This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's on the low end of the price spectrum but it met all of my needs perfectly. The couple that manage the place are very nice with great customer service. All rooms were recently remodeled with new everything including bathroom, air conditioning, tile floor, doors, and painting. There was a new TV, refrigerator and microwave in the rom as well. The bed was queen size and was very comfortable. It was quiet at night and I slept well all 4 nights I was there. The room was spotlessly clean when I arrived. There is a mini-mart convenience store next door and a Lucky store within a 5 minute drive. Minor inconveniences were lack of lamps on nightstands, and only 2 average size pillows, Everything else about the room was absolutely great. Easily 5 stars in my book. read more

It's my first time to visit and stayed here...I'm surprised how clean and noticed that it looks like it's newly restored. Especially the bathroom. Didn't smell the old motel. With just few things I noticed... atleast in the room I checked in.. 103, the AC was situated on the inner corner of the closet above the fridge, so the air wasn't circulating very well. The shower curtain was short and made the towel outside wet. But over all it's a place good to sleep and have a good resting night. read more

I had a lovely and peaceful stay at this venue nearly two weeks ago. Amenities are basic yet the place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. On site owners are very nice and attentive. Just 16 rooms total as I prefer smaller venues. Inconvenience store is just a few steps away with reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Every room is on the first floor and it's affordable. I left and went to work and ran around town and it didn't seem like anyone went into my room and snooped through my belongings. There's a small mart within 100 ft. It's also pretty conveniently located to almost everything. The room was great for one or two persons. read more

This was a very lovely stay. I chose this place randomly due to its proximity to family house nearby and I lucked out. The owners are very lovely, the room was tight, and clean, with a good internet connection. Food nearby with a brief drive was delicious, I had some awesome Thai, and slept well. The bed was comfortable. I will be traveling throughout California regularly and I'll keep this place on bookmark when I am in the area. read more

My daughter is moving to Livermore and we needed a place to stay for two nights where I could also park my 21 ft campervan. The room was very clean, the evenings were quiet, wifi was strong and the owner was accommodating to our late arrival. Great, and pretty little inn. read more

Seriously, don't stay here. There are no ice machines, the coffee maker is filthy, the walls are paper thin, the rooms are closets, and there were ROACHES. I showed the Manager a pic that I took, and he insisted he had never had complaints and it was a perfect room. For $110 a night, just save your money and sleep in your car read more

I wish there was an option for ZERO STARS!!!! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had! The TOILET WAS BROKEN, THE BED WAS BROKEN, THE SHEETS WERE DAMP, THERE WAS TOILET PAPER SHOVED INTO THE PEEP HOLE OF THE DOOR. So beyond disgusting. Booked the room through Hotwire and proceeded to check into the room at 8:30 pm (DEAD TIRED). I was in town with my boyfriend visiting my brother. My boyfriend and I were the only two who were actually staying in the room but my brother came for just a few to chat ... We asked the ASSHOLE MANAGEMENT to fix the toilet shortly after we arrived, they said they would, but never did. Because we were so tired... my boyfriend and I fell asleep. Woke up the next morning and STILL COULD NOT USE THE TOILET ... so .... we checked out. Called Hotwire to cancel the reservation and get refunded but they couldn't make it happen because they transferred the reso to to stupid hotel. They told me I had to go to the hotel and see if they could refund me. These guys told Hotwire we had multiple people in the room, damaged the room and that they tried to fix the broken amenities but WE were not being cooperative with them!! Went there... spoke with "one of the management" team but the "boss" couldn't come out to speak to me personally. What a joke!!!! After about an hour of back and forth no-sense nonsense they told me I could only get a refund for one night. Done done and done I ate the cost because you just can't argue with stupid for forever so we left.... Moral of the story .... NEVER GO THIS NASTY, FILTHY BED BUG INFESTED HOTEL. Will never stay at this Cockroach motel. I booked this Motel through Hotwire not knowing what place I was going to get. but they stated it was a 2 star place and compared it to a Comfort inn or days inn and Ive stayed at both these places before and it doesn't come close to these Hotels. My husband and I both walked in the room and looked around and walked back out and handed the guy at the window the keys and said we are checking out and he said why? We told him this place is DISGUSTING!! Its a rip off and we lost out on 70 bucks! It was a last min reservation everything was booked in the area. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! We stayed here for one night and the room was very dirty and there was expired food in the dresser drawers! We came back the next night and were given a different room and when we walked into the room and pulled back the comforter there was hair all over the bed and a massive piss stain on the sheet. We immediately left and requested a new room. We were given the same room as before and when we went in we saw that the sheets had not been change but just turned around. The night before I had spilled a small amount of ketchup on the sheet and the exact same stain was still there. I asked for new sheets and they made me remake the bed. You will not have any customer service if you book this motel. It is overpriced for what you get. Almost 500$ a week and is not as clean as you'd expect. You will not be able to get new towels unless you wait until the manager is awake. That means if you need to shower in the morning for work, you will be out of luck unless you saved your towel from the previous day. The sheets/ pillow slips have not been changed and I've been here over a week. I would rather stay in Oakland or Hayward than this place. The location is somewhat decent , except there are shady characters at night in the neighborhoods. Overall this hotel deserves 2 stars, if the customer service was better or improved upon that could bring them back to 3 stars. read more

This "motel" is a joke. The manager and his wife are rude and prejudice. I booked my 3 days online. When I arrived he gave me the key, when he saw 2 Hispanic friends help me being things into the room he approached me and told me he had to move to another room.. the reason being there was a reservation for a week. The room he moved me to was directly across from the area they lived in. The room was sub par, the window didn't close all the way, so it couldn't be locked. That morning around 1am I had a seizure and embarrassingly I needed new linens. After ringing the doorbell in the office, the manager scolded me for waking him up and told me to come back in the morning. Around 8am I rang the doorbell and the managers wife let me in, she told me to come back at 10am. At 10am the manager told me to bring my linens and meet him in the laundry room.. when I arrived there was a table with plenty of folded, clean linens. I slept on a mattress with no blankets or sheets, and there was plenty for him to run and grab for me. While in the laundry room he started yelling at me. At first I had no idea what he was saying, after I caught on, he was yelling at me for a review I hadn't wrote yet. I assured him I haven't wrote a review, he seemed to calm down and ask me what I will write in the review. I lied and told him it would be positive. Fast forward to the final and 3rd day of staying there, at first I asked if I could pay for another night, the managers wife said they were all booked up. I had a white friend help me move my things back into my car, the manager started SCREAMING at him and telling him to leave the property. This all occurred at 10:15am, check out was at 11am. I was rushing around getting what I needed out, as I walked out I ran into the manager and he said to me "you need to leave, it's 11am." I told him I am almost done... all the while no one moved into the original room like he said. While packing up my car, I told ordered my service to wait by the room door, the managers wife saw him, screamed and then kicked him in the ribs. My service dogs was shaking and peed all over. I don't write reviews, this is my first ever. I will never go back and I will make sure everyone I know spends their money elsewhere... Springtown Inn had better service!! read more

Do not go here. Worst experience I have had staying at a hotel. The manager was extremely rude. I had been traveling from Texas and found them on hotwire to stop at. When I checked in it was 130 am. He was for some reason suspicious that I may have had more than 2 people in my room and had to tell him multiple times that there were only the two of us. The room was fairly clean. The next morning my husband and I were being picked up by my brother. My brother has no legs(he was wounded in afghanistan) he has a service dog and needed to give him water. I brought him to the room to have him drink out of one of the room Styrofoam cups. He was there less than 5min, no accidents/messes. When I went to check out he then proceeded to yell at me about the no pets policy they have ( which may have been a misunderstanding on my part, I thought 5 min wouldn't be a big deal) I would like to point out though in a room 2 doors down they had 2 dogs that were barking all night. He then said I was no longer welcome to come back. OK no problem. Then he accused me of smoking in our no smoking room. I am pregnant so obviously I was thrown by that accusation. And even if I wasn't pregnant my husband and I don't smoke. So unless your looking for a drama filled stay, go somewhere far away from here. read more

This is definitely not a good representation of Livermore! Unbelievable!!! This place is by far the worse motel I have ever stayed at. Worse than Valley Inn in Concord. Worse than America's Best Value Inn in Concord. Worse than Valley Inn and America's Best Value Inn combined! I was put into a room that was out of range of the free wifi network (I am doing this outside, by the office). The cable TV did not work. TV did not work period. Although the cable service company was called, no troubleshooting was done over the phone. Instead, a cable guy is scheduled to come out Friday to assess (I am checked in Sunday and out Tuesday). The toilet does not flush. One of the lamp lights is out and still not replaced although one of the clerks said he will see to it. There was tons of different types of cigarette butts behind a wall unit and an over 1" roll of pubic hair on the floor right in front of the bathroom sink! The staff, although nice enough, could not fix a single thing with the exception of giving me new batteries to replace the dead ones on the TV remote control. You couldn't PURPOSELY punk someone any better! Everything else referred to the manager, Nick, who is on vacation with family in Florida which I cannot contact until Thursday after 6 PM, when he returns. The folks here cannot do anything more for me except replacing the lamp bulb as I type. You have been warned and I'll try to update you on what happens Thursday. read more
