I only come here when I'm in a rush because they're really good about immediately sitting you where's other places makes you wait. However, the quality is not worth how much more they charge than surrounding places. Last time I came, I had shellac chipping within five or so days. Today when I went, the man messed up my shellac twice, barely removed any dead skin, and my nails are now different lengths and not evenly shaped. They look okay from far so it's whatever, but I can definitely see how poorly done they are. I probably won't be back unless it's the only place open because they do stay open later than other places. read more

What a great nail salon. There is rarely a wait and the ladies always deliver great service. It's managed very well and the establishment is clean and detailed. My mani and pedi is $40 and I'm in and out in one hour. The chairs and getting a little old but I overlook that because of their service. Located right next to HEB. read more

I was skeptical about leaving a review because I've gotten my pedicure done here numerous times and they've done a great job. Although I go to a different shop for my full sets/fill I decided I should give this place a try. The young lady who did my nails was really sweet but very rough. The drill bit she used caused pain to my fingers to the point where about 5 of them across both hands were bleeding. She apologized however here I am two days later with sore hands still and bandages on my fingers. I think I will just stick with the pedicures here. read more

I came in to get my nails done for my wedding before I went to work so before she put the acrylic on my nails everything was fine. As she kept going I wasn't paying attention as much so she finished I paid and I left so I could get to work on time. That's when I noticed how messed up my nails were. Went in looking to get neon nails with a flame design, the salon receptionist and nail technician Dianne were so helpful in making sure they could do what I wanted. Dianne had never done flame nail art before and she took the time to practice and give me the nails I have been wanting for so long! I've struggled to find a salon in the area to do it. What can I say?! I just moved here, called multiple places to ask if they do Actual gel nails..: and was sworn YES! I get to my appointment and they ask if I want shellac or ??? I said I booked gel... do you do gel? Oh yes we do!! I ask again.. REAL GEL? Not acrylic? Yes! Real gel I'm told. As he (Kevin) begins to grind out my old nails, he uses the gold metal color grinder... NOT what's Ever been used on my gel my nails before! He did not grind enough off but kept mocking my nails ... (my last mail tech was the Bomb!) in the end ... he hurt me 3x, made me bleed.. then once he's ready to apply, IT IS ACRYLIC NOT GEL! I was so upset I was like this is not gel, so I explained for the 3rd time and they are like... No we don't to dat... WTF?! That's what I asked for from the START!! In the end he did not build up my nail, he used tips for my repair instead of building up with gel like I wanted...I've 5 flat nails in all and today 1 week 1 day in..:my nail popped off scratching my arm!!! THESE PROPLE ARE LIARS, and NOT PROFESSIONALS!!! It's all about lying, overcharging and just horrid nail techs! Plus while I was there, they called a client and lied saying her booked appointment (with another Asian man) had to be moved to someone else, lying up an excuse because neither he nor my tech Kevin wanted to service her, all complaining that she was too picky! Well now knowing their work, I get why a client is Picky! AWFUL CLIENT SERVICE! AWFUL NAIL TECHS! Unprofessional!!! DONOT waste your time, money and nails!! read more

Lynn who is my nail tech is very personable, acknowledgable and very informative when she does my nails and toes. I always go to her and if she not there, I either end up with Solas or another amazing nail technician. They all are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend my friends and family in order to get a manicure or pedicure or both as they used great organic herbs on your feet and hands. read more

I went to this group of ladies for years when they were across the street. Now they're working out of the location next to the HEB and it's a beautiful shop. Brand new pedicure chairs and lovely decor. I stopped coming during COVID and am fully faxed now and was excited to come back. So nice to see the same friendly faces. My feet are very sensitive. My nail technician listened to my concerns and followed my specific pedicure requests. She was quick and professional. She turned on the massage chair, and the front desk associate passed by to make sure the water temperature was okay and gave me something to drink. It was a good experience. Horrible technician. She was joking with another lady the whole time that she was doing my nails and she filed so hard made 2 of my fingers bleed. Horrible job, hidden charges everywhere until you pay. When you want to see the receipt, they demanded you pay first and sign until they provide you with the break down!! On top of that, the ombré acrylic came out extremely uneven and thick, I'm still trying to get all the product from underneath my nails out. TERRIBLE!!! read more

This has been my go to spa for the past couple years, but today was honestly the worst experience I've ever had there. I went in for an eyebrow wax, they called me back, but as Tracy was doing my brows, she ended up dropping wax 4 separate times on my neck and the inner corner of my eye. She also did not ask if I wanted my upper lip and chin waxed, but went ahead and did it anyways. I'm seriously disappointed with this experience and hope one day I can give them another chance. read more

I went to get my mani done with shellac and left there with 3 nicked cuticles. This girl got me bloody. I told her on the first one and she rubbed my finger for a second and smiled- did it 2 more times. Ouch! No apology, no discount, how am I going to eat crawfish now without it burning- ugh. $32 for pain- no thanks! I really wanted to like this place because it's conveniently close to HEB. read more

As a 5 year customer I have to say this is by far the BEST nail salon I've been to. Service is excellent and you absolutely get what you pay for! Well, well, well.... I think I have found my replacement for my old stomping grounds across the way. This place is perfect. It is clean, convenient and has all the amenities that I need. Plus I think they are cheaper than SKY nails as well! I walked in and was immediately greeted with a courteous staff. Very open layout with plenty of chairs to seat customers. The nail tech was awesome!!! Plus she did a mean design by hand which was nice. Sometimes at SKY they had to find a tech who could do one. Yep! I'm putting the word out. As long as when I come in you don't take my spot in line!!!!! Haha! Did I mention nothing on there menu was over 50 bucks. And some deals included wax and stone with special herbs and scrubs!!! read more

Cleanest place I've ever been, drinks offered and accepted, fresh tools used from hermetically sealed bags and they put impregnated gloves on, popping the fingered ends off to work on me. I came here 4 days ago & got acrylics & my nails started to lift 2 days after , I also got a finger full of diamonds & 2 hours later I already had diamonds falling off . I PAYED 70 DOLLARS FOR THESE HOES AND THEY BOUT BAD AF! AND there isn't no powder at the top of my nail you can tell my nails needed more polish. Anytime a nail tech does your nails in 15 minutes or less you know it's a bad job. He left out several steps short-cutting the job---so sloppy. The nail he replaced was too big and then he could not match it to my other nails. I asked him to fix it and he filed so harshly I was afraid he was going to break my finger. And, still the nail does not match; it looks stupid. After he filed the previous polish off my nails he grabbed each of my hands and had me hold them off to the side of his table so he could brush the filed polish onto the floor. When he implied he was finished (by pushing my hands toward me) I asked for some cuticle oil for my nails. He grabbed this pen type device and began to shake it and attempted to spread it on my nails. I guess it was supposed to have some cuticle oil in it but it did not. This is by far the worst nail experience of my life. Their website states (if you can read through all their bad English) they are "famous"----if that's the case and this person continues working there (who knows maybe he's the owner---I wouldn't know since he never said one word to me) they will definitely have trouble getting return customers. Of all the places on FM2920 and I picked them to roll into. Any idiot could have done a much better job than this person. Why oh why did I choose them? Please just have him sweep the floor if he needs a job and stay far away from customers. read more

I really love that this place isn't over decorated. It makes me feel claustrophobic when salons put kitschy stuff all around. That being said, Tina is my go-to for pedicures. Christine is great for manicures. Reasonable and clean. read more
