Long-ish but great review. I started going to Dr Buckley about a year ago and she is the absolute best I've ever been to. The whole staff is amazing. They are kind, positive, patient, and just wonderful people. I had to get 2 cavities removed and a recent laser procedure on my lip. I am terrified of needles and have bad anxiety when it comes to any type of procedure. Dr Buckley is always so patient with me, talks me through everything and takes her time. I've had Senay(I know I spelled this wrong, so sorry), Jordan, and 1 other wonderful lady as the assistants and they are all equally spectacular. These referrals often felt more financially motivated than medically necessary. Communication was lacking. At the end of the treatment period, I was informed--without any written documentation--that I would be removed from care. Additionally, the clinic enforces strict cancellation fees, which means you're expected to attend appointments even when ill or risk being charged. In my personal experience, this practice seemed more focused on generating revenue than delivering effective, patient-centered care. Also I was thrilled to find that Spring oaks Dental accepted my Cigna insurance. My initial appointment was with Brianna RDH, she was thorough and fantastic! During my initial appointment, I was delighted to meet Dr. Rachel Buckley. I explained to Dr. Buckley my history and concerns, I asked her to help me preserve my teeth for my last trimester of life. She crafted a plan for me and I am thrilled and grateful for the result. Dr. Buckley works very hard to alleviate pain and is a perfectionist in her restorative care. This Dentists office should be the example for all other dentists offices. If my parents had brought me here as a child i probably wouldn't be having the dental issues that I have today. Nevertheless, I am one step closer to having a perfect smile thanks to the staff at Spring Oaks Dental. Firstly, the office is very clean and the front desk staff are attentive and friendly. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. Dr. Buckley was awesome. She had professional, friendly bedside manner and was very thorough in her exam. Wow! Excellent service from the front desk, the office managers, the dental assistants , and Dentists. I moved here and heard about Dr Klein from a group of ladies I met. When I called- the wait was a couple of months. Well worth the wait. Very thorough examination and the cleaning was the best I've ever had. I didn't want to eat food because my teeth were so clean! Kelli is an amazing hygienist. She is skilled at her job and was great to talk to. I'm so glad I get to call this team my dental office. I love this whole office. From their kindness and patience, excellent work and gentle touch, they are amazing. Dental work isn't really stressful for me, but it was important to find a holistic dentist that could remove my amalgams properly. They don't try to upsell you on stuff, force fluoride or anything like that. I get the feeling they actually care about your comfort and well being. They do a great job answering my questions patiently from pain to billing. Would highly recommend to all, I have my boyfriend going to switch over here after the new year as well. I've used Dr. Klein for my family for 18 service charges over a ~3 1/2 year period. Over that time we spent nearly $12K and the practice used to be pretty good. Over the years the service and management is devolved to the point of being unacceptable. Have experienced multiple occasions where Dr. Klein spoke poorly of other dentists and acted superior that her practice is the best. To be fair she actually is a pretty good dentist. However, staff and management has been a revolving door as I have personally witnessed what are used to be good staff and now is the reason why am leaving a one star review. Have received bills in advertently sent to me a year after leaving, been left in limbo with countless missed calls when there was an actual dental issue. The most frustrating is the multiple phone calls that we have requested to have our medical records sent to the new practice. Dr. Klein's staff has stated that we didn't want these medical records which is absurd since we spent thousands of dollars of medical procedures on our children. I would avoid using this dentist due to the management practices and the constant bait and switch and the nickel and diming. Was told after I had a crown fall off that they would replace the cost under warranty. Since I was in pain, went to a local dentist instead of drive eight hours each way since we moved for reimbursement. Constant switching and poor management has been abysmal with this practice. It brings me no joy or happiness to have to go to such lengths to leave a review like this but the elitist attitude and poor management leaves me no other choice. read more

I followed Dr. Klein when she decided to open her own office. She is one of the friendliest dentists I've ever known. She has cleaned my teeth, done a filling, and helped me with my Invisalign. All of the procedures were painless. Her office is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I mean even the bathroom!! The technology she has is the latest - I hate taking X-rays because they always hurt and I always gag. She has this really cool portable machine that made the X-rays very easy to handle. Her assistant Jayson was wonderful! He took his time making sure I felt comfortable. Holly greeted me as soon as I came in and helped explain my insurance out of pocket for my filling. They even filed my claim to the dental insurance. All in all it has been a great experience! Would highly recommend! FYI- they have Netflix......so you can binge watch your shows!!! read more

I have found the BEST dental office of my lifetime! I am a military spouse and have moved around the country from dentist to dentist every 2 years for the past 20+ years. Needless to say, I have A LOT of dental professionals and to compare with Spring Oaks. First, the office is modern, spotless, and smells great! If only Dr Klein could be my interior decorator AND my dentist :) The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgable on various insurance plans. Dental assistants are gentle during routine cleanings. They are a joy to chat with even with dental tools in your mouth ;) Dr. Klein is friendly, knowledgeable, very complimentary, easy to talk with, and has an amazing attention to detail. Spring Oaks is an excellent dental office. It is immaculately (is this even a word?) clean and sparkling. Everyone there is friendly. Dr. Klein is top notch. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She doesn't schedule appointments to close together so when you show up you are seen almost immediately. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes. That is 5 minutes total between the waiting room and sitting in the chair. She does all the cleaning, xrays, procedures herself. Each exam room has a tv to keep you occupied. She takes patients of all ages. Works with your insurance to keep prices low. Overall she is excellent. read more

We just moved to Spring, Texas. My husband thought that Dr. Klein would be a good dentist for us. My first sign of trouble was with a temporary cap that fell off. I called the office 4 times. No one returned my call. I finally went there. The door and website say that she is open Monday thru Friday. This was a Monday. The only person there was the receptionist. The office is closed Mondays. This is false advertising. The the permanent cap was giving me pain. I called on Sunday, and they told me to go to the Emergency Room!! Really!! Finally her eceptionist emailed me back, and told me she wasn't in the office on Mondays!! Even for an emergency!!! So I found a new doctor. She is more into CBD oil, and hot towels! I need a doctor, not a Spa!! read more
