My husband and daughter noticed it also. I took it back and asked Frank if he could take a look. He said he was too busy. I came again and was told there was nothing wrong. When I got back home it was worse so I had it looked at again and was told that it was obvious that work had been done and unfortunately it had been done improperly. When I brought the bill back to discuss it I gave it to Jared and asked him to discuss it with Frank. 18 days later no response. As I purchased gas to pull away I asked AGAIN if I could speak with Frank or Jared but neither of them would come out. Upon learning that my car was dangerously out of alignment(part of the "repairs" they did) I wound up with a total of $1264 in itemized repairs for the work they did improperly if at all. I called them to let them know and asked for a return call but did not receive one. I won't even buy gas from them anymore.

According to the receipt and the pump the car was filled with regular unleaded not premium. Didn't question it, took it as a mistake. Thought about it later and decided it was no mistake. Called talked to the manager. He again repeats it was a mistake and went to the pump to see what was pumped. Comes back and says that it was premium that was pumped for 16.1 gallons. Problem is the car still had a quarter of a tank and there was no way the car would take that amount of gas. Word to the wise, get out of your car and watch what's being put into your car.
