She always has your best interest, provides excellent care, has great bedside manner and can be funny, and doesn't try to upsell you unlike other doctors. Hands down this office has the best Ophthalmologists and Optometrists in town. The Optician, Mike, is also excellent. He is very patient and knowledgeable. Only came here because my coworker recommended this place. Overall experience has not been the best. I gave this place a second chance. I got my contact lenses precision brand daily a little over a year ago and I hated them. They come out creased so at times I would open a fresh pair and end up throwing it away because it would keep irritating my eyes. I've always used the monthly ones but I hoped that the daily would be better fresher for my eyes. The doctor at my visit recommended precision brand. read more

Before moving to Las Vegas in 2020, I've been to optometrists in Pittsburgh Pa, and Los Angeles Ca - one of them was someone I would consider world class. This is the other one I would say that about. Elite Eye Care is as good as it gets. I wear progressive lens and if they're not fitted well, they aren't any good. Mike is one of only two people who got it right. It makes such a difference if you have people who really know what they're doing. The entire staff is highly competent. Do not see anyone except for Dr. Gutierrez. I was a patient here for over 6 years and it's gone downhill. One important thing to note is you WILL have issues obtaining medical records from them. Dr.G is the only thing that makes This place elite at elite eye care. She's very efficient and effective when it comes to anything vision. Other than Dr.G I would strongly recommend getting your frames and lenses from anywhere else. I had ordered a pair of glasses that was suppose to be blue light blockers, didn't receive that protection, also had gotten warranty on the pair as well which also was a joke. The warranty starts when you order the frames but you won't receive the frames for at least a month or two. Mike their sales person is a good sales person but sells you on items you'll never receive. I've found Elite Eye Care when I first moved here from Hawaii. This was 2 years ago. I actually found them on Yelp believe it or not. They looked clean and well put together so I gave it a shot. They did not disappoint. All of the staff there are very friendly. Nice and welcoming. I've had glasses since I was 7 and contacts ever since I was able to learn how to put them on lol. So I'm pretty picky when it comes to the people who help me with my prescriptions. When I first moved out to Vegas I redid my prescription just to make sure I had everything I needed before moving out. But of course I ran out of contacts so I needed more. Since my first visit I have actually changed the brand I've been using for years. Courtesy of doctor's recommendations I now wear the best contacts I ever used. Talk about impressive, this place is the best. I've been coming here for years and I have no complaints. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is comforting. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and they are all very knowledgeable. There is not a high turn over rate there and that to me speaks volumes. First time here. I filled out the general application as the female worker requested me to do so. After I handed it to her, she now asked, "did you make an appointment with us?" I said "it's my first time here." I didn't see anyone besides me waiting in the waiting area. I told that female worker.."then I'll go to the other places. " And she just let me go out the door. So bad business and wonder why these places will close down in the end. Need to train your staff better as every customer who comes in for for first time is a potential keeper. You have no signs saying you need to make an appointment first. But thank you though because you saved me my hard earning money! Very bad business and inside it's gloomy dark at waiting area. I've been going to Elite Eye Care for years and they're great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Wait times are never too long. They have a great selection of glasses. However, my only issue is that they charge double for their contact lenses. I usually go to lens.com for my contact lenses but I was out and decided to order them through the office. I paid $224 thinking it was for 4 boxes of lenses, but when I went to pick them up it was only for TWO boxes. That's a seriously huge mark up compared to what I can purchase them for online (which 4 boxes will cost me $233). I remember that it costs more for contacts at the office but I had no idea they were this much so it's my fault for not ordering online like I normally do. While their service is great, if you want to order your lenses you'll save a lot more money purchasing them online. read more

We also have been with Elite for over 14 years and there are plenty of reasons we will experience our15th, 16th, and more. It's always about the little things that mean so much over the course of a relationship and the staff at Elite consistently delivers. This morning was no different. I woke up this morning and realized I fell asleep with my glasses on but they didn't stay on my face all night, they ended up under me. I was pretty stressed as I had a critical meeting at 9:00 am in Henderson. I drive to Elite at 8:20 and sat there until about 8:40 when the staff started to arrive. Michael being one of the first greeted me when I approached him. I explained my situation and without hesitation took my glasses and said "give me a couple minutes". Moments later Michael came out with my reconstructed glasses good as new clean lenses and all. Every time I interacted with the team members, I was helped on a first-name basis. I went here for my first ever pair of glasses and now contacts. I definitely recommend this place especially if your new to eye care like me, and if your not you can be in and out real quick like my wife when she needs a new prescription. Never had a long wait to be seen even when I called for a same day appointment. The team has been amazingly patient with me even when I'm blinking during imaging and learning to use contacts. Was having problems with blurry vision and heavy glare/sensitivity at night. Called and made an appointment and was able to get one about 2 weeks out. They are open on the weekends but always open at 9. (Wish they were open Earlier/later for those of us who want to come before Work or after work because it feels like you have to take a 1/2 day off to see any provider Checked in at 9:23- was immediately helped and TIP: you can have them email you your New Patient paperwork so you don't spend 20min filling it out and waste your time. After paperwork, I waited about 15min for one of the doctors assistants to do a eye pressure test and what I can only describe as a small picture of a house on farm that was put in and out of focus on each eye. They did clean the head rest and chin rest in front of me which was nice so I knew the machine was clean I was then brought back out to the waiting room, where I sat again, and waited. Only to be brought back to another room to wait again- seems very inefficient. Sat back here at 9:50am In the exam room, I was told to do the eye exam with the letter to test my vision quality in each eye.
