She's had her braces in for about two months now and we've already seen so much improvement! I loved the results of my Invisalign from Dr. Lee! I had a pretty bad case of open bite as you can see from my pictures. My top and bottom teeth never came together even if I completely clenched them together. Other orthodontists told me the only option I had was to get jaw surgery. I basically gave up on fixing my teeth because jaw surgery was way too scary for me. As my last hope, I contacted Dr. Lee hoping maybe there would be another option. He told me he could fix it with Invisalign! I thought it would be too good to be true, but he explained everything to me and what the process would be like. I really don't like giving reviews except when it's so outstanding that I must share. Dr. Lee has been nothing but professional and great to work with. For those who don't care to read my case underneath, here's a shorter version. TL:DR VERSION: 1. He's an amazing orthodontist and always made sure I understood the entire process. 2. Great and relatable family man. 3. His staff was so warm and welcoming each time, from the front to the back staff. 4. His results met and even exceeded my expectations (look at my before and after). 5. Prices were very reasonable (I can't trust too cheap lol) and he is very accommodating when it came to broken brackets or wires. 6. I always recommend him to friends who are interested, with a couple who are now his clients. 7. Will bring my kids here for sure. 8. He still checks up on me periodically to see how my teeth is doing and I love that genuinely. THE LONG VERSION: Prior to having David as my doctor, I had consultations with 3 other doctors. One said I needed jaw reconstruction, others were ridiculously priced. So when I met David through a friend referral who also had great results, I was surprised to find out he was able to help my special cross-bite case and for a reasonably decent price too! When I scheduled an appt to see him, I came to realize that it was only him there, so I was glad that he made time to see me even on his day off. He was very warm and inviting. After analyzing my situation he was truthful and told me that though my case was difficult, if I trust him, he would not only straighten my teeth but also fix my cross-bite. So I trusted him. He had asked me what rates I've been quoted and not only did he beat them , he even gave me a discount on the clear brackets so I wouldn't be walking around with a metal grill at the age of 34 lol. Prior to my first appt with him, he addressed to me that I had a few cavities to take care of with my primary dentist as well as a cleaning as it would be the best thing to do before having my brackets be put on. He fully explained the whole entire process and with each visit, explained to me what was going on with my specific case. Eg. One week he would tell me I would need a thicker band to help with the shifting, another he would tell me to wear bands in certain locations because it would begin the cross-bite alignment, etc. I was never in the dark and always knew the reasoning for each visit. I must say, not only was he a great personable doctor, but his staff made me feel like family, no joke. I knew their names, they knew mine, we talked about our families, and they always remembered my conversation from the previous visits! David, if you're reading this, please know that I loved your staff and they always made it pleasurable to come in even though it was always busy. They all deserve a raise! Lol. I work a regular 9-5 and I live in LA so I could only see him on the weekends. But without hesitation, there were many times where my brackets broke, and he was very understanding and came in on off days/hours to see me! I really appreciated that, it showed me he cared about his patient's well-being. Overall, in due time, I saw very pleasing results. I have always wanted braces since I was in HS but too poor to afford them. It really shunted my self-esteem and I'm so glad I found such a great doctor as himself to give me so much more confidence. Before I was very reluctant to smile or even laugh, but now, I laugh and smile so much that girls always compliment my nice perfect smile (with no cross-bite). Thank you Dr. Lee, I can't wait to have kids and bring them to you. You are like family. But for now, I'll just bring up your name whenever anyone asks for an amazing orthodontist. TYVM. read more

Beware, this dentist and his staff do a better job as salespersons than running an actual dental office. They're money hungry, is all I can say. The first impressions that were taken for my Invisalign were incorrect. When I received my Invisalign trays, they absolutely did not fit. It blows me away how they can have the nerve to say "it's your gums, they're shaped irregularly". Okay if that's the case then aren't Invisalign trays personalized accurately according to every persons different dental anatomy? Lol, yet they wanted to charge me an extra cost just to take more impressions to get new trays in that God knows what they'll tell me about the next time I try getting them mounted in my mouth correctly. Overall, this office gave me such a horrible dental experience when I thought I had somewhat of some hope. Mr. Lee is absolutely rude, one sided and does not care about what you have to say. It's almost as if he hates his job, lol. Patient care, trust and comfortable ness should be top priority. Save your money and go else where. read more

Let me start off by saying I was crushed when I found out my 2nd grader needed to get braces. But Dr. Lee made me feel so at ease and I instantly felt like I can trust him with my 7 year old. My two sons have been treated by Dr. Lee and they have had an amazing experience. My son broke his wire chewing and Dr. Lee quickly responded and took care of the broken wire. We drive all the way from Pasadena to receive excellent care and service. He is open on some weekends and that has worked wonderfully for our schedule. I also like the fact that Dr. Lee is the one that does my tightening, not an assistant. His office manager, Liz is attentive and observant. She remembers who I am even after only 2 visits. They have only been open for a year, but I know this office will be successful for years to come. His skills are okay, but still inexperienced. He doesn't talk much or explain anything to his patients. When he checked my teeth, he saw that i had some cavities but just didn't say anything about it (then i went to another general dentist for a checkup and found out later). I guess he doesn't want to be involved in anything other than Orthodontics. He could've just let me know that i had a cavity and advise me to go check with another general dentist. My treatments ended up twice longer than the initial estimated time. I just go in every now and then and get the next appointment without knowing what's going on. He's the expert so I trusted him to do what he went to school for. At the end of the treatment, i wish he would've explained better what's going so i can make my best decision base on his information. If i had known of the possible complications of getting braces (which i now regret), I wouldn't have gone with braces and walk away. But no business owner want to let their money walk away, so he quickly closed the deal and tell me a short treatment duration that I wanted to hear, even though it was actually much longer to finish the treatment. That made me an unhappy patient, feeling like i signed on a deal without knowing the downside of the deal. Luckily the end result wasn't as bad as I imagined. I have mixed feelings about the result, very angry at myself for spending money but doesn't get a result that I'm happy with. The center of my teeth is slightly off-center and a significant amount my precious enamels were hastily shaved down at the end of treatment to remove the brace glue because he was rushing. Some glue was left behind, but I didn't want to come back to him to remove as he might shave all my remaining real teeth away with it. When i come back to get a copy of my treatment record, they want to charge me a fee for it. Wow. I walked away and never came back. read more
