We stayed here one night on our way to Oregon. We would not stay here again. Room was musty. Sofa had stains. Hotel itself was old. Location was not desirable/safe for us. Swimming pool being so close to the main road was a little scary for the Mrs. Usually we would have left after seeing the condition of the hotel, but massive accidents on the 5 on the day we were traveling meant a longer than usual drive had us mentally exhausted to try to rebook at a different hotel.

Ohhhhh frank....... Smh.... I still love this place and I will still return... BUT when dealing with the customer service they should really reconsider frank. I've heard he has been there for a long time but he is very very rude and unhelpful. Me and my wife pre paid for 2 nights there I believe it was about 390$ in total and when we got there we couldn't use our card for the deposit until the next morning and when I asked him he kept saying over and over without any genuine human emotions "sorry there's nothing we can do" and I said "but we already paid 400 for the room and we have 3 kids with us, and it's my sons birthday" and again "sorry there's nothing we can do"... good thing Jennifer was standing right there because she said "let me go get mark he can probably help he's the manager" and she literally walked 20 steps to the right and grabbed mark for us and thankfully he was there to help us. I also noticed that he's very rude to the other staff who works there... if it weren't for Jennifer we would have had to cancel our trip and turn around and go home. Great hotel though.

Very small bathroom in room 201. Door almost hits toilet and it hits the shower

The staff here was awesome. Clean hotel. Room was large. But I gave it a 3 because of the bathroom size. We where in room 201. Don't get it. Not sure if all rooms are like this, but the bathroom is tiny. I mean, when you open the door it almost touches the toilet. And, you have step over the toilet to shut the door if you are in the bathroom and want privacy. Look at my pics. Door cannot open all the way without hitting the shower. So this was a big turn off. But if all the bathroom are not like this, I would stay here again.

First Impression of the hotel was mice on the outside. Small small parking lot with a $10 parking fee. Check in was easy with no complaints. The room is a different story. I requested 2 double beds. I got 1 king and pull out couch bed. I got little ones that I want to sleep comfortably that I'm paying for it. We brought our blankets for them as usual since the little blankets they provide for pull outs will scratch your soul out of your nostrils and irritate your esophagus. Ohh yea the phone is for display I guess since has no cords or anything. The bed was comfy and of course king size right next to the AC unit. The shower is narrow which made my elbows ache a is I was trying to wash the ash off from the wild fires. It's small.

"Pleasant, Well-maintained Park."…read more We used to come to this park all the time when our kids were young, and recently made a return visit with her grandchild. The park is pretty much as I remembered. There's a huge lawn area for the kids to run around on. They also do soccer lessons for little kids on the weekend. There are several large, well-maintained bathrooms, which even have paper towels! There's drinking fountains in that same area. There are two kids play structures. One is larger, perhaps for older kids, and a smaller one with swings close by. Our granddaughter loved to go down the slide. There's also a sandpit nearby where kids play in the sand. There are quite a few tables and benches, and even BBQs. You can also reserve an area for a special party. The park has a large parking area, so I don't think you'll have trouble with parking. There's also free parking on the street close by. The same area has the famous Shannon Community Center, where they have all kinds of kids camps and classes. So overall, a pleasant park, with lots of options for young kids to play. The day that I visited, the water splash area was turned off. Perhaps it goes back on in the summer? Some of the buildings are showing their wear, but Shannon Park is still a great asset to Dublin.

So I have very mixed feelings about this place. Some things are incredible. Some things are not…read moreso great. I am a member of the "Legends" club. So that to me means it's top of the line membership as indicated by their pricing and what we get. So I feel I should get top notch deals, pricing and service. Turns out, we get the same shaft as the lower club members. Starting with the good, the location is pristine. Nice area with lots of room for kids and adults to mingle and play. The wine is also pretty darn good. Of course there are some better than others but I enjoy most of their wine. The service is also for the most part very good. The waitstaff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Their food is also pretty darn good. It's not incredible, and a bit overpriced but it's fine enough. Their wine pricing is also fair (but of course with the highest membership we get the biggest discount). My biggest complaints would be the price gouging and lack of communication. We made arrangements on a Friday to show Sunday with 6 and asked for the "VIP space upgrade to lounge or upstairs Vista Patio Lounge (when available)". They said no problem. When we showed on Sunday they said it was closed with no notice. Just a sorry. OK whatever. We sit inside (6 people and 2 children) and they charge for 2 children a "non drinker" charge of $10 ($5 each). A head count charge for non-drinkers? For children? Total nonsense! I am spending over $1,200 a year here and you want to gouge me for someone's kids? Their tastings are $40 a pop which is really crazy. Our price is waived on this so that's fine but if you are not a member you are paying a lot for a little. The wines do take a bit of time to come and they don't give you a lot. Kind of a bummer waiting for the taste. We ended up with 4 appetizers (sliders $24, Charcuterie $25, Tater Tots $12 and Pretzel Bites with Grilled Sausage $16) 2 bottles of wine and $4.25 for water and the bill was over $250. Oh and top that off, with 6 people, they charge a mandatory 20% on the bill for a tip and are basing that with taxes (as the button default), not the actual sub-total so they are actually getting about 23%. All in all, I am not sure that the cost is worth what you get. I mean we are giving them a lot of money just to be members and then having to pay more and more for anything else that really should be included (like water and kids) makes this place just a bit too over-rated for me. Probably end my club membership in the fall and go someplace that doesn't place money first.

I ordered a 16 oz (large) coffee, but was served a 12 oz. When it was brought to our table, I politely asked about the size since it looked smaller than what I usually get. The barista told me it was 12 oz and mentioned it might just be a different cup, then walked away without really addressing the concern. I checked my receipt and confirmed I was charged for a 16 oz. I went back to the counter and explained that I simply wanted the correct size. Initially, I was told I would need to pay more, which was frustrating. After explaining again, she finally offered to remake it. For clarity, the drink hadn't been touched at all--I returned it exactly as it was. I really like this place and will continue to support it, but I hope the team can improve on order accuracy and customer service, especially when concerns are raised politely. A little more attentiveness and willingness to resolve issues would go a long way.

It also has an old-timey study or library or at least a literary vibe to this place. There's multiple rooms, including a stage in the back room. I think they have events here. Service is friendly and they have classic drinks as well as some festive ones. I was here on St. Patrick's Day so I got something festive even though it was overly sugary lol. I ordered the Lucky Charms White Mocha. It was tasty, but definitely a drink I wouldn't be able to order on the regular. I was able to set up my computer and one of the side rooms and get some work done. This place seems to be a very popular place for studying and doing some work. Just a great place in a great area. They have a large lot and there's also plenty of street parking in the area, especially during the day.

It is like a big giant loop. The community center is well kept, the bathrooms are cleaned. It is definitely a good space to have a party for kids especially if they want to utilize the playground or Splash pad. If you are hosting a party during the colder months, then you may need to find some activities inside. I think they have several rooms that you can rent from. The one that we were in did not have carpet, some people like the carpet feel for some parties (like baby shower), but I thought the space was plentiful for a kid's birthday party. The kids were able to run around, play musical chairs and plenty of room for an entertainer.

HOW FRUSTRATING! Either you don't want my business in reserving for an event. Or you're discriminating against me in not responding to my emails. My boyfriend and I emailed the facility tech Alejandro Ochoa (gochoa@sanramon.ca.gov), the rec coordinator James Spielvogel (jspielvogel@sanramon.ca.gov), and program specialist Nargess Anwar (nanwar@sanramon.ca.gov). They only responded at the very beginning and never responded back when I was serious enough to come an tour. We submitted a form to rent the center for our event. NOTHING BACK. It's been 10 days and counting since we've gotten any response. Don't give them your business. The city (or whoever is responsible) needs to hire people who are competent enough to answer their emails and phones so that they can get business in renting our their facility.

I say that so it helps the reader understand my perspective here in that, I'd stay with this chain again. All things being equal, I put it on par with a Hilton Garden Inn. The interior is nice and modern. For the most part, the hotel was pretty clean too. The staff was friendly. One thing I noticed is that there usually wasn't anyone at the front desk when I came down in the morning. In fact, when my room didn't get serviced the first night, I stopped at the desk to ask if I needed to request it. I stood there for about 5-7 minutes before I left because no one came out to help. That and the fact they don't put microwaves in the rooms were the only inconveniences I experienced. The rooms are quite small, but not too bad. I don't know how I feel about everything being in the same room, but at least there is a pocket door for the bathroom...but that is required by code. Lastly, if you are going to stay at this property, you need to be forewarned about the elevators. They are super slow. On at least 3 occasions during my week-long stay I had to wait 10 or more minutes for an elevator. Considering there are only four floors, I would have expected them to be faster. All in all, it was a good stay and I'd consider staying again. If you're in the Livermore area, and looking for a hotel, you should consider this one.

The staff were incredible, special shout out to Jeanne R., for taking care of us so well. I remember going to bed at like 11ish, saying goodnight to Jeanne at the front desk. I get up to trade with the markets at six ish and she's still at the front desk when I went to get fresh coffee. Holy cow! She made our stay incredible pleasant and easy. The lobby is nice and quiet in the mornings to work, spent many hours with my dog like that. The free coffee 24/7 is not bad too. Slight issues...include the residential complex behind the hotel...there are some freaking psycho drivers and I almost got run over on the straightaway next to the backup generator. Not sure if anything can be done about that realistically. What else..the ethnic smells from the neighboring businesses are not fantastic...at all. Nor the 20-30 ethnic kids who show up to steal snacks every weekday afternoon. But man, a great spot in the Bay Area, two Costco's. Country Waffles nearby. Some of the best dim sum is here too with Mayflower (RIGHT OUTSIDE, YAY) and Koi Palace two blocks away. If you're into golf, Bridges is nearby with a beautiful course that's hard as hell.
