Please read this through, even though it will seem strange at first... The Love, not the attached, lustful energy that some people think of when the word Love is mentioned, but REAL LOVE, the knd that comes from the heart of a person into another's heart, that Love is what was given to me from Brandon when he came to my home yesterday morning, yes, on Christmas Eve, 12/24/2025! He found and fixed the rather large leak I was having with a broken line under my driveway. Brandon fixed this issue in minutes. He then blessed me beyond my belief! So much so, that I had to fall to my knees on the spot to give thanks to God, Yeshua, Jehovah, Adonai, Allah, Elohim, The Most High, Alpha and Omega, The Eternal, The Father, The King of Kings, The Source of Peace, and/or The Living God, whatever you call --- The Source of All!!! Thank you, Brandon, you know what you did, and my greatest hope is that you and your family continue to be Blessed Beyond Belief!!! I write, "continue," because Brandon informed me that he was already blessed. And I KNOW why, because he truly knows and posses REAL LOVE in his heart and expresses outward. Bless you, Dear Brandon, Bless You! Thank you!!!!!....... read more

Years ago, my home warranty had sent out Sprinkler Doctors to repair a big leak under my driveway. I was immedietly impressed with the service and workmanship Mark provided. He has since been back to my rental property two or three times and each time, service was excellent. This month, we had some serious flooding going on in multiple parts of the front and back yard. Of course I call Mark at Sprinkler Doctors. No longer under that home warranty contract, and having no additonal coverage, I was just waiting for some horrific bill. After all, there were mulitple leaks, and it took a few days to dry out and have him back out to redirect water and locate leaks to repair. Mark, as always, found leaks (this time in awful locations), and managed to repair and redirect water flow. We are all fixed and up and running. He even took the time to reset the watering timer and educate the tenants on the process, saving them plenty of money on the water bill in future months. Seriously, best service, best repairman, great company...and the bill THANKFULLY, was 1/3 of what I anticipated. Thanks SOOOOooo much Mark. I highly recommend this company based on price, ethics, skill and customer service. read more

My drip system was suffering from an inoperative zone and as a result I lost one tree and nearly lost two others. I initially called a competitor and after a $90 service call the technician quoted me $350 to fix a minor leak and simply bypass the inoperative zone without fixing the root cause problem. As a result of the excessive price, I called Sprinkler Doctors and thankfully they sent out Loren who was highly skilled and very professional . He immediately diagnosed the clogged line during the one-hour service call and returned a few days later to meticulously eliminate the clog underneath a stone walkway, as well as repair a minor leak and resolve pre-existing flow issues from the initial installation.......all for well under $200. The stone walkway was perfectly returned to its original condition after the repair underneath. I can only say that my experience with Loren and Sprinkler Doctors was better than I could have possibly imagined and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a professional sprinkler system repair. read more

My sprinkler system went bad last summer and I was stuck manually opening and closing my valves because my timer/controller went crazy and wouldn't allow anything to work. I made a pledge to not go through that this year. Loren Bennett came today and remedied the issue with my sprinkler box as well as a valve that wasn't opening and flooding water (thus preventing bushes from getting watered). Now i can enjoy my coffee at 4am and know that my grass and bushes won't die if i forget to water them for a few days (manually) since the timer works flawlessly now and does its job as it should. Loren also took the time to explain the box in detail with what zones are what and what programs are available to set timers and he even set my timers with me to ensure it is done correctly. Thank you! Now I don't have to explain to the wife why our plants are dead again this upcoming summer since this will remedy that issue. :D read more

My husband and I recently relocated here to Arizona from Iowa. We get enough rain in Iowa so never had a sprinkler system before. It was a bit of a learning curve, but when we sprung a leak in our system we did not know who to call. My husband got online to investigate area sprinkler system repair companies. He ran across Sprinkler Doctors base on their reviews. When my husband called they were prompt with getting a time scheduled to help us. I can not say enough how thankful we are to have found you, Sprinkler Doctors! Wade Lecheminant was our technician. Wade called, as promised, during the timeline they had given us for their arrival. Wade was at our home within 15 minutes of his confirmation call. Wade was amazing, very kind, personable, and knew what he was doing! We will never call another sprinkler company. Thank you, Wade and Sprinkler Doctors! Rick and Jacque S. read more

This company is truly amazing. Sprinkler Doctors performed various different services on our broken down systems, repaired 3 ploy-lines, replaced bad multi port heads, timers and leaks as well as trenched 50' section of grass including under sidewalk. Loren Bennett mostly worked on our problems and he is an amazing employee of theirs and they are very fortunate to have him. Honest, hard working and extremely loyal to his company he was more than willing to go that extra mile to solve each issue. The price was more than reasonable, they gave us an estimate up front and stuck to it, no padding or adding like many other companies. They responded that day when we called them. We have never written a good review on a company but we are so extremely impressed with Sprinkler Doctors and Loren we felt we had to let others know read more

Clearly, Sprinkler Doctors is committed to excellent service and expert work. I scheduled someone to come out, and I thought he would just take a look at what needed to be done. He arrived early, and started fixing our problem right away. He needed a few parts, and had them available, so he was able to fix everything in one visit. Everything was in perfect working order by the time he left, and their prices are quite reasonable. $65 service fee (includes one hour), then $60/hour pro-rated after that. Parts cost is minimal. If your system isn't working, or you need new work done, you should go with Sprinkler Doctors! I had asked my landscaper to look at it, but he really didn't know enough to fix anything. Glad I went with a pro who focuses on this, and got the job done right. read more

They fixed my leak in the underground irrigation lines. Mark Dern was very friendly, professional and had excellent communication skills. He was kind enough to educate me about the problem and gave me some good tips. This is my second time with these guys. The first time, I had Jason who helped me. Turns out he is Mark's brother. Jason was also amazing. I highly highly recommend this company and especially Jason and Mark. If you get these guys to work on your problem, be rest assured, you are in very good hands! Oh and forgot to mention I communicated with Melanie to schedule the appointment. Very accommodating, professional and friendly as well. 3 out of 3 employees that I have dealt with at this company were awesome so I have no hesitation recommending this company. read more

These guys were fantastic! I had a broken sprinkler pipe broken and needed it fixed. I placed a call to Sprinkler Doctors to set an appointment and requested that the service tech phone me ahead of time so I could leave work and meet them. We set the appointment and I received an estimate on the cost. The call came as requested and I was a little more specific with the issue and gave the service tech the information on how to access the broken pipe should he arrive at the house before me. By the time that I arrived at my house 15 minutes later, my service tech Mark Dern had completed the repair requested. The added extra bonus was the invoice was much lower than quoted. I would gladly recommend Marn Dern and Sprinkler Doctors for any of your sprinkler needs read more

I needed some minor repairs done to my valves, and an underground leak repaired. Sprinkler Doctors got back to me quickly after I emailed them asking for an appt (24 hours or less). I booked for 3 days later. Wade arrived on time after calling in advance to confirm (much appreciated). He quickly went through my list of things and corrected/fixed as needed. He had easy and quick fixes for problems instead of replacing entire parts or pipes. After the work was done, he wrote up the invoice and took credit card payment on the spot. I received a receipt via email when it was all done. I highly value vendors that can do this...take CC on site and provide digital copies of receipts. I will definitely be using Sprinkler Doctors again for future work. read more

Sprinkler Doctors is the best sprinkler service company in the Valley. Mark Dern, the sprinkler technician is wonderful. Mark called fifteen minutes before my appointment and told me he would be there shortly. He arrived promptly and immediately got to work on the problem. Mark fixed the leaky riser, replaced a diaphragm in the valve that worked this area, and checked the timer. Once everything in this zone was working, Mark asked if there were any other problems. Smiling, Mark said goodbye and appreciates me requesting him for my yard. I have used Sprinkler Doctors for several years and they have never disappointed me. They always call before coming to the house, are on time, never grumble about the work, and have the parts needed. read more

Great Service...excellent customer service. I had a very annoying situation involving my sprinkler system and leaks in the system that had attracted an excessive amount of bees and backed up my system. The problem had escalated to the point that the city was all over me about the problem. Being allergic to bees, and at the recommendation of a neighbor, I was referred to Sprinkler Doctors and I could not have been more pleased with the service and level of expertise that was exhibited by the technician Loren Bennett that came out and took care of the problem. His level of knowledge and his attention to detail were above and beyond what I expected and he also resolved some other issues I was not even aware of. Thanks again Loren!! read more

We were having ongoing issues with our irrigation system not watering properly. Called Sprinkler Doctor's on Monday and they scheduled our appointment for Wednesday morning (the day before a holiday). Their technician, John, arrived on time and even called 20 minutes before arrival. He checked the irrigation system in the front & back yards and quickly diagnosed the problem as a solenoid issue. He replaced the parts, recommended a watering schedule, adjusted the timers and even gave me a short tutorial on setting the timers. Cost was $100 and he had the problem fixed in under an hour. Our plants are so grateful! John was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and didn't try to oversell me. I would recommend Sprinkler Doctors! read more

Yesterday, I had Sprinkler Doctors at my new house that I had just purchased to look over my entire system to make sure everything was set up properly and to fix a few leaks that I had noticed after moving in. Mark Dern was my technician, and he showed up exactly on time and went over my landscape in detail to fix all the faulty emitters. He also added some lines to plants that were not getting water, and even found a few leaks in the mainline which were repaired. He also replaced the main valve which was developing leak at the seal. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism, and will certainly keep them on my list for future needs. Highly recommend for anyone that needs irrigation work. read more

Wow!!! I called in to set up a tech to come to my house, the receptionist was great and didn't set up an appointment to come to my house but figured the problem could be solved over the phone. Received a call on time from Jason and sure enough he was able to walk me through the issue to fix my problem. I really can't believe that they were that helpful I helping me over the phone. I have worked with landscapers and been ripped off and it's great to see a company that actually cares about tnt customer. Thank you Jason and your team, i will only refer sprinkler doctors to anyone and will use them for all my irrigation needs moving forward. Amazing customer service and just helping the customer, thank you!! read more

Have had two excellent visits by Sprinkler Doctors in the past two weeks for two different problems.. I would like to send an A+ review concerning repairman Jon Van Sickle who came both times.. His work ethic was incredible and so polite and courteous as well as masking and taking Covid19 precautions, . He solved two chronic problems with my sprinkler system and went over all the necessary instruction regarding appropriate timer settings. I can't praise him or Sprinkler Doctors enough. I have been using various sprinkler repair companies for the past 50 years in Phoenix....From now on my ONLY one will be Sprinkler Doctors and Jon VanSickle...Excellent pricing also... Thank you.. After my 5/22/2017 review, Jason from Sprinkler Doctors called and graciously apologized for not fixing the original problem. He and his company wanted to make it right, so another appointment was set up.. Jason and Steve came out and reviewed all the lawn sprinklers and the control box. They replaced a head that was not covering an area of the yard correctly. They did everything they could to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. At this time I am satisfied with their work. They asked that I give there adjustments a week of irrigating to make sure the sprinklers were set correctly and if any issue, to call them back out. Will consider Sprinkler Doctors for future work. read more

Best customer Service in the valley!! I'm new to Phoenix and had an issue with my sprinkler system. Not only were you prompt, but Loren Bennett was probable one of the most professional technicians I've ever met. He fixed the issue, then took 10 min to explain how my system works and made sure I was able to program it on my own. I will ALWAYS call him to fix my sprinklers, you have just earned a customer for LIFE!!!! You are lucky to have Loren Bennett as an employee, he's a wonderful representative of your company and your values. Other companies would be lucky to have Loren as their employee!! I would put 10 stars, but it wouldn't let me.. Jason - Customer for life!!! read more
