Fantastic office. I really appreciate my hygienist. She took the time to explain where my teeth were at, and how I could improve them. I brought in my gross nightguard, and she cleaned it up without pause and it looks great. My other dentist did not offer that service and it is so worth it! Most of my time was spent with the hygienist, and she was very personable. I wish I got her name so I could give her a shoutout. She was my hype woman!! I hope she reads this! Incredibly grateful I was referred to KS Dental from a co-worker! I started seeing Dr. Hsu in January and needed a LOT of work, I've had four crowns done with him over the last 6 months. Dr. Hsu has the most incredible bedside manor, he is very patient with questions and takes his time to explain everything to you. The quality of his work and his expertise is top notch! It has been a few months since I visited Dr. Su and his team. I wanted to wait a little while to make sure that all the work they did worked out as I had expected. I'm happy to report that everything is great. As for my visits and the care that I received, Dr. Su was gentle, but got the job done. I especially liked his trick of quickly jiggling your lips/gums as he gives the lidocaine shots. At first I thought he was nervous, but I realized that the shots that I got (and it was quite a few) didn't sting or hurt. I also appreciate the staff. They go above and beyond to help the patients out. The prices are not the cheapest, but they are very reasonable. KS Dental also accepts and honors the discounts for "newdentalchoice" members which helps a lot. As soon as I get over my hip surgery, I will plan on getting back to KS Dental so I can get my bridge and work done on my other teeth. Dr. Su explained the treatment process in details before any procedure. I first came in to Dr.Su's dental clinic was because I needed a new partial. My partial was cracked. Dr. Su made me a new partial, but it was a little bit uncomfortable at first. He helped me adjusted. He was nice and patient when I asked him questions. My previous dentist was not very patient when she talks to me. It might be I asked too much questions. Don't look anywhere else for a dental office! Dr. Cirac and his office staff are friendly and professional and HONEST! He is excellent when working with children too. He makes them feel comfortable and my children look forward to going to the dentist now. I was told by my original dentist that my two daughters needed major dental work. We went to see Dr. Cirac for a second opinion and he was able to quickly fill the cavity without any major fixes such as a root canal or crown like I had been told they needed. After months of quarantine, I needed to get my entire family in to see the dentist. 4 kids and myself for cleanings as well as tooth pain and a strange bump on my husband's gum. This was our first time seeing Dr. Su as he recently bought the practice from our previous dentist. Dr. Su was great with all of my children, ages 8-17. No cavities, Yay! My husband had to have a root canal and crown for the tooth pain and bump on his gums. We've been very pleased with Dr. Su's work on our teeth. My father-in-law also had to have a crown replaced. He's told me repeatedly that, it's the best crown he's ever had. Dr. Su also recognized some treatment for my teeth that will help with continued issues I've been having with some of my teeth. I'm starting Invisalign with him to correct my bite so the issues will not continue to get worse. We can definitely recommend Dr. Su. read more
