First timer at this hotel and it was not a good experience. The room itself was spacious, clean, and lovely. However, the staff was not exceptional. When I entered my room, the body wash was empty. When I asked the front desk for more, they said there's no one that works in room service in the evenings. They then said I would have to get it from the front desk since they were alone. They never called staying they had it ready. Next day, I inform the front desk again. They promise to fill it. I return in the evening and nothing. I reach out a third time and they said their co worker will deliver it. I wait 45 minutes and nothing. I call a fourth time and they said the co worker told them they delivered it (they did not). Finally, five minutes later I receive it. Worst customer service ever! read more

Stayed here for a staycation and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I usually don't stay at a Marriott hotel but it's competitor hotel chain but I did enjoy this place Parking is free and there is an EV charging station outside that you pay. Not sure the company but chose to charge my Tesla and their supercharger a mile away. Place was clean. Hallways was nice and fresh. Even the rooms had a nice look and appeal to it. Refer to photos. 5 stars The comp breakfast was meh. Not a lot of selection. Hot meals were scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy and sausage. It was sufficient so can't complain. 3 stars As a Bonvoy member, I had the app but noticed I didn't get a digital key card to bypass having to check in at the Lobby desk. first time staying here as the middle point between Sacramento and San Jose Everyone here was awesome. Just a suggestion they might want to check the pancake batter or waffle batter. This was our second stay here and we absolutely enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and welcoming and room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay on our road trip. Location is also a plus as it's not far from restaurants and such. Parking is ample and safe. WiFi is fast. Spent 3 nights here at Springhill Suites Marriot in Pleasanton. -deducted 1 star due to finding some trash on our floor upon arrival (a knife and wrapper) and the leg of the desk looked like it had some kind of food smeared from someone throwing away trash This was remedied by easily after asking the front desk could ask housekeeping to do another clean. All the staff were friendly. They visited to see if we needed additional towels or take out trash. Otherwise for the cost, location, staff and amenities would definitely stay here again. We utilized the gym which had 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, bike, kettle bells, foam roller mat, bosu, free weights. Continental bfast wasnt bad with pretty yummy pancakes you can make, oatmeal station, assorted yogurts, cereals and juice. There was always eggs, some type of sausage and another item (bfast sandwich, cheese cornbread muffin). The pool was gorgeous with large jacuzzi. Just grab a key from the front desk. Parking was plentiful, FREE with multiple entrances from outside with EV chargers. It is next to a costco and for us was very close to everything we needed to access. read more

This hotel looked remodeled on the outside so I was excited to try it out. I'm a platinum member and still had to ask for any free room upgrades which I thought should've been done without my asking. The room was only a few square feet larger than the room I was originally assigned but that's fine. I loved the pullout mattress under the couch for my kids; it was so simple. The shower had great pressure and got warm quickly. The free breakfast was standard but good. There was always a staff making sure the area was clean. My complaints... We kept the do not disturb sign on our door but the cleaners still came in. They gave us fresh towels but didn't clean the room. I don't get why this happened but it did. I kept checking to make sure nothing was taken and found it odd that they only exchanged the towels. Another is that the pillows were so awful that i didn't sleep well and got a kink in my neck upon departure. Legit was an awful night of sleep. I doubt I'll be staying here again based on the maids coming in and the poor pillows. read more

It came to my surprise at this brand new lovely hotel has not been put on the map yet (Yelp map that is lol). So I would do the honors and put this hotel on yelp so more viewers and people can see that there is this brand new hotel that's just open. It had recently open not too long ago, officially opened on December 21 of 2023. I have not had the pleasure yet of staying at this hotel, but I have heard of this hotel, and wanted to share the information so that others are aware of this location so they have the pleasure of staying at this hotel. I will give an update once I stay at this hotel. I also am aware that this hotel is just a regular hotel but the building next over which is the town house suites that's for extended stay, so if you are planning to stay for long period of time Townhome suites will suit you best! Now that hotel will open later on this week so keep an eye on the second location opening pretty soon. We really enjoyed the front desk staff and our room was neat and clean. The Fitness Center was great. The hot breakfast was not great but it was free. The primary challenge there was that the buffet area was understaffed. During our 9:00 breakfast they ran out of coffee, plates, cups and napkins. Parking is free and hotel was clean and quiet. I recently stayed at the newly opened SpringHill Suites in Pleasanton and had an overall pleasant experience. Pros:    *   Parking: One of the best features is the free parking, which is rare and appreciated. The area feels very safe, so I had no worries about leaving my car overnight.    *   Room Comfort: The king-size bed was a definite plus, and the couch was so comfortable I almost slept on it a few times! The room also had a nice desk area, which is great for longer stays or catching up on work.    *   Amenities: I loved having a microwave and a spacious refrigerator that could hold real food--not just drinks. The showerhead is set high, which is fantastic for taller people, but a detachable option would be helpful for shorter guests.    *   Bathroom: The bathroom was spacious, with plenty of counter space, which I appreciated.    *   Free Breakfast: It's always a bonus to have breakfast included, though I felt the selection was limited. Adding muffins and boiled eggs would enhance the experience. Cons:    *   Heating & Cooling System: The heater and air conditioner were complicated to use. If this is provided as an amenity, clearer instructions should be included.    *   Storage: There's minimal storage space for clothes--only two drawers.    *   Daily Cleaning: While I understand the reduced daily cleaning policy, there should be an ample supply of essentials like toilet paper and cups. It was inconvenient to have to go to the front desk for toilet paper, and the staff's response to this felt a bit rude. Final Thoughts: Despite a few inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The location is excellent, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was positive. While the room was nice, we were very disappointed in the service. At check-in, despite our having reserved with AAA discount, an employee charged a full price room and we had to go back when we discovered the error to correct it. Then, even more disappointing, our vehicle was broken into and items stolen. A cop left a business card with case number on our driver's side door, so clearly it had been seen/discovered prior to our going to the vehicle in the morning. Yet when we went to the desk to check out and report it, both women at the desk acted as if parking lot theft was unheard of at your location. Ridiculous, since even we had some inkling that thefts occur there when we saw broken window glass in the lot nearby upon arrival. We discovered the glass had been swept up in the morning so someone on staff knows you have thefts. We asked for a call from the manager, but no one followed up. Definitely not the Marriott brand service we are used to! And we suggest you get video surveillance with signage as a deterrent. read more

Last minute need for accommodations, front desk staff woman at 9:30pm was rude, card machine wasn't working nor did they have the ability to book reservations. Customers had to book for themselves online. Room was spacious, towels hard and scratchy as if they were line dried outside, bed was not comfortable and the room smells like wet dog. I was so tired, I just wanted to go to sleep and not hassle a room change. I placed a couple of items from the snack selection on my room at which time the female front desk staff stated my room out loud for others guests to hear. As a solo female traveler that was inappropriate. For a new Marriott property, it is lacking in SO many areas. read more

This is a very basic Marriott Hotel/Motel, nothing fancy, nothing extraordinary - but it is only 6 months old. Brand new facility. Nice new carpets, new furniture, etc. Pool seemed well worn and I wondered why - it's because it is shared with the Marriott Hotel next door. Why the need for another Marriott, right next door? Staff was friendly, everything was clean and orderly. $170+ per night. My wife and I stay in Marriott Hotels all over the world - we're used to their quality and this Hotel met that quality, just nothing above it made this location stand out above any other location. read more

We did not have the free breakfast because we had plans but I appreciate that it was there. The gal at the front desk was very courteous when checking in and when we went out for the evening, she asked if everything in the room was ok and if there was anything else that we needed. Nice property, new and clean. However, as a Marriott Titanium ambassador elite member, I will not recommend this property. Their ability to provide basic room service SUCKS. I've been at the property for six nights and have yet to have so much as a clean towel left in the room in fact they haven't been in the room and I've ask them THREE different times. I understand they don't provide service like full service properties and only come into the room every two days. But I've had ZERO service since I arrived and I keep asking and continue to get nothing. At some point it should be free, this is crazy. read more

Very decent hotel and reasonable price. Really good area especially for Pleasanton and Dublin. We stayed for 4 people, 2 queen beds and an extra pull out couch. They had everything you need including a mini fridge, safe and average hotel stuff. They have an outdoor pool. They also have chargers for electric cars as well. Everything was very clean and our room was very new. The gym was super nice. Only thing I would say is that the breakfast was not great. The eggs looked watery and unappealing. Not much options there, especially for vegans and vegetarians. There are other food options around the area though. Overall decent hotel. read more
