I had a great experience at the Orleans, MA store today…read more My current phones screen froze this morning. I can't access anything: no contacts, apps, and I can't shut it down to reboot. I walked into the Orleans Verizon location and was promptly greeted. I explained what happened and how I needed something temporary until I could get my phone situation sorted. They didn't hesitate to help me, explained what they could offer, and didn't try to upsell me any products. They even had the new "temporary phone" ready in less than 15 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend Verizon's services, and especially this location. I'm grateful to have a mobile device and am considering switching over to make it permanent.

This is a "review" of a different kind. My name is Kevin Dee and I am the co-owner of a computer…read moreservice and repair company that has been in business on the Cape and in Plymouth county for over 20 years. Matt, the owner of CCP, does not know I am writing this nor did he solicit me to write this in any way. Matt worked for my company as a contract Computer Field Technician in our area for 2 years. Matt is a very skilled technician. One of the best, if not the best, we ever had do work for us. He serviced hundreds of our customers without a hint of a complaint. In fact he had nothing but positive reviews and customers still ask for him. I found him to be honest, fair, and worked with a high degree of integrity. When he left us to go "on his own", which we were fully aware from day one was his eventual intention, it was on the very best of terms. Matt never solicited any of our customers to "steal" them for his company. That alone ads proof of his high level of integrity and shows the confidence he has in is own abilities. Anyone saying Matt is not of the highest honor and follows fair business practices would have a hard time convincing me.

Am I trying to hold him accountable to our phone conversation? Absolutely. The response by Patrick, the Owner of On Call Computer Services is 100% False. Never have I harassed him or threatened him in any way. There were other people in the office who heard the entire conversation. There was one phone call to Patrick where we discussed the pick up and refund of the computers. Patrick stated he had to "find the money" to refund us. This call was on Monday, the 31 st of March 2025 this past week. We had an uncomfortable conversation, however, never did I threaten him or swear at him. He is clearly trying to push some sort of false narrative to now avoid doing what he agreed to do in our conversation. We also agree to talk later last week and when I never heard from him, I called the business line which went directly to voicemail without ringing. Then I tried his cell phone which did the same thing. I have received an email from Patrick, threatening me with a restringing order and the like. I've never been to his business and he is correct, we've never met. Although I did see him in the parking lot on Monday after he left the office. Let me state, I and the Controller for the company and while the responsibility of the purchase was on the General Manager, this has fallen in my lap and I'm trying to deal with it. I will not be bullied into Patrick's belief his is somehow the viticim. He built three computers for the company for a total of $5,200. Two of the computers currently do not work properly. There have been at least 4 attempts at repairing them to no avail. The third one is in another office in a different town and has never been turned on due to the issues we've had. Patrick blocked me because I'm trying to hold his company accountable. He has no money and is simply spreading lies. After the one phone call we had, I thought we had an understanding. Clearly, something changed and I will have to pursue through the proper legal channels. Everything is this review is 100% accurate with phone records and cancelled checks to prove! All he has to do is pick up the phone, like a man, and have a conversation.
