spring roll Shaken beef rice dish Beef pho I like their spring rolls. There was a time in the past when they were a little inconsistent but when I got a super lame roll, I complained and they quickly replaced it. Now for the rolls it seems like they err on the side of generous. For the shaken beef sometimes it seems like I get a lot and sometimes it seems tiny. I don't get it. This seems most true when I order take out. It is like my meat serving sizes shrink. As for the pho it isn't the best but it isn't the worst. There are a few places I like more, but this place is super convenient for me so it is good enough for me to still order it when I'm in the mood for pho. Plus they will split the bowl for you if you are sharing and I always eat family style so super win. When I meet up people this is my default restaurant. People I take here always like the food no matter their background or food preferences. Last visit my friend asked them to suggest a cold drink - mango green tea was super yummy. The people who work here are super nice. If you came here once and didn't like it I would say it is definitely worth a second shot. If you are looking to come here and aren't sure ... order what i do ;) it's yummy. read more

Love their boba tea. Friendly staff are very helpful and the place usually busy, but not too busy. Only annoyance is that the place closes at 4 on Sundays. read more

I think this is a great place to take someone who hasn't tried vietnamese before. It has lots of choices for people who aren't quite ready to try some of the regular dishes. We went for lunch and I had the pho deluxe, traditional spring rolls, and a mango smoothie. It was all very good, probably my 2nd favorite vietnamese restaurant. Its a little bit small but decorated very well, nice bathroom too. read more

Not my favorite pho place, but it was convenient to where I am staying in town. They have everything you would expect from vermicelli dishes to boba smoothies. The wait staff and kitchen were friendly too! read more

Going to start with the bad: Seating is not the best. My family came in, four of us, and they squeezed us into a booth that may be designed for 4 people, but not when two of those people are well over 6ft tall. I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat. This would have been fine if the place was packed, but there was a table that would have been much better...that no one was sitting at...because they had napkins and silverware on it. I don't know, personally, I would have just moved the napkins to make sure our guests were comfortable. But whatever. Not a huge deal. The waitress also poured water on my foot twice. But whatever, still not a big deal. On to the food! What a great deal! My father ordered the mango duck springrolls which everyone at the table enjoyed. I do not eat eat a lot of meat, so I did not eat it, but they looked great and it is a huge portion for the price. We also ordered their shrimp appetizer (can't remember the name right now, but they're wrapped in fried rice paper) which was AMAZING. I have had variations of this appetizer at other Vietnamese/Thai places and the addition of cream cheese was the bomb.com. I had the chicken teriyaki for dinner which was presented in a very awesome way. I had picked this place because I was told it was relatively healthy, and it totally was. The sauce is in a cup on the side, I replaced the rice with brown rice, the chicken was grilled and diced up perfectly and it came with a salad (dressing on the side as well). I was able to control my portions and sauce, and overall it was delicious. My brother ordered some pho which he really liked, also a huge portion (he ordered the large thinking 'Oh, well it's so cheap it must not be very much') for the price. I honestly can't remember what my parents ordered because I was so enraptured by my meal. I also had their Thai tea with boba and it was very good, just very full so I kept spilling it. Oops! The atmosphere is nice, there was no wait for us, and for a tiny restaurant tucked into a not-so-nice shopping strip in Arlington the interior was fab. read more

Worst customer service ever ....95 cent to add bean sprouts to my spring rolls really. Then they tell me it's not listed on the menu for charges for add ons. Not to mention $1 per shrimp to add to springrolls.... what a rip off ....springrolls are ok but not $9.00 good. I had been coming to this place for the past 3 years and never had this problem until recently. Looks like the have lost a long time customer . read more

I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't such a pain in the butt to place a takeout order. Therebeen a few times ive had to go somewhere else because they were too busy to pick up the phone and I have limited time on my lunch breaks. The only thing I ever ordered from here that I didn't love was the orange chicken (weird recipe) read more

The other night my husband and I decided to try out Sprouts. We have been eagerly waiting for their grand opening ever since we saw their coming soon sign--which was months ago. Anyway, we came by the other night but it was only for Friends and Family. A nice young lady greeted us and told us we were welcome to come in but be warned that they are in the middle of training and that if we didn't have a problem with that then they were more than happy to serve us. We told her that it was ok and that we understood. She quickly sat us. Our server took a little bit of time to make it to our table, which was ok. They had a full house and things got a bit chaotic. As we waited for our server, we observed the place. We were pleased with the decor. The whole place felt new and modern, clean and refreshing. The only thing that was a little disturbing was the blender machines. They were really loud. Our server finally comes and takes our order. My husband had their Thai milk tea with Boba. He absolutely loved it. The Boba (tapioca balls) weren't as hard as some of the other places we have tried. I had the Strawberry Avalanche. It was awesome! For appetizers we had an order of the Grilled Pork Springroll. The order comes with 2 rolls, cut in half. Yummy! For the entree, I ordered a bowl of Pho ($6.95) (their beef noodle soup) and my husband ordered a plate of their Shaken been w/ rice dish ($10.95). The Pho was great, but came out a tad bit on the warm side. I like my Pho steaming hot! The Shaken been was ok, I've tasted better, but overall it was good. Overall, we had a good experience. THe food was delicious. The prices are reasonable and comparable to the ones in S. Arlington. The service was a little lacking, but expected. We will definately come back again! read more

I have to say, I go here for the egg rolls and the orange chicken. I know it's a noodle place, but with the quality of the rolls and chicken, I wish they would cook more regular chinese dishes. The egg rolls are obviously homemade, served hot, and delicious, I would be very happy with a couple orders of these. I usually order the Orange Chicken. It's nice and crispy (like it should be) and isn't drenched in gooey sauce like seems to be the norm at so many other places nowadays. Both are good, fresh, and just cooked. The salad with ginger dressing is good to. Place is always busy, I usually go here off hours so I can sit down inside. read more

Delicious and fresh food with a clean (but not bleach smelling clean like most Vietnamese restaurants) environment.

So yummy! I love the spring rolls and shaken beef salad! Getting hungry just thinking about it. The staff is always super nice and on it.

I still love this place, but they need to get their to-go orders down. Just because it's to-go doesn't mean I'm not sitting right there waiting for it. It just means I'm not eating it THERE. I ordered 2 orders of spring rolls and 2 orders of pho, and sat to wait. 15 mins I was told. 25 mins later, my boba tea is melting and I ask what's the holdup. Waiting on spring rolls. Well the girl over making the rolls isn't moving very fast. I waited another 10 mins before complaining. Talked to the manager. At first they tried saying it takes 15-20 mins, but I told them to look at my receipt. I literally sat waiting for over 30 mins. I might as well eaten there and gotten my order faster. The good thing is they were willing to comp me an extra order of spring rolls for the inconvenience, so I left satisfied but I'll be sure to watch the clock next time I order to go and sit to wait for it. read more

I love this place! It's truly become my favorite restaurant. Everything I've eaten here is delicious. Eat here at least 3 times a month.

Thanks to Sprouts, I gained a good 10 pounds over the summer. I interned for a corporation across the freeway from Sprout's location and this restaurant was my department's go to food. My coworkers usually get the pho but I always get either the shaken beef salad or korean barbecue ribs. Their shaken beef is TO. DIE. FOR. They use actual filet mignon chunks so it is very soft. It is cooked in some sauce with garlic and is medium - just my type. We always take it to go so I have never really dined in there. They have a great selection of drinks and bobas. We usually place an order of about 6-10 people for lunch once a week. I would say, they mess up our order once in a while that we instinctively know to triple check it once we get our order in store. Overall recommend! read more
