I went there the other day with a hose that had a problem with one of the ends. It took the man at the counter 30 seconds to look at the hose and another 30 seconds to fix it at no charge. It is always fun to go there and to just walk around and look at all the stuff. It has an ambience more akin to 75 years ago than today. Not only do the members of the staff want to help you, they actually know how to solve virtually any problem that you bring to them. This is one enterprise that Falmouth cannot afford to lose. Then came the build process, in which we were fortunate enough to work with Steve Costa who not only juggled a third-floor walk-up, a building from the late 1800s, but also an extremely pregnant woman who was keen on getting this project off the ground and completed as quickly as possible. Steve led a fantastic group of NKB employees and subcontractors, but I would be remiss to not give a special shoutout to John and Mike who were our dream team carpenters, kitchen décor experts, and mental support during the project. Our dog clearly misses Steve, John and Mike as they became best friends it seems during the project. Additionally, Kelsea from the PMA team was a huge help in keeping the schedule/accounting on track for us. We were THRILLED with the final product (photos attached), and we are so very thankful for all of the hard work of the entire NKB team to bring our dream bathroom to life (before the baby, may I add)!
