She wanted to remove the 4G and just use the more predictable wifi. The employee told us he could not help. - The second time I had to return a Verizon wifi router from my closed account. I was told that only some stores accept returns and he sounded glib as he told me the nearest one was 30 miles away. I had to call up the 800 number to find out I could use a Fedex store NEXT to the Verizon store. In both circumstances, the Verizon employee actions were one that said: "Not My Job".

When I asked for a manager he was even more rude and dismissive when i told him how disturbing my expereince with his co worker was. The manager ordered me out of the store and called the police to report me, indicating I was a danger to the staff. I am 80 years old. How much of a danger could I have been? This happened two years ago and I have never forgotten it and was too upset about what happened to even write a review. I reported this store to the MA Attorney General's office of consumer affairs and to the special departent that handles concerns from seniors. In the course of this I discovered that this is not an official Verizon store at all but simply some type of a franchise. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! Trekking around Hyannis on a quiet Saturday, we came upon Best Fix and Repair. We walked in, and were immediately greeted and helped by the gentleman owner. Now, he had several screen protectors on hand, so a nice ample stock. He took her phone, removed the broken protector, cleaned the phone diligently, and put the new phone protector on. All for a whopping $15.00! At the Apple Store, which I love their products and services, the protector would be $50.00 or up. Less than five minutes! Huge cost savings! I left a generous tip, as he was quite nice, personable, and professional. The store was exceptionally clean, parking is on the street or in the public lot behind Main Street. Thank you!
