My first experience at Spring Nails was exceptionally good!!! I am definitely coming back!!! Very professional and great job.

Excellent! I have never posted a review on yelp before, and just had to for Spring Nails. I called to make an appointment and they took me within the hour. I had a gel manicure with French tip and a pedicure. My manicure has lasted so long it looks beautiful (I've had trouble with this in the past). The salon was clean and May was quick and efficient and just did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Spring Nails. read more

5 stars! Sophia did a wonderful job on my nails and was super kind and accommodating. When I called to ask if I could come in, she told me she would be ready in an hour and even called me back to confirm. I appreciated that because it assured me that they were making time for me. Some salons will tell you to come in and have you wait super long past the time they tell you to come in. I sat down in her chair right away and she gave me the colors to pick one. She worked quickly but carefully, cut down my nails and shaped them exactly how I wanted. Then when it came to painting the color on my nails, I had picked a pretty bright color. She did two coats and I asked if she would mind doing a third and she was super sweet about it and assured me it was no problem. I really appreciated her kindness and patience, since a lot of other salons will give you attitude for asking something like that. I paid 28$ for my acrylic fill with gel (one color). I think that's a totally reasonable price for the work that was done and the great service Sophia provided. I will most definitely be back! :) read more

Soooo this shop actually seemed promising. My pedicure went great. Till I was ready for my full set. The young lady that was doing it didn't pay any attention to detail, I asked if they did 3D designs and she said yes, handed me a book so I picked a design that was stripes n polka dots. I wanted that same one but different colors. She apparently didn't understand which is understandable I guess, I'm more for the quality of work and not just the color. But uhhhh as you can see in my picture I left with something totally unacceptable. She was too busy taking care of other people and switching from one customer to another that I was pretty much just left sitting there for some guy to come and finish my nails. He put the oil on my gel nails and was you're finished. Uhhhh my nails are hella sticky. The fuq?! It sucks that I have to drive 40 miles away for a decent nail shop that doesn't in too many clients that they can't handle. read more

Does a very professional job. Has beautiful variety of designs for nails. Love this place. Customer service is great.

2 days after my visit, both pedicure and manicure are chipped and cracked.....this has never happened previously elsewhere.

I'm pretty happy. There near my moms so she can watch my kid and it makes it more relaxing being 2 mins away. $35 for gel Mani and pedi, cannot go wrong. Clean and great colors! The lady doesn't always seem happy (owner I think) but that's ok. Doesn't bother me much. The other lady is always happy. Haven't seen others there.... I'm a regular here now! Hope they keep me! read more

This place has gone down the drain. Oahn left and Tammy is on maternity leave. Everyone else sucks. In all honesty. Why does a fill have to take 1/1:30hr??? Moving on to another salon *sigh read more

Everyone is really sweet! I'm so glad I found this place! Its sooo convenient to my house and it's pretty cheaper than other places. I like to book my future appointments with Tammy because she takes her time on my nails and she makes them look so beautiful. read more

I had one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I did not particularly care for this place with the old owners, and came here as it was the one closest. These two young Cambodian girls- Sofia and May are apparently new owners and they are so pleasant, dedicated and passionate in their art. We showed up after hours on a Sunday, my friend and I. They consented to do our nails without flinching. They remained quiet throughout the process focused on doing a "perfect" job without any side conversations. They treated us like our business truly mattered!! We made our appointment for the next visit here!! I highly highly recommend this place. So happy to have it right next door to me!! read more

The ladies are very nice. Sophia is the best. My nails are always very well done. She pays statutory detail. Her prices are very reasonable. They have a lot of great nail colors to choose from. I love the different nail designs that she has. I always get great designs on my nails. It's always nice and peaceful. I am very satisfied with the services that I receive from these ladies. I get compliments on my nails every time. Thanks Spring Nails read more

My work is close by so I decided to stop by. I only asked for a manicure but they kept insisting for me to get a pedicure. I kept saying "no" and they would just laugh and ask again. The lady that did my nails burned me 3x. She kept messing up and having to repaint my nails. Her excuse was that my nails were too short. I have been getting my nails done since I was young and no one has complained of my nails being too short. She noticed that was upset and she kept saying "it's ok Hun". I told her "no it's not ok" and she just giggled. I did not want to cause any drama. I just got up and paid and left. Never coming back. read more

I'm so satisfied. Sofia is the best. She's very friendly. They all take care of their customers very well.

I love my nails. I got them done by Onah. I called in the afternoon and she took me at last as 7:15. She really took the time to do my nails. And also amiee is sweet too, both of them are. Conversating with me even after closing hours. I do recommend this place. You can pretty much tell her what you want and she'll do them. Onah was very patient with me. I will def. go there. Thank you! read more

I loved loved loved the way my nails were done. So attentive and interactive with their customers. All the details were perfect, from the shape to the placement of the gems. I forgot to ask the name of the person that did mine, but she was so nice and she genuinely seem interested in my plans for the weekend. All in all, I was extremely happy with how my nails turned out. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I used to live in the area and went to this nail salon all the time! I haven't been there in years, but I know the ladies there are wonderful! They do a great job at decent prices! I remember I went there a number of years ago and wanted my french tips to be a different color, not white. And the lady did a terrific job without hesitation! They take specifications wonderfully! read more

By far one of the best pedicures I have had in a while, I was referred by my server at Buffalo Wild Wings because her nails where on point. The girl that did my pedi really gave my legs a thorough massage. I did the pardon wax pedicure I strongly recommend that, my toes feel super happy right now lol read more

Under new management..I'm glad I finally found Sophia here. I've been looking for her since April. She is good, efficient and gives attention to details. This is my go to place for nails. I love this place; it's convenient and I don't need an appointment. The ladies are very good, they clean the crap outta your nails without hurting you. I usually bring my own polish but it looks like they have a good selection on their wall. Price is reasonable plus the leg massage is to die for. Highly recommended! read more

Everytime I come here I leave disappointed in the quality, shape, and texture of my gel nails... it's really frustrating, because the girls are nice, and I like the convenience of the location... but most of the time it looks like I could do a better job myself... back to painting my own nails! read more

Oanh is so awesome and welcoming !!!!! Unfortunately she is on vacation and I got to experience this place without her. I set an appointment (as I always do) for 10:45 am. I check out Yelp to see who I can ask for, which ends up being a lady by the name of Tien. I arrive at 10:40 and I asked if she was there and was directed to another lady. I inform her I was there for my appointment and I was looking to set one for a lady by the name of Tien spelt T I E N. Then the lady talks with the other lady and they continue to converse still with not giving me an answer. So again, I ask if she is there. Still without looking at me, the lady responds no. So I proceed to inform them once again that my appointment is at 10:45 and I'll see anyone. I sit down and no one even acknowledges me or gives me my colors options. I sit there for a while and 10:55 rolls around still with no acknowledgment of my presence or how long it would be. I get up to ask how long it will be and they inform me it would be 20 more minutes. So you were going to have me sit there and wait without telling me anything? Sorry Oanh you are awesome and this is not directed at you ! read more

It is not the snazziest place but they do a great job with manicures pedicures and eyebrows. I mean the best. I don't often get time out of my schedule to do my nails so when I do- I go here only. read more

Ok so, I've been here a number of times and I have few bad things to say. The reason I'm giving this spot a low rating is because the bad things are like really bad... The service is consistent. They love their customers and offer really great quality service. The prices are also very reasonable. The really big issue I'm having is that they do not sanitize their equipment or work stations. The whole environment is pretty dirty, which is really why I only come for acrylic fills and nothing more. The other day I saw a woman getting a pedicure with the purple goo bags, ya know? When the manicurist removed the bags, she tossed them to the side without sealing them and got the purple goo on the wall. The thing is that I can see that they work hard and appreciate their customers. This is why I come back, but do not expect a high standard of cleanliness. It's pretty ridiculous in there. And I haven't even been in the wax room. read more

So I normally see Ouan but she was in Vietnam when I came by so I seen Tina a few weeks ago & came back today for a gel refill and she's so sweet. She always had a smile on her face. The last time I came an older lady did my pedicure and she cut my toe nails too short and then one of my toe got infected and it got swollen! I was so upset. Anyways today I came in and I didn't want her so Nina did my pedicure and she did such an excellent job and fixed my toe that was messed up. She removed the cuticle that grew into my skin. Buy you know they speak their language and I know she was talking crap to the lady that did my pedicure last because she pointed to the bad toe! Lol anyways these two ladies are gonna do my mani/pedi again! read more

I called to get a same day appointment and the fit me in at the end of the day. Tammy did my nails and they look great. I like my nails thin and she was able to make them look very natural. One of the customers asked me if these were my natural nails. I will definitely be back to see Tammy in a couple weeks. She's fast, detailed and my nails are really smooth, no weird bumps or waviness and the price is reasonable. read more

Third time here, they do a good job with mani and pedis. I was very happy with my full set acrylics, however, service isn't the best. I called ahead and asked if they had time for mani/pedi at a certain time and they told me yes. I came and two of the ladies was working (both had customers already). So I decided to pick my colors. One of the ladies asked if I called and I said yes I did for mani/pedi. After I picked my color I sat to be waited. Couple of mins later another lady walked in. The other lady asked her if she he called and she said she did. The First Lady that spoke to me finished her customer and seated the new lady and totally ignored me. I told the other lady I had called and she said okay. That's it and I'm still waiting while a customer that came after me is being helped. I'm pressed for time or else I would've gone somewhere else. read more

sophia and may are very good nail technicians! i think making an appt is better than walking in because they usually only have 3-4 workers there at a time. they are very very patient and take their time on my nails and don't rush at all. i love that they care about every detail. would forsure recommend!:) read more

Came here to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The lady was doing my pedicure seem to have dug into my big toe cuticle while removing the nail on the excess skin that I developed an infection which was super painful the next few days. It was hurting a little bit when she was removing the nail but I didn't think much about it until it started throbbing the next day. Also this time my gel manicure chipped quickly within two weeks. The colors that I chose for my hands and feet ended up looking different ones they were on my nails. It seemed like the swatches didn't really end up matching actual nail color. Still had an OK experience. Not sure if I'll be back. read more

I'm from the tri city area, and there's a reason why I travel all the way to east San Jose to get my full set done! My usual nail shop was closed, so I took a chance and brought myself over to spring nails. The woman who did my nails did a sub par job. Uneven coat, and not even two weeks later, 8/10 of my nails fell off with no effort. I felt like I just got press ons but with a full set price! Never coming back again. read more
