Anyway, as my group finished golf and arrived for lunch most said the grounds were as hard as a rock, not in good shape and I should be glad not to have golfed that day. Hmm. They all said no more golf outings there. In all fairness, it is the first week of Spring and maybe it just needs more time since the season is just starting. Nonetheless...they were very disappointed. On a good note, the 20 of us sat on the outside covered patio and had a really good lunch. I wasn't expecting much based on the bad reviews of the course therefore I was quite surprised just how good the food was at their restaurant. My burger and fries were delicious. Cooked exactly as requested. The chicken cheesesteak was a huge sandwich and filled with a generous amount of chicken. Two could easily share that. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Only one mishap...they ran out of fries! Substituted onion rings. Normally, that would be a good thing however, the onion rings looked awful. Skinny and overdone, more fried breading then onion...not the good kind of onion rings. Glad I was last to get the fries otherwise my review would be less stars. The quesadilla, salads and other meals also looked very good and generous portions. Our service was friendly and timly. I can see going back for lunch at some point to dine outside on a nice day. Not sure about the golf? I was fluctuating between 3 and 4 stars bc 3.5 would be my pick however, I just can't do 4 stars...hopefully next time. I highly recommend you do not conduct business with this gentleman. As other reviewers have previously written, he is a one man "company" who runs the business out of his Doylestown home, has no real employees, hires lowest bid subcontractors to renovate your pool, has changed his company name numerous times, and according to several other pool renovation companies I have reached out to fix this mess maintains an extremely poor reputation in the industry. We paid him an initial deposit in June 2021. Months passed with nothing happening. Out of the blue, he then proceeded to demolish our family's pool last fall with two young men showing up unannounced at our home without the required township permits. The work was rushed, sloppy, and shoddy. Our automatic pool cover track was removed and bent in the process. The mortar was not properly and completely removed so more demolition and prep work will still need to be done to prepare the pool for its next phase of renovation. Gallons of saltwater were dumped onto our grass, plants, and trees. Our pool was left filled with debris. In addition, the sloppy demolition may have damaged the plumbing which will now need to be pressure tested. Bob Whitaker had no supplies when he demolished our pool. He failed to reserve and secure our necessary materials. He gave my husband the run-around via text messages for nine months. And has left our family with our four year old son pool-less for the upcoming summer season. He refuses to answer calls or return my husband's deposit. Even though, his incomplete and sloppy demolition has provided no savings or value now that we need to hire another contractor to renovate our pool. I hope my warning can prevent someone else from making the same mistake our family made retaining Aqua Renovations' services saving unnecessary stress, unpleasantness, inconvenience, frustration, and the wasting of hard earned money.

When we first started going this was a nice affordable way to spend a Saturday afternoon, and purchase a couple of pumpkins. I do not know what has happened. These events have become overly commercial and very expensive. All of the activities now take tickets. There was a slide that cost 2 dollars. This seemed exceedingly expensive. It used to be the activities were free, but you paid for food, the pumpkins, etc. I can understand charging for a hayride which we rode, and I have to say it was very nice , relaxing and fun. Both my 15 year old and 6 year old enjoyed this hayride. There is a lot to do, and the activities are fun. However, as stated above, you will pay for everything you do or eat here. The corn maze was fun, but a bit short. The highlight was the hayride. They did have a guy playing guitar and singing country types of songs. He was quite good, and the music added to the atmosphere. The hours are 12-4 which really should be expanded to end at 5 or 6. The bottom line is we had a good time, but spent over $75 for a 2 1/2 hour visit. This is not a very good value.
