I came in today to the Mashpee commons location on Sunday December 29th to get a new phone with my dad. I specified the date since there was only 1 employee there today in which i do not remember his name. I would like him to get all the credit he deserves for all the amazing help he gave to me and my family along with the rest of the customers in the store. He was very nice, calm, and diligent as there were many people needing help and he was the only one working this day. I bought a phone for my son. The Mashpee store convinced me to buy another line for $100 with a $450 rebate offer. They screwed up the phone numbers and the rebate was denied. I called Verizon 5 times and was assured it would be taken care of...it wasn't ....I called the store 7 or 8 times and the manager Kevin assured me it would be taken care of ...it wasn't its now been almost a year. now I call the store and get dumped into voice mail. Really bad practices ...avoid this store. read more

Associates don't do what they say they will do. Shady practices. When you call them out they specifically Shawn L gets aggressive with you. Have you ever had a store associate get out of his chair and approach you in an aggressive manner and tell you to take your business elsewhere? Taking it to corporate and district manager. I will not go away until I'm satisfied with how the situation is handled. read more

Had the opportunity to interact with two of the staff members at the Verizon Store in the Mashpee Commons this week. I can't say enough about both Kevin and Sean. Both young men were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Sean spent time with us as we decided on a phone for my husband who has low vision. He was patient and friendly with both of us who are not very good at technology. When our phone was delivered, Kevin took the time to explain and teach us exactly what we needed to know. He made sure we were satisfied. There was never any pressure to purchase any merchandise and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely return. read more

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I traded in 4 phones during a promotional that was suppose to be for $800 per phone. They told me it would take a billing cycle to go through but instead of the $800 per phone I only received "market value" which was less than $200 per phone. They have been no help when I called them on this. I have had to deal with Verizon wireless directly to fix the situation. read more

I've done business with Mashpee store for at least 13 years including recently (2 wks ago). I have always been satisfied. Sales people are nice and friendly and quite professional. Well informed, always happy to answer questions, happy to present the most beneficial deal for the customer. Couldn't ask for anything else, great place to shop. read more

The phone number listed on the website goes to an automated answer giving directions to Mashpee commons. It then asks you to leave a message or hang up... what kind of useless phone number is this? I have a question and don't want to drive to Mashpee, this is very inconvenient. read more

I don't have enough words to describe the wonderful experience I had working with David Eldridge at GoWireless. Our son went to him looking for help with his new (broken) phone and I spent several hours working with Dave (over the phone) trying to solve the problem. Dave called me back repeatedly, working on Verizon issues and helping our son figure out the right solution to get him back with a working phone. Several weeks later, our son went back to Dave with some additional issues, and Dave went way beyond the call of duty in helping out our son. I only wish we lived closer to GoWireless so that all my personal phone issues could be solved! read more

I found the knowledge of the salesmen was inconsistent and lacking at best. Still waiting for a return call after stopping in twice to have a couple of problems with my new phone taken care of. Its been over a week. Not happy I went there instead of Hyannis. Sometimes geographic inconvenience pays off. read more

I've never done a Yelp review and I am definitely not one to complain publically about service. But, I have to write this to tell people what a nightmare it was to deal with this store. I went into the store at 3:30 on a Monday. I had an upgrade on my phone and went in there looking to spend a good amount of money. They had one young girl there working by herself who was overwhelmed and had terrible people skills. While a line of 5-6 people waited for her to activate a phone, she sat there and refused to help any of the other customers in line. A few people in line were there to pay their bill and a few others just to buy covers. People waited in line for over a half hour. All the while the girl is sitting there just staring at the computer screen waiting for the phone to activate. At no time did she ask other people how she could help them she simple ignored them. Finally people started getting aggrevated and walked out of the store. When someone asked her a question if they could just pay for a cover she was snippy, rude, and quite frankly uninformed. When I finally got to the front of the line after 45 minutes and asked my question she quickly told me they didn't have the phone in stock and had to order it. This is something that could have been handled in two minutes. Instead I waited 45 minutes and all I got was a couple of blank stares from the girl behind the counter. Ultimately I decided to go to the Falmouth, MA Verizon Store which had my phone. I spent alot of money there and the customer service was awesome. I feel I had to write this to let people know that this store is nothing short of a disaster and I will never step foot in there again. If live in the Upper Cape area and need to go to a Verizon store don't go to this one. read more
