In one word -- terrible. Staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. Better options elsewhere don't even waste your time. Good luck!

They stayed open later than most businesses during Hurricane Sandy this past fall. Their prices for propane were reasonable.

We scheduled the carpet to be installed the middle of August. Last week I started calling them because I did not hear ONE WORD from them as to whether the carpet had come in and if the install date would be the same. I CALLED THEM 4 TIMES to see if the carpet was there and our salesman was TOO BUSY TO RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS!!! I called on friday and was promised he would call me back. AGAIN NO PHONE CALL. TOTAL GHOSTING!!!!! I finally said enough is enough and requested my money back after they had used my deposit for a month without even ordering my carpet!!!! I went into the store to receive my refund and the salesman didn't even apologize for my inconvenience!!!!! AND THE KICKER IS I STILL DON'T KNOW IF THE CARPET WAS EVEN ORDERED!!! So, as a resident of Falmouth, who has lived here all my life, I beg you to stay away from this company!!!! I am certainly going to tell EVERYONE I KNOW IN TOWN WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I stood there in front of him for two minutes before I coughed a few times and they all stared at me like I was an alien. I asked if they had a universal handle for an old faucet. The kid from the counter looked at me with a blank stare as if I said nothing, I asked again. Without hesitating he says nothing like that exist, I said you've got to be kidding, "nope" he says "doesn't exist". I said surely being in the business of plumbing he had to hear of a universal faucet handle, a handle that can fit just about any make of faucet. At that point he walked away and ignored me. Turns out this is common practice at Snow n Jones. Seems they want to sell you a complete faucet and not replacement parts. I bought what I needed from the local Ace Hardware down the street for less than $10. I found out that many locals have experienced the same rudeness and lame employee service. I will never go back to Snow and Jones. Snow and Jones SUCKS!!!!!

I learned that this business had the distinction of being the oldest framing shop in the country dating back to the early 1900's and has remained a family run local business during this time. (Wow! That's impressive!) Initially based out of the Arcade in Downcity Providence, they moved to this location in the 1970's and have continued to expand over time. What you will find today are three massive floors filled with artwork, prints, drawings, ceramics, etc from great local artists in addition to their large framing area. They can handle all types of projects small or large and provide service and support both locally and out of state. They boast quality craftsmanship, lifetime guarantees on their work, and prices that are comparable to what you'd find from the big box chains that offer framing services (no coupon needed!) The difference is the years of knowledge and experience you get when choosing Providence Picture Frame as well as the good feeling you get knowing that you are helping a long time family run store stay in business for future generations. You'll also find friendly employees who care passionately about their business, their community, and helping the customer get exactly what they are looking for. Pro tips: Consider shopping in their gallery for unique and special birthday or holiday gifts. Not sure how to display that special photo, artwork, or sentimental item? Stop by to talk to them about their custom framing ideas and to preserve your one of a kind item for a lifetime.

We recently contracted Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom,…read moreand we could not be happier. From the initial design process with Danielle we felt at home with her guidance, and she made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable, and put us on the right path with regard to our budget, design expectations and really helping us to understand how the entire process works. Right from the beginning, we knew we had reached out to the right company. Then came the build process, in which we were fortunate enough to work with Steve Costa who not only juggled a third-floor walk-up, a building from the late 1800s, but also an extremely pregnant woman who was keen on getting this project off the ground and completed as quickly as possible. Steve led a fantastic group of NKB employees and subcontractors, but I would be remiss to not give a special shoutout to John and Mike who were our dream team carpenters, kitchen décor experts, and mental support during the project. Our dog clearly misses Steve, John and Mike as they became best friends it seems during the project. Additionally, Kelsea from the PMA team was a huge help in keeping the schedule/accounting on track for us. We were THRILLED with the final product (photos attached), and we are so very thankful for all of the hard work of the entire NKB team to bring our dream bathroom to life (before the baby, may I add)! If you are looking to have work done, look no further than NKB. We know that we will be using them in the future when needed, with no doubts about it.

Completion took more than twice the time they estimated. Once completed, the electrical system would not function. We requested the issues be fixed so the kitchen could be functional, but Norfolk Kitchens refused. They acknowledged the electrical problems existed, but stated because they were not legally obligated to remedy their poor workmanship because it was "up to code". Apparently new electrical systems don't have to function properly to meet "code". In our instance, Norfolk Kitchens failed to do work to a standard that resulted in a workable kitchen. Very poor workmanship.
