So I just signed up for this place less than a month ago. Today was the third day this month I drove to this location and they were closed. I'm not super close to this location so it's irritating to waste gas and turn around once you see they are just randomly closed. I called the the other location and they answered explaining the Arapahoe location employee didn't show up....so hopefully someone will show up by 1:00. The last time they were closed was 12:00 pm and 1:20pm, on a weekday. What kind of business does this.!!?? I know I'm not the only customer that has dealt with this issue. I spoke to another patron pulling on the door to open at the time I showed up around 1:20pm. She also explained she was there earlier in the morning around 9:30am, and no one was there then either. This place has gone from great to absolutely horrible. I've been a member for almost 9 years. The package I got was for spray tanning, which was perfect for me. I have now been 3 times in the last two months where they aren't open during regular business hours. No signs to say why, just closed. They do nothing to rectify this and it's aggravating. Sad it's gone to this terrible service place. I cancelled my membership and will be finding a new spray tan place. read more

Tia company is completely unorganized, employees never show up I have gone daily and door is locked because they can't find someone to work @ location meanwhile I have had $60 deducted from my bank account & I can't use the service other locations don't answer phones no one to speak to this is my third day of them being closed I'm paying for service but can't use it ! Why hasn't the owner opened the location instead ! This place has been an ongoing issues for sometime no note on the door to let customers know what's going on other then when you do get ahold of an employee from another location it's said they are not open due to not having workers shame on owner ... it's extremely far for me to drive to other locations bc they can't find help I live in Parker .. definitely not a reliable business at all . I just can't say enough BAD about the Arapahoe Road location. Because of continued issues keeping their doors open with staffing or having the Versa products on hand, I finally, and mercifully, cancelled my membership 3 weeks ago. Because you pay in advance, I had one month left still to (apparently NOT) use the service for which I paid. In the 3 weeks since I cancelled, I have tried to go there 4 times. Twice they were AGAIN out of product, and twice they have been closed because of a "power" issue (when adjacent businesses were all open). Just unbelievably bad, and if I thought I could get a response I would try to get a refund. One recent employee there, Elizabeth, was very good and was trying to make things better. I hope that poor girl finds another job because she was great. On the positive side, the Leetsdale location has always been very good. read more

If I could give negative numbers I would. This sight seems to be closed down along with the University location. I am here to cancel my membership and there is no business in this location. They do not answer their phones or return messages but they WILL keep charging you a monthly fee. Basically stealing from people as the two locations I have tried to go to are completely CLOSED DOWN. read more

They close well before 9 so don't expect to be able to count on this place for your tanning needs. They NEVER answer the phones or it gets directed to a Kate that is nice but very unhelpful. The owner was supposedly going to meet us at the location to let us spray tan since the girl working closed the store early, she never showed. We waited an hour for nothing. Kayleigh the person who calls herself a manager here has promised a refund for weeks now, but when calling to clarify why I haven't received yet, I was called names. Hung up on, have called all locations for owner or above manager to calll me back with all employees stating their hands are tied. Kayleigh doesn't respond to their needs or calls either until she decides it's time, so there nothing they can do. All messages left for tod the owner are unreturned and a follow up call only leaves all employees saying they are sorry, nothing more they can do. Kayleigh is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with even including calling me screaming at me that my refund was done(it's not) and blaming any 'miscommunication' on the fact that she has kids??? Worst business ever done business with. read more

If I could give no stars I would. There is something sketchy going on with this store, and possibly the business. I bought an annual membership-paid IN FULL- in July 2019. This store is a 20 minute drive one way for me and the ONLY reason I bought the membership is because the price was good. Well...you know what they say-you get what you pay for. There have been at least 3 times that I've gone there in the middle of the day, weekdays and weekends alike, to find the store closed. No sign or notice, just not open. I once asked why and was told that the employees' paychecks have bounced so they just don't show up in retaliation. This week the store has been closed the entire week-with a note on the door saying "power issues" (none of the other stores in this strip mall have any issues with power). I am leaving on vacation soon and really wanted my tan freshened up, so I drove the 45 minutes (one way) to the next closest location-the main store on Leetsdale. When I checked in I was found in the computer system but I was told I didn't have a membership! Then I was told I could get a tan for $18.97! Excuse me?? I asked for a manager-or contact information for one-and was told they couldn't give me that information. Since I paid for the annual membership in full I can't just cancel and stop payment. When I mentioned that I hoped I hadn't been ripped off, the employee actually said "you might have been"! I've received no response from the message I left on their website for a manager to contact me. Not sure where to go to rectify this situation but word of mouth is where I'll start. Next will be the Better Business Bureau. read more

Never open their full hours of operation. It's 11:10am on Sunday, their sign says they open at 10am and their door is locked. This is the 4th time in 2 months that I've tried to tan during their posted hours of operation and they haven't been open. No sign or anything. read more

Everyone is so friendly and attentive! Spa is always clean and I always have a relaxing experience when here!
