This was one of the worst experiences of my life! Just for reference I got a mani pedi. The lady who was doing my toes used gel polish when i asked for regular. Normally this would not anger me but this cost 20 dollars more than regular polish. When I said something she said it's too late to go back and I just need to stick with the gel. She was also digging so far into my toes on the side that they are still red and it is painful. Then when she did my nails she was constantly burning with with the drill. I informed her was she was burning me and continued without questioning. She kept burning me and even with me continually telling her she didn't stop. Then my total came to $90. I had asked if they could give me a discount for the extra cost of the gel that I did not ask for and they told me it's my problem and I should have said something. It is completely over priced my acrylic refill was $40 and my toes were $50. Save your time money and sanity and do not go here. I cringed pay that much for the horrible job that I got. UPDATE!!! - not even two weeks later and four of my nails have broken due to the poor application of acrylic. they all broke at the same place as well. read more

I use to love coming here but over time the attitude from the owner changes. Her moods change like the weather. I was told I'm picky!!! I'm entitled to be. I'm spending my money on a service and I expect it to meet my expectations. She talks negative about you in her language to others that work there and you know they are talking about you because they look directly at you and start to laugh. No professionalism at all. I've ran into two people who no longer work there and they said they quit because they couldn't deal with her controlling negative attitude. I never write a review if I am unhappy with a service but this time I felt compelled to do so. I read all of the negative reviews for this place when I started coming here but decided to keep coming as I like to form my own opinion about a place. I had great experiences and was almost always happy with my nails and when I wasn't, Amy would made it right. Today, I left there very unhappy. The service rendered was a gel pedicure, one of the guys did it for me, he has done my manicures in the past and I have always been satisfied, this time was a pedicure. First of all, he trimmed my nails perfectly, the first time. The customer next to me was giving the guy doing her nails a difficult time she wanted her nails cut down to the skin no white showing. I think my guy become distracted and trimmed down my left foot down to the skin. It was when he cut my forth nail down and broke the skin I realized something was wrong. I immediately asked why did you cut them down more, it was great the first time. I never asked him to cut them down more. He keep trying to fix it and made it worse. The polishing job was horrible, one of the worst I've ever had done. I just wanted to get out of there. When I went to check out I told him how unhappy I was and he asked what can he do, Amy stepped in and was extremely short with me and asked what I wanted to do, It was her place to tell me what they could do for me. She said what are you going to do, because you are wasting time and we are busy. I am kicking myself for paying for this service and as you can see by the pictures, THIS IS AN AWFUL JOB! My toe is sore and I hope it doesn't get infected! I considered myself to be a loyal customer for the past year! I am very disappointed with the treatment I received today! I have been going to this salon for a year with my sister. Don't get me wrong they know how to do nails and pedicures. But the entire service is totally rushed and you feel like you are playing musical chairs when you are being served. The staff is nice, but over time the owner Amy has gotten disrespectful and making up prices as she goes. She will have someone do your pedicure and have someone doing your nails at the same time with nail chips flying all over. I have witnessed her treat certain women different than others and she only accept credit and debit cards from certain people but others have to pay cash. I have been going here for the last 2 years and I was recently charged 5$ extra for a nail shape I have gotten previously for a lower price. I got upset and she tried to argue stated I didn't remember paying for this before. Took my daughter here, they removed her polish because she needed clear for a job she is starting. She had previously painted her nails with an aqua blue. They took the polish off and gave her a refill with clear polish, when she asked if they can fix the nails because she could still see the blue, the woman said no, that is extra! How is it extra if it is there fault that they did not do it correctly the first time around!! I will never go back, do not recommend it. Customer service and satisfaction is not what it used to be. When I enter this salon, I am greeted by a friendly staff and I never leave unsatisfied!! My nails and wax are superb if not perfect. I love getting pedicures and Amy waxes my eyebrows perfectly! The staff are also very kind. She is down to earth, truthful, extremely talented and very compassionate and kind. Horrible customer service from the owner Amy. I asked for round nails the owner told me no because it's old and she wanted to do coffin nails. So I said ok I will take coffin. Well she does them and shapes them horribly and the person next to me agrees. I say hey can u fix the shape and begins to yell and start talking about it's the way I'm looking at them and then proceeds to tell me I can go somewhere better. I said l just wanted the shape fixed. Ok! I am done looking for a nail place! I stopped here today bc it's next to my job. I called ahead made my 3 pm appointment. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner. I waited like 3 mins and she took me right away. Amy asked what I wanted, I showed her on my phone and then she took a picture. She said then I wouldn't have to keep opening my phone. Very smart. I honestly wasn't going to write this review but TWO more of my nails broke so I'm done. I've been coming to the salon for a while but since 2022 I have been getting the 2 same people (I believe the owners) and every single time there is an issue. Usually the nails are uneven and at least one break. I went 11 days ago and explained how my nails break every time. She seemed offended and said it's probably because my nails are old (I've been my nails done consecutively since July 2014...) Anyways I think she took it as a challenge because the night I got home one nail broke. I called to tell her and I was told to come on Monday (they are closed Sundays and I couldn't make it that Saturday). By Monday TWO more nails had broken. I was CHARGED for those fixes... Now I am on day 11 and TWO more nails have broken making that a total of FIVEEEEEE nails. I have NEVER had this happen. I work from home on a computer mostly on calls. I have had jobs where my hand are wet and more active and this never happened then. I'm just tired of spending $55 on a manicure $10 on tip and having to go back to pay another $10+ to fix the lazy, sloppy job. Save your time and money, go to a different nail salon. read more

She has done my lashes twice and they are cheap glued to your eye lid eyes burning and all stuck together and don't move. My complaint is that they wash my feet but don't put lotion on them and they don't lotion my hands after they're done either. Very expensive. I've been going for awhile now and the owner always does my nails. Recently they've been breaking or splitting and I have acrylic on them. I've spent a lot of money here and every time I go it's a different price. When I ask for a breakdown it never makes sense. The owner is a liar and a thief and will swindle you out of your money. She is also moody, some days she's friendly other days she has a nasty attitude. She also gets upset when you ask questions about prices, colors etc. I often take a pic and ask for a color or something similar because the rings with the nail colors can be overwhelming. If you are looking for great customer service you are at the wrong place! I tried this place because a family member would go here from time to time. I went in to get a refill with gel polish. Everything was goin ok until the nail tech (which I believe was the owner) started gettin annoyed because I asked her to file my nails straighter because #1 she filed them crooked and #2 I asked for really straight nails before we got started. Not only did she huff and puff the whole time she also persisted to tell me she was too busy for my "changes"!? I'm sorry I thought this was a service I was paying for?! As she cut my nails down she never stopped to ask how long or short I wanted the length. Clearly this tech wanted me to accept whatever she wanted to give me which is completely the wrong way to conduct business in a nail salon.I decided to get a French manicure with a thin white line but because she was rushing she kept applying the line too thick. So since I was unpleased with her attempt to apply the white line I asked her to remove it. So she told me she would charge me FIVE DOLLARS to take the line off of two fingers!!! I have never been so poorly treated at a nail salon before. I am 41 and have been gettin my nails done for YEARS! Not only did she have a nasty attitude she even rushed the drying of my gel polish. They offer no hot towels, lotion or cutile oil with their manicure services and it's more like being on a nail conveyor belt when you enter the establishment. Clearly quantity is more than quality here. Not sure how sanitary their tools are but I seen no tools come out of a sterilazation unit the whole hr I was there. Needless to say I will never go back, but it's a shame how customer's services aren't valued nowadays. The nail tech clearly should not be working with the public if she has zero patience. I hope she reads this and realizes her job is a gift and shouldn't be taken for granted. A very awful experience!!! Please spend your dollars elsewhere. Your money is not appreciated here. RUN!!! Nice salon, clean, quiet, several TVs to keep clients entertained. The owner did my nails. She was very friendly, but not too nosy like nail techs can sometimes be. My only complaint is the cost. I was charged $25 to remove my old gel polish and have my nails polished again. I wanted a French tip, and while I realize this typically more expensive than just a solid color, I think $25 is a bit pricey for a color change (even if it is gel polish). I was told a full gel manicure is $25 and a pedicure is $20. That's more than I'd like to pay. I'm going to look for a less expensive nail shop. read more

I have been getting my nails and feet done since 11 years old and this is literally the worst nail salon that I have ever had my pedicure & refill. My sister and my niece also paid for a pedi and manicure and the polish came off of ALL OF THEIR nails within less than 4-5 hours( the same day of service.) My sister and I have so much dead skin that is flakin and peeling off of our feet after one day of the service. it's horrible. Worst experience ever! A man who I assume works there completely ignored what i asked him to do, which was long acrylic, coffin shaped nails. First he didn't had a fake tip to add length, then he tried to shaped the nails into some hideous, stubby, wide ,coffin-ish" shape. Finally after painting them, he didnt top the end of the nails off with polish and had it all under and around my nail on my finger! I was so upset and normally wouldn't make a be deal but it was THAT bad. I flagged down the owner, Amy, while drying and showed her my nails. She took me to another station and said she was going to fix them. She filed the sides of my nail soo hard that it hurt, trying to shape them into coffin without redoing whole thing. My fingers were burning and I will have hang nails after this. But it looked alittle better than before. This was my first time at this place. Amy says to please come back in 2 weeks and she will personally do my refill for free of charge. I debated on going back but decided to give her a chance. She did my nails, added design on 2 nails then says "30 dollar".. I was so confused and reminded her of what she promised. She laughed and said "no no I will do your nails, no one else." So apparently i misunderstood her and paid another 30 bucks for a lame nail job. I feel like i was completely taken advantage of, both times. Amy the owner in particular! She has her favorites. Every time I go I spend over $100 this past weekend I got my lashes done/ gel polish on my toes and gel overlay. In 2days my lashes started coming off. I called Amy and told her I was coming back she said ok. Now keep in mind I travel over an hour away!! When I got there she was about to start someone else nails. She was finishing up one person and started another. The whole time never communicated anything with me. I asked her how long and she responded " wait". Now if I can recall, when she was in the middle of doing my lashes one time she stopped did two people brow waxing then came back to me. I just feel like before she started that second full set she could have fixed the lashes that fell off. Instead she was very inconsiderate and was going to make me wait until she finished both customers before she even acknowledged me. I went to Springfield nails and got my nails and lashes done. Usually my nails last atleast three weeks before it's time to go again. Nope not this time. Two nails broke after just a couple days. I get my nails longer so they're supposed to be thicker so they don't break easily but they weren't. My lashes usually last atleast two weeks. Nope not this time. They barely lasted a week before they started falling off. The head woman there did my nails. I called to complain and she told me I should've come in days ago. WASTE OF $100!!!
