Completely awful service here! We brought a iPhone here because the screen was severely damaged as well as the back of the phone. The man working the kiosk said if he was able to fix it then we'd pay for it but if it did not work when he was finished that we wouldn't pay for it. After service was completed he said to take the phone home and it should work, when we got home the phone would not connect to service so we couldn't use it. Went back the next day and the guy refused to refund and said he never said anything about not paying for the service he provided. Terrible customer service, tried to lie about what type of phone it was, and was completely rude. Would NOT recommend going here! read more

It's such a great relief to have Cellairis near me. I've had two problems with my Samsung cell phone, the power button not working and the connector not charging phone. The first time I panicked, wondering if I would have to buy a new phone which is hundreds of dollars. When I did a search and found Cellairis near me, I prayed they would be able to fix the phone. The technician, Anar, worked with me both times. He assured me it was no problem to fix and did it while I waited (about an hour or so). Do not shop at cellaires at the capecod mall! Horrible service would not recommend, the man there is extremely rude and disrespectful , i took my phone to get a cracked screen fixed on my galaxy a20 only for him to tell me i have to wait longer because now my phone wont turn on! After fixing a second problem witch he created he put a screen on there that is not like the original it was a smaller screen for a different phone, not only that but the screen color is faded, went from tellin me hell fix it and put new screen to telling me he has no more screens,,, to get the f**k out of his store (even tho were at a mall booth in the cape cod mall) then preceded to call me out my name and threw peanuts at me and tell me hes not fixing nor refunding my money, my screens not correct there are heat or or some types of scratch/cracked marks on back of phone and you can see glue coming out of the edges i had to end up spending another 300 on a spare phone that day do not spend your money there!!!!!! read more

My first experience getting a cracked cell phone screen replaced. Found Cellairis expensive $300. Told it would take an hr. When I returned to pick up phone, Cellairis repair man was in heated argument with a couple. I left returned 30 mins later and argument still going on. Lady left in huff but guy stayed and continued arguing trying to get his phone fixed. The Cellairis repair guy had my expensive Galaxy Note cell phone in front of him completely apart working on it. I was extremely concerned about my phone being properly repaired during all this arguing. Finally, I had to interject and told the guy looked like he wasn't going to get his phone fixed and thought he should leave. He started being verbally abuusive to me! The Cellairis guy didn't say or do anything. I then went to get mall security and the guy left the mall. I felt that the Cellairis guy should've been the one to call security! I should not have had to get involved! He said that he would give me a glass protector for my phone for all the trouble but he ended up charging me for it! When I received receipt by text later, the charge for the protector was there! Work done amazingly seems alright so far but only been 2 days. They replaced a cracked screen on my I Phone X. Later that night, the corner of the screen began to pull away from the phone. The next day when pulling the phone out of my pocket, the loose corner of the screen caught the edge of the pocket flexing the screen and cracking it. Upon my return, the tech admitted that it was their fault but it any repairs had to be discussed with his manager who was not there. I made appointments and showed up a couple of times to meet the manager but he was clearly avoiding me. I finally caught up to him while he was eating lunch at his counter. He took my phone and said that it wouldn't be covered because it was cracked! I explained that it cracked because it was not installed properly. He then offered to replace it for $100.00. I refused and brought the phone to Mobile Medic in Hyannis. They repaired the phone promptly and correctly and for a lower cost. I would never go to a Cellairis store again. Very shady. read more

Do NOT let them fix your phone. I paid $200 to get my cracked screen replaced and they fixed the screen and broke the speakers and camera and my phone now randomly shuts down on a full battery and other random issues that I NEVER had before considering my phone was new. After confronting them I was told they would fix their mistakes and had to order parts but it was a lie considering they have claimed to never received such parts. This business is a fraud!
