Upon arrival, I was directed to the row of 5 massage chairs used during pedicures. You get the remote so you can control the massage feature to your preference. Talk about starting off on the right foot (and yes, she did start on my right foot)! I got a coffee which was freshly ground and brewed to order and my wife got a coconut water. The pedicure process itself was smooth, easy, and relaxing. We both got the express pedicure. My feet feel great, and Paulina did a wonderful job taking her time on some stubborn areas (my last pedicure was about 14 years ago). My wife's took a bit longer than the 30 minutes because she had her nails painted, but overall, she gave the process a thumbs up. The place itself is small, but it's cozy. A large mirror helps make the place fell much less narrow, and the design is modern but not over the top. They had music playing throughout and the sound system is great. Overall, while I can't really compare this to other pedicures, the place, the process, and the customer service were all excellent. And I didn't think I'd be saying this, but I think I'll be back!
