The employees were unhelpful and gave me a different excuse every single time. The most unbelievable one: I was told my sweater wasn't ready because they were "waiting on a part that was on the UPS plane that recently crashed in Louisville." Not only was that impossible--they had already had my sweater for over a week at that point--but using a tragic accident as an excuse was incredibly disrespectful and completely unacceptable. No one at the store ever answered the phone despite multiple calls, and I was never able to speak with a manager. The very last time I went in--when they finally handed me my ruined sweater--the employee told me there was "no way" for them to even know whether they could issue a refund. Another lie. That's when I asked for the owner's information and emailed him directly (Josh Pinkey), but he never responded either. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--go literally anywhere else for dry cleaning.

I had the very bad luck of having them rip the collar of a brand new shirt and messing up the sleeve of my nicest suit on the same order. I understand things happen but they were defensive about it, but offered to fix them. They returned them with no evidence of even making an effort to repair the damage but the garments were now all wrinkled as well. They are completely unwearable. This was handled very poorly, I'm switching cleaners.

I immediately took the coat back to them and told them I would not be happy unless all of those stains were gone. They agreed to clean the coat again. A week later (and me always have to call them since they never called me when they said they would), they said that the coat is no longer wearable (so they destroyed it) and that they would be filing a claim. The coat was almost 2 years old and in excellent condition and when the claim came back, they only agreed to pay 50% of what I paid for it.

Made sure with the manager upon dropping off that these panels would be fine, as the care label says "dry clean" only. One of the blackout panels were completely melted when I went to pick up. To which the manager said was not their fault and they weren't liable for. Again, no one advised there could be any issues in dry cleaning them or I wouldn't have left them. After they ruined them they advised that this just happens sometimes with blackout curtains if they've been exposed to sunlight. No reimbursement was given. Not a great first impression.

However they took me in and got me scheduled super fast. Each lady I worked with was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and happy, no matter what. They were very patient with me too, at first I was a little nervous about my wedding dress because I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations! I also took my bridesmaid dress to them and they helped me out so much and made sure it fit. Overall, wonderful service, amazing workers, and a very neat and tidy shop! I will definitely be a returning customer!
