Both of my bathroom sinks were clogged and not draining properly, and he fixed the problem completely within half an hour or less. The photos are from what he pulled out of my bathroom pipes. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Now my sinks are both draining properly, and everything working as they should, thanks to Taylor. I would recommend to anyone; he doesn't waste any time and does thorough and complete work. He lets you know what he's doing as he's doing it so you understand the process. I appreciated that so much. He exceeded my expectations and will definitely call him again for other handyman services I need in the future.

Gold star review alert!!! As you may/may not know, it's an honor to be a Yelp Elite reviewer. I get…read moreto help others, looking for services or restaurants or experiences, find a good one through my experiences. It's such a thrill (and relief) to find the perfect business. I will admit that my eye tends to drift toward those businesses that have been around a long time and have lots of reviews. That's great and they've earned it. This time I added one that does not have a lot of reviews. Most of these businesses, are usually new, such as in this case. We noticed a leak was coming out of the front lawn onto the driveway. While it looked small, it turned out to be a 1/4 gallon per minute leak (confirmed by Epcor). So, onto Yelp to find a plumber. I chose about 5. While many contacted us pretty quickly, others did not. Our first plumber came out and immediately quoted a replacement of the entire water main from meter to house. This would involve: busting up driveway, lots of backhoe work and then, new driveway section. How much? About $9000. Ouch. Taylor came out afterwards and immediately offered a suggestion. For a nominal price, he could dig down to actually see the problem and offer a resolution. Brilliant! We have the go ahead and he and his helper, found the leak. A small break in the pvc. He fixed it and it costs a fraction of what someone quoted without knowing what the problem was. Taylor is an honest, hardworking guy with an awesome assistant. It's hard enough to find competent plumbers out there. Even harder to find hardworking and honest ones. I'm going overboard on this review because this was the difference between a huge quote, problem unseen, to something that requires some work to see the problem, diagnose and then fix it. Give this guy a chance and you will also sing praises for his work. I found our plumber for life!!!

We called again this morning (10:50am) and a man answered the phone. We proceed to tell him the door issue. He wanted us to text him the issue we are having. After letting him know we don't text, he said he was driving and would call back in about ten minutes. The man has not yet called and it's now 5:07pm as I write this review. Now before commenting why can't you text? Here's why- my grandmother has tremors and she obviously doesn't have text or a smart phone. I get home from work today to hear this update from her and it's upsetting. How do you run a business and expect your customers to do the footwork for you by texting the problem they are having. You should be ready to do that as part of the customer service end, and most definitely call people back when you promise. I had really hoped this would work out as we have a list of things that we want done and wanted to start with the door as this is a priority issue. They lost a lot of business and probably a loyal customer. What bothers me most- their handling of our senior population. I feel awful for people like my grandmother that have to navigate the hurdles of today's world and it's paramount that community assist them, and most importantly that businesses are prioritizing our vulnerable population. Shame on this company!

The price was good so I went ahead and had him get started. All work is now completed and I am very pleased with everything. He explained everything before he got started and after he finished as well as at key points during the process. He even explained how I could fix the outside spigot in the future myself if I wished. I really appreciate how genuinely nice he was and that he took the time to educate me. I love that he treated me like an equal and didn't talk to me like it was something I couldn't understand with my small woman brain. Unfortunately some other companies out there do that. He also didn't ask me to leave a review so that was great too. I am sick of places telling me to leave a 5 star review. In my mind if you do 5 star work you get 5 stars. End of story. I got got 3 things checked off my to do list and toilet flushes better than ever. Highly recommend and I will use again next time we need a plumber.
