WHY I WENT HERE: - business trip THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located off Cadillac Ct in between California Cir and Fairview Way - parking located all around the hotel; at night it's very well-lit - outdoor patio lounge area is cozy - outdoor pool is enclosed in a fence with additional pool lounge furniture THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - clean, modern, spacious (for the room itself, the gym, lobby, and eating area) CUSTOMER SERVICE: - if you have a car to park, despite doing an online/app check-in you still need to go to the front desk for a parking pass to display on the dash of your car

This Springhill Suites was a good, one night stay for my family and I. We made reservations a couple of weeks in advance on the Marriott website. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk clerk. He checked us in and gave us the room that we had reserved. No upgrade was available since we had already booked a larger room. The room was a typical Springhill room with sofa, a work station, beds, and the bathroom. It was a little larger as we reserved. The bathroom was all "Marriott" with the 3 dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower. The room was good enough to give us a good night of rest. Breakfast in the morning was downstairs. They offered the usual scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, yogurt, fruit, breads, coffee and juice. The employees were interesting. The front desk clerk who checked us in "talked" too much according to my wife. I thought he was nice and friendly. The morning front desk clerks were not friendly. One of the clerks did not acknowlege me as she was getting coffee and passed right by me. Coffee in her body was much more important than greeting guests. Overall, we liked this property and location. I might stay here in the future for business. But, the employees need some help with guest relations.

I reserved the king bed with West Elm pull out couch. King bed is SUPER COMFY, couch is comparable to a full bed and the pull out as a twin. If you have multiple kids, this is the best deal you can find in the area! The bathroom is huge and one of my favorites of the bathroom is that the shower has a non-slip floor (great for the smaller kids when taking a shower)! Management is very polite as well as the staff. They are on top of it all from requests, questions or concerns! We are staying for about 2 weeks here and Anika from daytime housekeeping is a sweet gal. She would check on me and my fam and was always there for any requests since I requested the same thing 3 days in a row (towel refresh, linen swap, cos 5 kids lol). She does a thorough clean from our midweek change of sheets and cleaning. So rest assured you're in good hands with such a great team here! Breakfast is provided! Apples, oranges, oats with toppings, breakfast sandwiches, cheese omelet, orange juice and apple juice on tap, 2% milk in a carton and chocolate milk in a small bottle, mini cereals for the kids & waffles that are individually packaged. Tv has standard YouTube, Netflix, hbo and all! Not sure if it was just me but the elevators made me feel like I was in some other dimension every time I get out. I think twice about clicking the numbers with an 'r' on it (means rear?) because there are 2 doors on different sides to one of the elevators. Any who, our first day checking in, the handle bar for the hand towel completely came off, The door to the cabinet under the bathroom sink came off and fell on my toes & the lampshade popped off that's right by the door. I called front desk and not even 5 minutes maintenance came by. I believe his name was Hernan? Apologies if that's not your name! But he was attentive and quick to fix the job. This is a very new hotel, so everything is brand spanking new, smells new, looks new! Same owner for the hotel that's across the street to the right!

We stayed here on our recent visit to go to Santa Cruz and Monterey. Had a nice outdoor pool which my kids loved. The lobby area is very nice. The room was spacious and the breakfast good. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was large, loved the shower, it had non slip grip that was really nice.

Found this new Hotel/Suites via Travelocity. Located in the city of Milpitas. Had a road trip going to Fremont and this was convenient for our stay. I'm glad I did made the reservations here. Located In a Tech industry and residential area. New and modern. Clean, very comfortable beds, big room for 3 people which can also fit up to 5 people. Check in was easy. Quiet. I noticed a lot of Asian Indian in that neighborhood. Mostly work for TECH, hey we're in Silicon Valley! I would recommend this hotel.

Well, well, well.. where do I even start? I believe this hotel opened mid May 2022. Brand new construction. Few problems. 1. Soundproof is extremely poor. You can expect to hear your next door neighbors full conversations. Often, very awkward conversations.. You can also expect to hear walking sounds by good folks staying directly above you. 2. Gym. Past couple days I stayed, AC is always turned off. No towel, very messy and dirty. But again, it's a 2 star hotel. Don't expect much. 3. Elevator is extremely slow, and usually smells like weed. 4. Front desk is usually never manned. So, you have to awkwardly wait around until the person decides to slowly walk out from the back. Also, they look miserable. 5. African/American lady short hair, stubby working at the Front Desk... I believe her name is Melissa? Was working overnight shift and I saw her drinking beer by the fireplace with a guy friend? Boyfriend? Husband? While on-shift. Which was sorta odd. But! What made the matter even worse was her attitude when I needed amenities (Toothpaste) she stated they don't provide Toothpaste. Continuing on... Also saw her chilling inside Mercedes Benz SUV with the same guy - yes, yes, the front desk was not at all manned. Granted!! It was 3am. But dayum!!!!! Lady don't care. 6. Verizon Wireless. Expect 1 Bar if lucky. Usually 0 bars. 7. You'll also see housekeeping lady with tattoo on her arm just sitting on the couch drinking beer, playing with her phone, talking obnoxiously loud with her AirPods plugged to her ears (I heard her telling whomever she's talking to on the phone.. "this is an Indian hotel", and laughing obnoxiously..) Indian hotel? What does that even mean??, hanging at the bar area??... crazy operation. Allowing employee with uniform to sit on the couch by the bar and talk on the phone... that housekeeping person must talk so much that she has airpod plugged into her ear! How that's even acceptable is beyond me. Overall, bizarre place where employees give 0 fawk. That's it.

Netflix app on the TV! Nice touch Springhill Suites by Marriott!

Brand new property! All staff I interacted with were all great, the property is very nice, my room was soooo clean and beautiful. Everything you expect when stay at a Marriott brand hotel. Only complaint about my room is the USB ports were loose and my USB cord did not work when I plugged it in but when I plugged my power box and then plugged in USB cord, my phone started to charge. I did not use any other amenities. Didn't make the complementary breakfast but the breakfast area is very nice and there is a bar as well (not sure of bar hours) 3rd floor has an outside lounge area (posted pic) Guests who were out there were all super loud. It wasn't affecting me but may affect guests who are trying to sleep. Property should consider closing time for this area because noise echos. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Springhill Suites Milpitas!

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast is ok. Parking is $10 but there's plenty of parking in the back not sure why they have to charge for parking. Nice lobby and outside pool area. Lots of seating. I would stay here again.

Despite that, I loved this Residence Inn, very great convenient location, staff are super friendly and the parking is FREE!! I originally had another place in mind near the airport but the parking fee $25. x4 days which I saved by switching our hotel over here. Coming back late at night we had no problems with finding a parking spot, we were lucky to find a spot close to our room. Lets talk about the breakfast that I read great things about, it is true from the reviews, really Wow! staying here for 4 days, I was worried we would get sick of eating the same items but I can see they have different selections, I can see the staff working so hard, when preparing the daily complimentary breakfast & happy to see there is rice, furikake and miso soup! Reminds me of another Marriott when we stayed at Hillsboro, OR. Breakfast staff are so friendly, they greet you with a smile, I can feel the joy and love, while enjoying our breakast. 5 Stars! I loved our room, it is very spacious! Enough for the 4 of us, My hubby and I, My son and his friends. We sure made use of and utilized the stove, dining table, and fridge. We were here for a film festival out in Gilroy for few days and staying here was convenient for us. Also close proximity to Silicon Valley companies, Cisco System and ScanDisk. Near Great Mall, 10 miles from SJC! Thank you wonderful staff, I look forward to staying here again! Totally recommend!

I was greeted by a very friendly and capable pair, Diane & Diane who were more than happy to tell me about the hotel. Usually, at other hotels, I am greeted by a very blank faced reception with minimal conversation, so this was a very nice change. The room was fantastic with a complete kitchen and very nice living room with a wall mounted TV. The bed had a great mattress and for once, I didn't wake up to a sore body from a typical hotel bed. They have free happy hour and tea time to go along with a nice breakfast. This was a 5 for 5 stay and the only bad thing I can say is I wish I came here long before this visit. Needless to say, Element will be my go to stay whenever I am working in Milpitas/San Jose.

Some of the kids were really loud and rowdy... my whole room was rumbling and shaking for about an hour at night because those kids kept running up and down the halls. They were not pleasant to be around. Breakfast time was also crazy... dozens of families with kids trying to get food... and some kids are pretty unsanitary the way they grabbed food... and some kids were wasteful too, I saw lots of good food get dumped or left on the tables after they left I really liked the hotel and would go again. I just hope we don't happen to stay with a bunch of sports families again bc it was a bit stressful for me being around that community. I think the hotel staff should've tried to place all the non-sports-team customers far far away from those customers that came all together, to avoid the noise issue. I did not rest well. Gym was clean. Pool was small but nice for kids to play around in. Hotel was a bit older but everything was in good condition. Breakfast buffet had a great selection.

The free wifi is worse than what I've experienced at other Hilton hotels, even the lower end ones. It's constantly losing connection. I tried to upgrade to Premium wifi for some important calls. After forgetting my current network connection, it failed to show me the option to upgrade. I called the front desk which directed me to tech support, which then notified me that this hotel is no longer part of their network. So there's nothing I can do at this point but deal with the bad free internet. Not only can I not use the free internet for simple Google Meet calls, but even if I try pay them more money to upgrade, I can't. I'll also add that I booked a room through the app earlier and when I arrived, they had assigned me a different room. I booked that room specifically because it was a quieter location for my anxious dog but instead, we are now right next to the elevator and stairs.

I was happy with the location of my room because it was close to the entrance. I could park nearby and it was easy to load and unload my car. However, the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was so tiny and the toilet was positioned right in front of the mirror so you had to either position yourself on one side of the toilet really close to the counter or you stood to the right of the toilet, but far from the counter. The shower door had a gap so the water leaked from the shower onto the floor. It is just a matter of time before the flooring will warp because of this water. The bed was okay. I wish they had firmer pillows The hotel is located behind an In-N-Out. I thought this would be cool cause I could just easily walk to In-N-Out for food. However, it was so crowded with people going through the drive-thru and people hanging out in the parking lot behind it. The hotel is located at McCarthy Ranch, which has numerous restaurants both sit down and fast food and shop. This usually meant that the area was pretty busy. As far as Hiltons go, this wasn't the best. I was hoping that the location would make up for it, but it actually worked against it.

At first glance, the property looks fairly new, but once inside it feels a bit dated or slightly rundown -- maybe due to the lighting and overall décor. The restaurant/bar is right next to the lobby, and the space tends to be occupied by bar customers, which can make the lobby feel less like a hotel common area. The room itself is average, exactly what you'd expect from a standard Holiday Inn. Nothing bad, nothing standout. One thing to note: there's no complimentary breakfast, unlike many other Holiday Inn locations, so factor that into your budget. For a 1-2 night stay on a budget, it does the job.
