It was a normal day I went to buy 9 inch crystal links dragons. Walmart says they have the dragons in stock, on the website so I do store pick up and they say it will be ready for pick up around 4:00. But then they say they canceled my order because they ran out of stock. note this though, it was the holidays, so I cool down. so now it's two days after new years, I try to get the dragons again, the website says there in stock. Guess what not in stock! so I try a 12 inch variant of the same dragons I place the order for pickup immediately canceled! I mean Walmart how make the same mistake 3 times! LOUSY, non existent customer service. If you want to just drive to the store, feel free. Have tried for over a week to speak to someone for an item check. This store frequently lists things in stock that they do NOT have. Wasting an hours drive to go there to find that you have been lied to is beyond irritating. NO ONE answers the phones. After multiple calls over several days, had a young lady answer the phone, put me on hold after I told her that I had been trying to reach X department. Phone rang and rang for several minutes then someone picked up and immediately hung up again. Forget any service. Go to a different Walmart. read more

Had a great trip to Falmouth this week..Waze took me on ways that I never knew were ways before..I hope she knew something that I didn't know about why we didn't take the more expeditious route. .She took me down twisty, curvy, turnsy narrow residential streets, roads, lanes, drives, pathways, etc with lots of tight right turns and switchback lefts for a long time before I finally got to where at I was going t go. .I usually have very good situational awareness but I lost my orientation early on and didn't have time to stop and check trees for moss growing on the north side. .Was very thankful that when I finally got there, I was very close to where I wanted to be..Had a great lunch at  Casa Vallarta Mexican Restaurant..Great waitress Ana did an excellent job and provided excellent service and made the whole experience very pleasurable. .She is a great booster for the restaurant..Thanks, Ana..The food was well prepared, well presented, very generous servings, and very reasonably priced. .The bean dip that came with the nachos was to die for. .That could have been my lunch..I hope it was nutritious because it was delicious..Thanks, Chef..I look very much forward to going back to Casa Vallarta Mexican Restaurant again, the next time I'm allowed to go that far away from home..After lunch, I went to Walmart. .Another great experience. .The greeter engaged me in conversation while I set up the electric shopping cart. .Very nice lady. .Thank you for your kindness..Walmart is a massive store, of course, but it is well laid out and with plenty of room to navigate up and down the aisles..I was very happy that I was able to find everything I was looking for at good Walmart prices. .On the way out, there was another greater saying goodbye. .Does shopping get any better than that? .Talked to the store manager briefly. .She is a wonderful ambassador for Walmart. .She is relatively new to the company but comes with 30 years of experience in retail. .Walmart is very lucky to have her on its team. .The drive home was more expeditious even though it took me by the two flash points at both bridges over the Canal. .Thank you, Waze..Very happy when I was home safely..What a wonderful trip, what a wonderful day; how wonderful it is to be alive. . read more

I have ordered on line from Walmart for a couple of years....haven't had this problem until now. I had ordered Depends. Arrived in a too small bag with the top sticking out. AND the top of the pkg was torn. Today.....a pkg of Poise pads was left with the receptionist with no covering or wrapping. I am not ashamed that I use these things but I don't feel the need to advertise that fact to everyone who lives here. If this is a new policy with Walmart.....they should advise customers so we can make our own decisions. So is this policy now?? No bagging or wrapping? Let me know no before I place another order for personal items. read more

I work for a non-profit and went in with two of my clients. Both of them are independent and wanted to do separate things. I allowed one client to look at different holiday decor items while helping the other one order from Subway. After ordering, one of the clients and I sat down and they showed me a math problem that they were struggling with. I was able to show them an example problem as they ate their sandwich. After a few minutes, the other client comes back up to me and said that they felt uncomfortable because a worker was following them around the store. Before I could even answer my client, the worker (the same one that my client was speaking of) came up to us and asked us to leave the sitting area by Subway because it was "for Subway customers only". They then continued to explain how if we wanted to "hang out", then my clients and I could go to a library or McDonalds. We get up to leave, not arguing with them at all (despite the fact that my client still had not finished their entire sandwich from Subway), and I got my client a candy item they had been asking for. While we were in line checking out, that same staff member stood directly behind us and watched us checkout and leave the building. As someone who worked for a grocery store for 5 years (across all departments and including management positions), I feel that this was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My clients never touched a store product unless they purchased it, multiple Walmart employees were sitting in the Subway area without purchasing subway foods (one of them was even reading a book), and we were customers of Subway who were actively eating. read more

I drove 25 miles to return a $350- camera system to Walmart in Falmouth MA. When I went to the Customer Svc desk, Sharon & Heidi were both *exceedingly* rude, unhelpful, condescending & dismissive to me about the order. They told me that they could not return it at the store. I tried to locate the order # through the Walmart App to start the return process online but could not find it in my Walmart.com order history. Again, no help whatsoever from either of these ladies EVEN THOUGH there were no customers anywhere. The store was empty. I decided to call the Walmart.com help line & Angel immediately answered the phone & got to the root of the problem. She tried calling the marketplace vendor, TD's who did not answer. She then asked to speak to the Walmart Falmouth MA Customer Service associates (Sharon & Heidi). I handed the phone over to them, and once again, they treated her in the exact same manner: they were rude, unhelpful, dismissive & condescending. At one point, Heidi retorted to me "THIS ISN'T WALMART.COM!" At that point, Angel realized, that these ladies had no interest in offering ANY HELP WHATSOEVER in resolving the problem. They were smarmy & insolent. Angel swiftly shifted into second gear, issued an RMA & emailed it to me within minutes & told me to box, seal & take the returned item to a local post office where I would receive my refund within 5-6 days. SHE WAS FABULOUS. She was extremely professional, kind, helpful & efficient. PLEASE ENSURE ANGEL RECEIVES RECOGNITION & PRAISE FOR HER WORK EFFICIENTLY RESOLVING THIS MATTER! As for those 2 woman, Sharon & Heidi at the Falmouth MA store, I am shocked & angry at the complete lack of civility, & regard for both a valued customer & their fellow employee. I suggest store management reassign BOTH of them permanently to the stockroom. They were an absolute disgrace & should not be interfacing with ANY customers. read more

The more I shop at this Walmart, the less I like the overall experience. The biggest issue I have with this Walmart is that it is always incredibly understaffed. It is like pulling teeth to find an available employee and when you have questions about their products, no one ever knows the answer. Recently we order invitations online and had them printed at the store. We thought the pick up process would be easy since we paid online, but when we showed up we waited for 15 minutes to be helped and then realized the order hadn't been fully completed. A few of the other cons are that the store is typically disorganized and poorly stocked. Some of their aisles look like they have been hit by a tornado even though this time of year is slow for the area. In the end, I am really dissapointed with this location and the only reason I felt inclined to give this store two stars is that typically their cashiers are pleasant even though they could use a few more open aisles. read more

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE Don't waste your time buying a bicycle at Walmart...and not just at Walmart Teaticket, MA. The bicycle we bought broke after 2 days of light use. The pedal completely fell apart, the gears and gears tray warped and the brake cable fell off. NOT SAFE We could not returned the bicycle after 2 days as we were on Nantucket Island. But as soon as we arrived on the main land we attempted to return the defective Mongoose Mountain Bicycle. The Walmart at Teaticket ...."supposedly" manager in the evening of August 18, 2019 refused to take back the unusable bike...because apparently- unannounced to us at the time of purchase- WALMART - has a "strict" policy not to accept any return after 7 days and we were on our 8th day after the purchase. Regardless of the poor Walmart customer service - especially at the Walmart Teaticket MA....DO NOT BUY BICYCLE AT WALMART. All very cheaply built...thus I guess the price. This Walmart is a step above others in attempting to blend in with the regional New England look. It's trying desperately to look colonial- when the ones in California don't even bother with the region's various historic styles, which would make them cheerful. This Walmart has a sense of organization- and one can get regional products like New England Coffee&Boston's Best coffee, as well as Patriots slow cookers. Since it gets cold here, they have survival food, and various ways of dealing with snow&ice. This is the place to go if you plan on hibernating for the winter. To their credit, they are clean&everything is clearly marked. On the other hand, they have a grim, ghost town of a Subway (is that why they have so many Walking Dead tie-ins?) and a nail salon. It's where you get necessities, not necessarily souvenirs. read more

I used to think that people were generally selfish and cynical, mostly until today. Around 1130 I shopped here and somehow during the rest of the day, I had lost my wallet. Around 5pm I realized that it was gone and started having a whole bunch of anxiety lol. Thanks to my brother in law who recommended going back to the store and asking for someone to look at the security footage, they were able to see what time and exactly what happened. 2 weeks ago, 2 workers weren't wearing masks. Today, one of the same people, an older guy stocking hardware supplies, wasn't wearing a mask. When I asked him why he wasn't, he told me he didn't have to wear one. I reported him but I reported him 2 weeks ago too. Purchased new reading glasses at Walmart yesterday. The sales person, Kris, was very professional and couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. They had a nice selection of frames displayed by price range, which made it very easy to choose a pair without going through the entire collection. I'm extremely angry that as a pregnant mother who already as 4 year old triplets and a fat husband you wouldn't allow me to reserve a shopping cart! Every 50 feet or so I would have to make my kids get on there hand and knees and become a seat for me. My husband, who's usually riding in the shopping cart because of his lack of mobility accidentally fell on my boy triplet and we couldn't find him for half an hour! I had to shove the toilet paper rolls up my butt because I had nowhere else to carry them! I'm appalled! read more

tried to order an item for shipping, but it put in the order as delivery from the store, whatever. i never received my item. customer service online told me my item was ready but they had no delivery driver. thats fine, i work, i know finding staff is difficult. the issue was that no one communicated or acknowledged my order even existed (on the stores end). i was assured it would be delivered the next day. next day comes, still absolutely no updates or communication. i decided to cancel the order and order it for pickup instead, to make it easier on both ends and alleviate the issue of them finding someone to deliver my order while being short staffed. i received an email saying the item was unavailable for pickup. so not once, but twice, walmart took my money (for a decently expensive product), claiming to have it in stock and ready, but never communicated or acknowledged my orders, only to find out they never had it in the first place. took my money and ran, literally, with zero communication. customer service on the phone was luckily able to help me, but regardless this store is an absolute mess. i understand being short staffed, and am so understanding of retail employees, but taking my money twice and never communicating / straight up lying is unacceptable. if the store is unable to process online orders -delivery or pickup- due to staffing issues, it should be shut off for the store bc its not okay to just take peoples money and completely disregard online orders; its a complete failure by management and higher ups at walmart for this store at the expensive of customers and most likely also the overworked and stressed out employees there read more

Walmart sucks everywhere. But this one is exceptionally awful. I don't know what's worse: the grumpy, inept employees or the rude, trashy customers. Really is a toss up. walmart advertises free shipping to keep up with Amazon. Well its not really true. Prime members pay $100 a year to get FREE 2 day shipping on almost anything. Walmarts price is the same on a few things but not much. I just tried to order something. I did qualify for free shipping but on the three things I WAS gonna order was 5 day wait on one FREE SHIPPING item and 7 on the other FREE SHIPPING item. I went to Walmart a few days ago to buy some storage bins. I found the size I needed, and there were lots of them. Unfortunately, there were no tops. I asked two sales associates, and the second one sent me to the Service Desk. I repeated my question for the 3rd time, and finally some sort of manager came. I repeated the request again so off we go the the storage department. He tried to place a number of tops, which obviously were not going to fit, then said 1. Someone must have stolen them or 2. We threw them away. I asked if he could check "out back" and his response was simply "No, I told you what must have happened." I am sure the bins' tops must be somewhere in that store. But he sure wasn't going to look or be of any assistance at all. read more

Worst store ever. Will never step foot in there again. They should ashamed of how that store is managed. Thought I was making a 5 min stop for a money order. Called in advance to make sure this store had them. Got there 15 minutes later only to have the woman at the Money Services desk tell me only one person knew how to use the machine, and she just went on a lunch break for an hour. No one else could help. So I walked around the store for an hour shopping for stuff I didn't really need or want. I got back to the service desk to discover there was still only one person behind the counter and 8 people waiting in front of me. 45 minutes later, I finally get to the counter to be told the money order machine (brand new because the last one broke apparently) isn't working and no one knows how to fix it. Not even an I'm sorry. 2.5 hours later. Walmart, I work hard all week too! Such long hours that I'm forced to do all of my chores on the weekend. Save yourself some time and disappointment and go to the Wareham Walmart (or better, Target...). I'm lucky if I can find half of the items I need at the Falmouth location. Poor selection to begin with, and constantly out of stock on standard items that this place does actually carry. If you do head to this location, build in some time to round out your shopping list at another store nearby. Staffing is usually fine(ish), and self-checkout helps. Very clean and bright store - probably because the shelves are bare! read more

sadly, I have been to Walmarts all over the country. As incredible as it may sound there are actually some really good, well maintained and stocked Walmarts. Unfortunately this is not one of those. There really isn't any competition for Walmart in Falmouth so the customers lose. Whether it's poor customer service or the fact that there is no timely replenishment of the inventory the message to Falmouth customers is "we don't really care". Until the town permits some competition, or the sales go low enough the customers will have to suffer. read more

I went to Walmart to checkout a "RealPad" for my dad, in your electronics dept. There were 5 associates standing around the electronics POS area. When I approached the associates, the manager was ranting about another employee, to the associates. He looked right at me, but did not even ask me if I needed help. I finally got an associate to help me get a password to logon to the RealPad that was on display, by interrupting the ranting manager.The manager said that he'd try to logon, but "customers are always changing the passwords on us, so it probably wouldn't work". As expected, the manager couldn't logon to the Realpad, so I couldn't even see how it worked. 1. Manager set a terrible example for his staff. 2. The Realpad password didn't work, so the manager just gave up. This is not acceptable. Aren't you trying to sell the Realpads? 3. Is there any plan in place to correct this situation? read more

Yes they may be low prices,but found the store to be dusty and hard to find an employee. Was in the other week looking for an device for the cell phone. I explain several times to the kid helping me, I even explained it in the simple way to him and he still didn't get it. Got a manger to help an explained it to him what I needed ,the manger told me that sounds like science fiction? I think they were 2/3rd of the new 3 stooges? First time using the Walmart.com in store pick up. Needed the item that day. They said it would be ready for pick after 4. Not there! Told them to cancel and woman there said person in charge would do it that day.Raced around to find the item someplace else (should have done that in the first place) which I did and purchased it. Raced home and canceled order at Walmart.com. They took my money out right away. Waiting a week for it to be refunded and they still haven't. This morning I get an email saying my order is in and ready for in store pick up. A WEEK later after canceling order, not needing the item and still no refund!
