I'm giving my flowers to this dental spot. Doctor Jaime and her staff has been taking care of me ever since I was just a boy. So many good times and laughter here. Whenever I come to get my check ups done, my teeth become pristine, white and pearly. Gotta look good and feel good. Getting set up is easy and I'm pretty sure they take most insurances. I was treated by Dr Nguyen at this office and was very happy with her treatment. Dr Nguyen was very professional and always kind enough to take her time to explain thoroughly at each phase of the treatment. I started in June 2024 and the treatment finished in April 2025 I also want to thank Tonie in the front office for her kindness and the 2 dental assistants. the initial visit and appointment for my dad was all fine so we continued booking with them for his future appointments, as well as my mom's initial appointment for cleaning. those appointments went fine as well and we paid the copay that they calculated and showed to us on the screen each time. before my mom's last appointment in december, however, they notified us that my dad's insurance had actually run out after his initial appointment in september. they failed to verify my parents' insurance before every following visit under the claim that "my dad said that it ran out at the end of the year," so that's what they went off of. they told us that we would have to pay for the cost of all of the services the insurance previously charged for both my parents (some hundred dollars). he is very unfamiliar with his insurance process and wasn't aware of this. regardless, it's their responsibility to verify their patient's insurance before each appointment. if we had known that we would've been charged due to a lack of coverage, we wouldn't have made future appointments. i had a letter dropped off at my address requesting us to pay these charges, which we won't be doing because of their neglectful actions toward my parents. it's a shame because the office was wonderful and quite clean & organized otherwise. we will be contacting better business beareu about them if the charges are not dropped. read more

I came here for a cleaning. The girl who helped me did a terrible job and hurt me. I continued to tell her she was hurting me, and I know cleanings are NOT suppled to be painful. She was not compassionate at all and mocked me, even after I told her multiple times she was hurting me. I will not be coming back here ever again, I will never bring my children back to this awful place. If you bring your children here I suggest you go back with them and do not allow them to stay alone with these butchers. read more

I called and explained my situation and wanted to become a new patient, but the receptionist was super nice and helpful and suggested I tried to fix the issue with my previous dentist first. I love this dental office. I had my deep cleaning done every year at this office. I've been going here for 3 years and as long as my insurance cover at this office, I'll be coming back every years. They have friendly staffs, awesome dentist, wonderful dentist assistant, even the clients is nice to one another. Like they say...strangers danger or strangers can be friends in this case. I had my wisdom tooth pulled out and I didn't feel any pain. And Jamie and Arlene were really helpful adjusting my payments and working things out with me. I don't know about this Vy H. Chick... But disregard her "worse dental attitude experience" maybe she herself was the problem. All I can say is the staff her is like family! They always do their job correctly explain everything In perfectly in depth detail. I have been coming here for years and it's because of the genuine caring and loving staff. Dr. Jamie Nugyen is the best in making you want to return back to the dentist. Arlene is always on top of appointments and squeezing you in for emergencies. Toni is awesome in getting insurance to cover for work. Huy is awesome with dealing with children. Overall this office is over the top in caring for your family's smiles. Worst dental experience ever. Referred by a friend. When I was suppose to do a cleaning all they did was a polish and the girl in the front called it a "cleaning. Then the girl in the front gave me attitude when all I was trying to do was ask questions. So I guess clients can't ask questions. I was just trying to understand the situation since they told me two different stories as to why I wasn't give a proper cleaning. If I wanted just a polish I would have done it myself. Same girl gave me attitude and said I was late. I told her yes 5 minutes late and I waited 30 mins so I think we are even. I gave attitude back during our whole conversation because she gave me attitude. You get what you deserve. I called my insurance company to find out why I couldn't use my insurance for a cleaning when I went to another dentist office. They told me that my insurance company said that I already got charged for a cleaning by Springtime Dental. Of course they charged me for a cleaning when they didn't do one. Today I had an appointment for a filling I specifically told the receptionist that I wanted WHITE FILLING!! In which she doesn't know what she's doing most of the time!! I asked her for the total cost and she gave me the price for 2 WHITE FILLINGS so I go in and I sat down and the doctor says she's gonna start checking my teeth but she didn't even let me know when I was gonna be getting poked in my mouth to put the anesthesia in, the Doctor Nguyen to start working on me I was done after half an hour I go pay for my WHITE FILLINGS the receptionist gives me the receipt and I see the price was wayyyy different than what she had told me so I asked her why the price was different she took the receipt and says oh I don't know let me ask ... When she is the one that charges ‍so I ask her how many fillings I got and she says 4! I said 4!!? Why 4 if I asked for 2! So she starts getting all nervous because she doesn't know what to say or do ! So then the another person that sits in back of her for back up cuz like I said before the front receptionist doesn't know what she's doing half the time! So then they go back and ask the Doctor and she comes back and says OHHH THEY ONLY DID GREY FILLINGS WE DIDNT DO ANY WHITE‍I said WHAT!! Why?? She said I don't know then the other girl comes and says THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO TELL THEM WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO TO MY MOUTH AFTER ME AND THE RECEPTIONIST HAD ALREADY WENT OVER WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN and she proceeded to tell us that we're supposed to remind them because they have a lot of clients and it's hard to remember but you'd figure that they'd make a note of it somewhere right? I mean they are working in your mouth I was just mad over the fact that they were basically telling me that I need to tell them how to do their own job before they start just in case they forgot.The owner "Dr Nguyen" was listening the whole time and never even came to see what the problem was!! So the receptionist that doesn't know how to do her job said WELL YOUR STILL NUMB WE COULD RE DO YOUR FILLINGS!! They messed up my teeth and wanted to over charge me!! I know a few people that would go there before and moved Dentist after a few months also the other receptionist that worked there before would talk about how dumb these assistants were so IF YOU GO THERE OR CONSIDER GOING PLEASE BE CAREFUL these people don't know what they are doing!! I can't say enough about Springtime dental. The office is clean and Dr. Nguyen is amazing with Children. .y daughter had her braces put on 6mos ago and already there is a remarkable difference. Not only is the back office staff wonderful but you are immediately greeted by Arlene who is a big help with insurance questions and pricing. We visited springtime dental a few months ago as a referal when my children needed a dental exam. They recomended braces for my kids, as i always do i took them for a second opinion and found the same results. However we found springtime to be more professional, a better deal and definetly a cleaner office. When you arrive at Springtime whether your first visit or your 20th visit you are greeted and made to feel welcome. Dr. Nguyen is very patient and conforting for the kids. While keeping the experience professional. Arlene works in the front she takes time explaining charges and talking to my insurance company to be sure the claims are processed correctly and to our expectation.
