Dr Vu is a great orthodontist. I started during covid times and she did a virtual consult and was able to see most of the issues just from pictures I sent. When I did come in, they did a 3D scan for more details and that can predict how my teeth will move with different options. She esitmated 1.5 years but it ended up only being 1 year 3 months. I wasn't able to do invisalign so I had to go with traditional braces. Her staff was easy to work with for appointments and billing. It was my first time visiting Bloom Orthodontics and it was an excellent one. I'm one of those who always get nervous laying on a ortho bed but my experience was far from that. I went in to order a new pair of retainers. First I was greeted with friendly faces who communicated clearly to me. I am afraid of COVID and thankfully the staff is very cautious about COVID making sure to take temperatures before sitting down to wait. Once you walk into the room, you can see they are really sticking to the COVID rules by noticing how spread apart the beds were the chairs. The staff informed me that the tools have been disinfected and explained to me what was going on every step of the way which I really appreciated. I was blown away by how high tech their machines are. No more having to place your teeth into a thick wax in some medal cage instead they used an imaging tool that is done painlessly and with incredible detail.
