The OBD2 tools I was looking for were all out of stock, with only one rack space, though their catalog lists three handheld types. Two weeks before the next shipment. And the labels on some sale items were not clear that as an "outsider" I couldn't buy at the listed price. Kind of like a partial warehouse club. Overall, though, it's still a great place to shop, and the clerks were helpful. One even let me use the smartphone coupon belonging to the customer in line before me!

He also made recommendations on the specific liquid cleansers we bought. Bob is the kind of guy you hope you find when you walk into an establishment and need to select a tool for the job. If Home Depot is handing out bonuses for customer satisfaction, we nominate Bob. Home Depot was our second stop that day - first stop was with a seemingly well-stocked tool rental establishment closer to us - but once we started asking questions the guys working there realized they didn't have the correct accessory hoses needed for stair cleaning - and their price was also considerably higher than Home Depot.
