We are regular customers here, every year renew contact lens and glasses paid out over thousand dollars. Just happens to my son eye glasses, broken one of the nose supporter, just need a small fix. Love this place! They take most insurance but since I don't have vision insurance, my glasses & contacts exam fee was only $135 - the cheapest I've found in the city. The staff was friendly and efficient- i was in and out in less than an hour and will have a year's worth of contacts for $100 cheaper than anywhere else, thanks to an instant rebate and mail-in rebate that the office will do FOR me. Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I brought in my Medicaid insurance and was seen by Dr. Lum. I did not realize my vision has gotten so worse but got updated contacts & new pair of glasses for CHEAP. They gave me eye drops, contact solution, and even 2 pairs of trial contacts. I had an eye exam here, which came with around a $50 copay on my insurance. I found the eye doctor (I believe Dr. Diep) to be one of the more attentive and thorough that I have seen, and was very satisfied with the overall experience. I used Zenni instead to buy the frames, so I don't know what their prices are like, but I can at least recommend them for eye exams. read more

Been to several different optometry offices. So far this office has been the nicest in term of frame selection, price range, keeping appointment on time, delivery on time. After finding out my previous optometrist office mark-up my Dragon frame from $80- $130 internet price to $450 retail in his office, I cancelled my appointment ! This office has very inexpensive frames, I tried a few but they are too small for my face. Saw a nicer frame thinking it would cost $400, but it was half the price. Their price is fair. Staff is prompt and went through the process cordially, even thought they were extremely busy on Saturday morning. Returns on a Friday afternoon 5 PM to have my old RayBan frame fitted with new prescription. Only cost me $110 with insurance. I am glad I found a new optometrists office with great selections of frames and fair pricing. read more

This is the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would love to have them around if I ever need help. The doctor had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The receptionist that took my initial information was terrific, she too made me feel like I was the first patient of the day. I was seen with Dr. Lum today and he was informative, honest, and just very kind! I made an appointment the day of, and was in and out of the place in 45 minutes. They even gave me a free contact lens trial with my contact lens appointment. For $135 total, that is not bad at all. read more

I wanted to try a new place other then Walmart due to being new to the area... after talking with a representative on the phone they told me if I came in the next 10 min then I could get an eye exam... When I went inside the ladies didn't know who I was and I can understand that but they looked at each other wondering who would help me! The one at the desk pointed to a girl texting on her phone to help me and I had to stand there while she finished up, not to mention a customer sitting down was trying to get the girl on her phone attention but she ignored her haha... so my 2 stars is that the girl ignored her to help me but anyways she didn't want to call my insurance company to find out what I was covered for so I went to Walmart and they got my eye exam and frames ready in a hour with no appointment. This place is as good as it gets! I've been coming here for over 10 years and I always go see Dr. Diep. He is the best optometrist in town. He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient at what he does. The staff are also all very friendly as well. I never feel pressured into buying anything expensive. I always feel comfortable when I visit the store. I have been buying contacts, frames and lenses from Spring Mountain Vision ever since I moved to Las Vegas. They have all the brands you would want and / or need when it comes to contacts. Same goes with frames. There is a wide selection of different frames from generics ones, to Gucci, and even to Bvlgari. If you are looking for a particular frame that isn't in stock, the staff is more than willing to order it for you as long as you have the model number. Overall, my experience here year after year has been nothing less of phenomenal. Highly recommend this place. read more

A bit of a wait if you don't schedule an appointment. Friendly staff and optometrist, All the previous ones i've been to told me my left eye isnt a perfect sphere and one even said it's kind of football shaped. Here i was told it's not a perfect sphere but it's so small it doesnt even matter all that much. After the examination i was given a pair of contacts and was shown how to put them on take them off, the do's and dont's, a case and a travel sized bottle of solution. One of the best stores and optometrists I have ever been to. The store is very clean and open, there is plenty of seating available while you wait, that is, even if you have to wait. The service is quick and if you have any questions, there is always an attendant to answer. Their pricing on their frames are very affordable, and their insurance policy is great, they accept all insurances and help you get through everything step by step. The staff at Spring Mount Vision is astronomical, especially the doctor, one in particular. Dr. Kevin Diep one of the most polite doctors I've met. He makes sure you understand everything that is going on and any problems that you may have. His sense of humor is quite entertaining once you become a regular. Overall, this store is great for vision check-ups, or just to buy those new designer glasses/sunglasses you've always wanted. I came here because it's close to home and some of the reviews here on Yelp. My eye exam was great, came after work and was in and out. But what I didn't like was when I came back to pick up my glasses. There was a Hispanic girl helping someone with their glasses and she kindly told me to take a seat and someone will be with me shortly. So I sat down with my 3 year old daughter waiting patiently to be helped. The young lady tells out, "Dr. Lee, I need your help please ". I can hear a faint sound coming from the back saying "I'm on lunch". So I continued to wait. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and an Asian lady walks in and sits a few chairs from me and my daughter. As we're sitting there, the young lady yells for Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee comes out wiping his mouth and getting himself together. The lady working there gestures to him to help me (since I've been waiting a while now) That's when the Asian lady got up and just started showing him some paperwork she had, completely ignoring me. The lady that works there was shaking her head and rushed the person she was helping just so she can help me. Well Dr. Lee, you won't be getting my business and you better believe I will spread the word. FYI, I only gave 1 star for the helpful young lady that DID NOT IGNORE ME. read more

He is not the eye doctor but he guided me through my out-of-state benefit coverage when my insurance is about to expire, and took the extra time to check and compare my old prescription glasses to my new one, and eventually discovered that the former helped me see better so i had to be refracted and tested again by the clinic's two doctors. This is the type of customer service that earns a customer, and with that, i highly recommends their services. read more
