I can't thank Dr. Douglas, Dr. Truong, and orthodontic assistant Isabel enough for making my braces journey so smooth. Everytime I come into the office, furniture & bathroom are spotless! Once you come inside to the office directly the orthodontic assistants always greet me! Even the other ones that aren't helping me with my braces tightening. When the big day finally came to get my braces off, Isabel made the entire process so easy and comfortable--I was honestly shocked at how quick and painless it was! She was super friendly and made sure I felt at ease the whole time.
