We went for a fun dinner in Stuart to Spritz! It was so yummy and the bar it self was so lively with fun music and dancing. We got the tuna poke bowl and lettuce cups to share. It's perfect for 2 people to share and the drinks were SO good. We all got espresso martinis and Paloma's. I definitely recommend for a fun evening vibe or also for their brunch. The service was fast even though it was busy and the bartenders were the sweetest! They have great staff there.

Went downtown for a few drinks before a dinner reservation down the street. We stopped at Spritz because I hadn't been in years.. Their bar is a very common ambient setting. One of the most visually appealing I've ever witnessed. The cocktails weren't impressive though. I tried their Coconut Dreams cocktail and it was just okay at best. I wasn't expecting the world to stop but they could definitely add more coconut to it. Our bartender Cyrus was very knowledgeable and relatable. 5 stars for him!

Chopped Mediterranean Salad with chicken. Nice dressing.

Sat outside on the covered porch. Service was very good as was the food. Don's breakfast flatbread was a very generous size. He ended bringing more than half home for another meal. We went on Easter and made reservations the day before. FYI: When you make reservations, you have to put a credit card on file so if you are a no-show they charge your card $25 per person based on your reservation.

Great spot for appetizers, haven't been here in a few years, they still are doing a good job with food and offer a variety of options. We came on a Friday night and we luckily got a table pretty quickly and they were quick and efficient with the service. This is a fun place for drinks as well

Sorry for the late pic! My bad.

Again! Celebrated New Year's Eve at Spritz City Bistro and couldn't imagine a better way to ring in the year. The atmosphere was festive yet relaxed, and the food once again proved why this place is a standout in Stuart. The filet is perfection--cooked exactly right, seasoned with care, and tender enough to make you pause after the first bite. And the bolognese? It feels like a recipe lovingly handed down through generations--rich, comforting, and truly a welcome family gift every time. If you're looking for a place to celebrate milestones, make memories, or just enjoy an incredible meal, Spritz City Bistro delivers. Happy New Year! Here's to many more meals here.

First of all, they no longer have the Pad Thai despite it still appearing on their online and in-person menus. Extremely frustrating to not even have this denoted on the menus and to only find out when ordering. Best food at the table was the Shrimp and Beef Crostinis (made GF). The GF bread was crunchy and the toppings were well balanced. So much flavor! For my entree I had the scallops, which were very rubbery and paired with the rice pilaf that tasted only of pesto. Everyone else had OK things to say about their dishes, my friend really enjoyed his fish and chips. I'd return again to get the crostini and try something else, although definitely would not order the scallops again. Service was good! It was a busy night in the restaurant yet he regularly checked on our table and was always there with a water refill.

We went to dinner and had 6:30 pm reservations. We were greeted by a hostess, and escorted to our seats. We were greeted by a server named Peyton. She was very friendly and patient. We ordered some drinks, and decided to have the guacamole as a starter. It was so tasty and a good portion for two to three people. We then placed our order for dinner. I had the Salmon with ginger & soy sauce with jasmine rice and glazed carrots. The dish was out of this world! It was perfectly cooked medium and the flavor was the best I've ever had. Compliments to the Chef! I Definitely recommend this dish. The atmosphere inside was nice and comfortable mostly due to the excellent service provided by Peyton.

While visiting family we arrived at Spritz around 1 pm and we were greeted with a smile and seated close to the entrance since we had a disabled walker. The server arrived shortly after arrival and we provided our drink and food order. The restaurant was becoming empty as the lunch time individuals were leaving around us. The drinks were delivered just a minute before the entree arrived. The server apologized for the bartender. The food came out hot and appealing to the eye. I believe this restaurant is a meeting place for locals and may be enjoyable for food, conversation and drinks.

The Spritz gets it half way right. The ambiance is elevated casual, with soft lighting, comfortable bistro seating, and a wait staff dressed in black. The menu looks inviting but the food just doesn't line up somehow. The Chicken Lettuce Cups were not fully described on the menu (I should have asked more questions) and turns out they are battered, fried, & greasy (gluten!!). The sauce was OK but the lettuce was...iceberg. Iceberg? Who still uses iceberg for anything other than a Wedge these days? Our server was very nice but even having told him I needed to avoid gluten he still let me order the lettuce cups (?!). Our mains were fine, although nothing super special. I so wanted to love this place but honestly for us it's a one and done. Not terrible by any means, just average. If they bumped up their food quality they could easily become a 5.

The food was 10/10 first time here and I'm already planning on coming back. Our server Spencer was great at recommending drinks and food. We had the lettuce wraps and Brussel sprouts for appetizers. For lunch we ordered the mahi sandwich and the burger and my god was that burger good!!! The old fashion was STRONG. My martinis weren't great , the lemon ginger martini and the lychee weren't the best but everything else was amazing can't wait to go back and try other things.

I enjoyed my time on the patio while waiting for the function at the Lyric Theater! My waitress Tori T was exceptionally great! Have enjoyed my appetizer of rib! Tori kept an eye on me and refreshed my tea as needed! I'll ask for her my next visit

So we came here to celebrate 2 birthdays. It was my wife and baby and my parents and god mother. When you walk in, the place seems nice. A little tight as the tables were close together. We sat down right away. Very nice host and waiter. We ordered for appetizer the Korean beef ribs and chicken meatball tikka masala. The ribs were good but for the 16 dollars they wanted for an appetizer, there was 4 ribs that were small. Sprinkled on with seaweed salad and that was very small and some edamame beans with siracha sauce. The chicken meatballs were dry and weird as it was Indian food in a Mediterranean place/american/english pub food. We then ordered our meals. I got the fish and chips. My dad got pad Thai. My wife the chicken Sauvignon. My god mother got flat bread and my mom got the chicken Sauvignon. My fish and chips were ok. They were a little soggy and the fries were decent. Again, 25 dollars for 3 pieces of fish was a little over the top. Fries were ok. Nothing special. My dad's pad thai was not good. The noodles were very tough. The chicken in it was ok. My god mother's flat bread was doughy, soft and chewy. My wife's chicken was ok and the rice was ok. I've noticed the prices on Yelp was way different. I looked at the seafood risotto price on here which was 38. On the menu tonight it was 55 dollars. All the food had a major increase in price. The waiter was very sweet and brought us a brownie with ice cream for our bdays. Both were good and very chocolaty. The reason for the lower review is I was throwing up when I got home. I don't know what did it but something wasn't good or sit with my stomach. For 5 people the bill was 250 dollars. My wife and I didn't drink. My dad had a beer and my mom had 2 mix drinks and godmother had 1. Seems to be a lot. I probably wouldn't come back. Sad as it's on the water and nice people.

A Meal So Good Heaven Might Ask About It…read more Some dinners fill you up. Some dinners impress you. And then there are dinners like the one we had at Chef's Table in Stuart--the kind of meal that feels like it was designed by someone who understands that food is more than nourishment... it's memory. We went to celebrate my son's birthday, and before the first bite even arrived, the experience had already begun. The menus were printed with "Happy Birthday" and his name, a small but thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire evening. It felt personal, intentional--like the night had been prepared just for him. And then the food arrived. I ordered the Bolognese, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the kind of dish you quietly pause for after the first bite. Rich, layered, perfectly balanced--every strand of pasta coated in a sauce that tasted like it had been simmering since the Renaissance. Comforting but refined. Rustic but elegant. It was the sort of plate where conversation stops for a moment because everyone is too busy appreciating what's happening. Across the table, the beef Wellington was a masterpiece. Perfectly pink at the center, wrapped in golden pastry that shattered delicately with each cut, surrounded by a sauce so good it deserved its own applause. The entire meal felt like one of those rare experiences where craft, hospitality, and atmosphere align perfectly. The lighting, the pacing of the courses, the warmth of the service--it all made the night feel like something special was unfolding. If someone told me this would be my last meal on Earth, I wouldn't complain. In fact, I'd probably smile knowing that when I got to the gates, the angels might lean over and ask: "Wait... was it really as good as they say?" And I'd tell them the truth. Yes. It absolutely was. Thank you to the team at Chef's Table for giving my son a birthday dinner we'll remember for the rest of our lives.

On the first visit, we shared a corn salad, which was warm and delicious. We each got a half portion of pasta 1. cavatelli Cacio e Pepe was delightful. 2. Cordoncini w/ shrimp was tasty and inventive. We each ended with a dessert. My dining companion had a scoop of pistachio which she liked. The only less-than-stellar option was the tiramisu. Being from the northeast, I have had tiramisu more times than I can count at various Italian restaurants and this one just didn't do it for me. It felt like it was prepared at least a day in advance, and there was some sort of liquid at the bottom that made it un appealing. But, it did not stop me from wanting to return. I went back 6 days later for another wonderful meal!
