I had already visited 1-2 locations as well as prior to this one along with reaching out to the help desk who all were telling me "oh it's just from you not paying your bill, it's fees." Mind you the bill was being paid. Customer service here was great I would love to leave a name but cant remember. Young black lady sat down with me went over my bill and what was going on and gave me the proper procedure to get this issue resolved. Needless to say I was able to get this 800$ bill fixed. Along with a credit to my account and a few other things were awarded. Had i not stopped at this location I'm not sure if this issue would have ever been resolved so THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I'll give the fact that it was New Year's Day, but with only 2 customers ahead of me I had to wait almost an hour to get help. The staff did find a discount on a product, but then didn't believe it was so cheap. Then this staff member went to ask a manager if this product could be so cheap. They came back to offer a second product for a little more than the original non-discounted price. We said, "no thanks, we'll take the one." They take the time to walk me through step-by-step with whatever my issue may be. I wish I could say the same for the kiosk inside of Annapolis Mall. Do yourself a favor and bypass that location and come directly to this location. The staff that I've encountered there isn't customer service orientated and the stock is usually always low of items that you're looking for. This location is convenient, pretty large in size, and the staff is always eager to assist you with your wireless needs.

Our sales associate, Brian Genius was extremely knowledgeable about AT&T and worked with us to come up with a plan. We left happy and felt heard. Unfortunately,it took us less than 48hrs to figure out that that plan would not work for us after all. We went back and spoke with Brian (who gave up his dinner break to help us through this) & his manager Felipe Paulino. Felipe went into his back office and worked with corporate to find us a solution. They went out of their way to help us find a solution that will work for us perfectly! I have to speak about one of the other associates there as well who spent time discussing our unique situation and our option for a satellite dish. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful as well. The people in this store are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!
