We have used them for a year, primarily for scorpions, and we have had no issues. (Scorpions are a problem in my neighborhood, so this is big). They removed the nests and cleaned out all of the debris from two alcoves. Afterwards, they placed galvanized mesh over the openings to obstruct future nesting. This company is very personable and stands behind their work. They do typical maintenance, as well as some specialized services. For example, they're treating a gopher problem we have that is currently aerating our front lawn without permission. They've also done a termite control service on our house as well (for those of you unaware, in AZ it's not a matter of if, just when so you have to be diligent in looking for them. The tubes are a giveaway to look for coming from the ground up). We've been very happy with their service, and they even on absolute short notice helped out my mom with a roof rat problem that another company was taking her for a ride on. They almost even came same day for that even though it was like 530pm. Company you can count on. Full disclosure we still occasionally do our own scorpion hunting (blowtorch and blacklight combo at night), but we rarely have issues with bugs. If we see them inside, anything venemous is always quite deceased. I think the only thing we've seen alive in the house over the years is like......a few silverfish? We also have two dogs so whatever they spray with isn't too bad for the dogs either though we always let it dry.
