This review was due many years ago... Dr. Tan and staff,, I apologize for just now typing and posting this. Dr. Tan is an absolutely amazing dentist, he was recommended to my wife by one of her coworkers probably somewhere around 6 years ago. When I went for my very first appointment with Dr. Tan I needed quite a bit of Dental work done. As embarrassing as it is to say as a grown man I am not a fan of going to the dentist, it gives me pretty bad anxiety before and during the appointment. I was absolutely amazed at how far and beyond Dr. Tan and his assistants will go out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as you could possibly be while you are at his office and in his chair. Maria at the front desk has always been a pleasure to deal with when making appointments and checking in for your appointment. Dr. Tan has done more root canals and crowns for me than I would like to admit due to a history of brittle teeth in my family. Dr Tan is also a very honest and down to earth person, I feel like we have built a good dentist and patient relationship over the years and not just with me but my wife and our 2 sons. My wife actually just took both of our sons 2 days ago for cleanings and my youngest son who is 6 is not good at all with going to any kind of doctor especially the dentist, that was his first time with Dr. Tan and his staff, when they returned home I did not expect to see my 6 year old as happy and in a good mood as he was. But I already knew the kind of atmosphere and people he was going to encounter at this office so I kind of expected a different outcome with my son than his first dentist we took him to. I can not say enough good things about this dental team, Dr. Tan and his staff are probably the best in the dental field and my family are forever patients here. I've been coming to Spring Complete Care Dentistry for over two years now, and when I came I needed a lot of dental work as I neglected my teeth for over 5 years while taking care of other people in my family. To make my situation worse, I have had a crippling fear of dentists my whole life and so I have avoided them--to my own great harm. So one can imagine my mix of fear and apprehension when I first visited Dr. Tan here at this dental office. Frankly I almost skipped my appointment if it were not for my wife reminding me to go and also Dr. Tan's polite phone reminder. During my visit, I can distinctly feel my anxiety and fear go away quickly after the entire staff treated me with incredible kindness and respect. I was also impressed by the efficiency of the dental office. All in all, over the last two years I got most of my dental work done, and the quality is top notch and I have nothing to complain about! Take it from me, a guy who usually hates dentists, that if you are looking for a quality dentist to care for your teeth and give you the best combination of quality and service, this is the place to go. Best dentist ever! I came here on a friend's rec and was not disappointed. He told me that Dr. Tan and his people are the best dental folks he's ever met and I can only agree. The check in process was flawless and fast as I had downloaded some forms on their website and brought it in, took a mere 5 min (last dental office took 40 min) to get me into the chair and ready for my x- rays. Can't complain about that! And everything afterwards was great too. Cleaning was very comfortable, and i ended up watching part of a show that I liked on their Netflix. The whole facility is brand new, smells excellent and looks extremely modern and easy on the eyes. I am completely converted and will be a patient here as long as I am in the area. And Dr. Tan himself has a great bedside manner and the entire staff are pleasant to talk with! read more

A co-worker of mine referred me to Dr. Tan as my family and I have been looking for a new family dentist in the area. I was a bit skeptical at first because I have never liked dentists (in fact, in all honesty seriously disliked getting dental work done), but decided to give it a try. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed warmly by the staff and the office itself is clean and homely. In fact, other than the treatment rooms themselves I felt very much at home. Dr. Tan himself was also extremely pleasant, polite, and friendly. Being a very skeptical person I asked a lot of questions and he was very forthcoming with all the information I needed. I have had quite a bit of work done here at Spring Complete Care Dentistry. I actually live pretty far away and found the office through a friend of mine. I found Dr. Tan very helpful and competent.He is a perfectionist who takes all the requests and questions of his patients seriously. The assistant and front desk of the clinic were also very kind and professional. They all tried to make me not nervous and relieve my nervous mood. I had two pleasant medical experiences. If I have any other dental problems in the future, I still want to come here to see Dr. Tan. Even I'm far from here. It was all worth it. Dr. Tan and his team are beyond wonderful! I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. You can really tell Dr. Tan is very adept at taking out teeth as he was able to remove my infected teeth in a very efficient routine--didn't seem anymore than a cakewalk for him. The staff provided a warm and welcoming environment and showed great patient-centered care. They really deserve more than 5 stars if I had my way!I highly recommend Spring Complete Care Dentitry, they are awesome! read more

I, along with many others, do not enjoy dentist appointments, but Spring Complete Care Dentistry is probably as good as it gets. Dr. Jeff Tan is really great- he is very thorough in his procedures, planning, and execution. Billing is very transparent and they break down all of the charges for you. The office has a professional but very local/homey feel, which is great and welcoming. The friendly office staff, potential Saturday appointments, and Netflix in the rooms are all pulses as well! read more

Our family has a vacation home in the area. We found Dr. Tan based on his excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. The office is clean, and homely with a simple enviroment. Most importantly the people were great, from Maria at the front desk to Dr. Tan and his assistants. I can't find anything to criticize and I am a picky one. I am absolutely floored with this place. I have been looking for a dentist since moving to Spring about 4 months ago and found this office based on a co-worker's referral. Glad to say that she was right on the mark. The whole experience visiting was extremely pleasant and they were very much on time and got through my appointment very efficiently. I went through 3 other local dentists before I found Dr. Tan and I have been with his practice now for about 3 years now. I am continually impressed with this office every single time I go for a cleaning or treatment. Everyone is extremely friendly and competent. Just had my first visit here this morning. Excellent experience. The front desk receptionist was very friendly, got my paperwork done in less than 10 minutes and had me in the chair doing x-rays and exam very soon after that. Dr. Tan himself is a very good dentist, he is young but very savvy and skillful. Just here for my 6 month cleaning. Great experience as usual! I have been at Dr. Tans office for a long time now and I can say he is the best dentist I have ever met. It is hard to find an honest dentist nowadays but Dr. Tan is definitely one of them. No doubt the best dental office in the Spring/Woodlands area. I have been to 4 or 5 offices in the region over the last 7-8 years and most are really just after your money. Dr. Tan is a highly competent dentist who did excellent work (bridge, multiple root canals) for me and I am extremely grateful.
