I don't know who they were talking about) like a group of school girls. Rather than approaching me to assist me in a store that is literally 4x4, they carried on with their conversation, pretending like I was invisible. I walked right out without making the switch.

Trekking around Hyannis on a quiet Saturday, we came upon Best Fix and Repair. We walked in, and were immediately greeted and helped by the gentleman owner. Now, he had several screen protectors on hand, so a nice ample stock. He took her phone, removed the broken protector, cleaned the phone diligently, and put the new phone protector on. All for a whopping $15.00! At the Apple Store, which I love their products and services, the protector would be $50.00 or up. Less than five minutes! Huge cost savings! I left a generous tip, as he was quite nice, personable, and professional. The store was exceptionally clean, parking is on the street or in the public lot behind Main Street. Thank you! I highly recommend Best Fix and Repair. No negatives whatsoever.

Store owner is very kind--service initially went well, had the back glass on my iPhone 16 pro repaired and a day later I have a chip in the back glass--didn't drop, case on back etc...called them, hoping they'd honor the service and just a complete disaster of a conversation, comparisons to getting your car fixed and then crashing etc... As someone who isn't trying to take advantage of hard working people, I was disappointed. Maybe the aftermarket back glass wasn't the best quality? Not sure. I wouldn't recommend the location unfortunately. $159 for the glass to chip with a case on, no dropping etc. The owner did offer a "discount" but ultimately I'd expect more after having it fixed no more than a day later it's chipped. That being said, just expect more for the price and for the owner to stand by the product and service. *Update* Clearly you can see how passive aggressive and childish the owner is. As with other reviews that did not got his way--I would like to let future customers know there are other options that I wish I looked more into. The Cape Cod Hyannis Mall has the Geek Squad who sell only OEM apple replacement parts and, get this...they have a warranty on their products because they're an Apple partner. Now, that being said it's a whopping $10 more than this "Best Fix" location. Anyway, my loss. I trusted what I thought would be a good service and got burnt. Learned my lesson, I hope this helps someone and if you don't like to get everything for free definitely don't see this guy.

I went to this store with my mother to try to help her finally upgrade to a smartphone as a…read morebirthday present for her. The sales person helped us pick out a smartphone, and gave us good advice to lower her costs by dropping my father, who is also on the same account to a prepaid phone rate on his existing phone. We were happy as she would finally get a smart phone, but the monthly costs would be roughly the same because my fathers phone use became cheaper. After going through this for nearly an hour with the purchase of a new phone almost complete, the sales person realized he made a mistake and told us that my father's existing phone could not be changed to a prepaid rate because it was a push to talk phone. He informed us that it would now cost an extra $50 to get my father a new phone. He explained that it was a technical incompatibility issue, and that there was no other way to lower the rate of my father's existing phone. Because of this bait and switch, we immediately asked to speak with a manager, as we felt the new phone should be not cost us anything as: A. It was THEIR technical incompatibility issue, not OURS, B. It was a mistake by their sales person, so we should not pay the $50 penalty for their mistake. The manager said about the worst thing a employee could ever say to a customer. That they have no ability to help fix this unique circumstance, and that they cannot fix any mistakes that they made. Also that as a store they have no power to help with any unique customer service issue when it comes to pricing. That all pricing issues are locked by Verizon Corporate. As a customer of Verizon for 15 years, my mother was appalled and we walked out of the store with nothing. It was not about the $50 which she could easily afford, it was about the principle of doing nothing to help the customer after a bait in switch. So do not go here, They just admitted that they as a store have absolutely zero interest in customer service, and blame all of their issues on Verizon Corporate. In the end I do feel that the salesman made an honest mistake, I could see it in his facial expression, but afterwards no effort was made to fix the mistake.
