I have been to other glow salons but the one here in Denver is my go-to. I have to say I was witness to a very upsetting incident this morning while I was waiting, a gentleman came in with a very large pitbull dog and proceeded to raise a bit of a ruckus with the manager. The manager was overly nice to him as I felt and this gentleman was being very disagreeable and to be honest he was making me nervous and a bit scared, the size of the dog did not help and the fact that he brought a dog into be confrontational with the staff really upset me and it made me question my safety here and for the staff. Apparently the customer was upset over being billed for something that happened months and months ago but I feel bringing a pitbull into this salon was completely uncalled for. I have and train service dogs and know that animals are trained to generally go by the humans voice and their tone and this to be honest made me even more nervous. The staff does not deserve this kind of treatment and I actually feel as a customer I don't deserve to have to put up and listen to this kind of behavior from a gentleman I'm fear for myself or the staff this confrontation in my opinion could have been dealt with outside or in a much much better manner with a lower tone of voice and to talk to the staff that way was in my opinion unacceptable. I hope the owner sees this review because this location is amazing and to be honest that customer hopefully he does leave because he actually made me nervous for being in here.

They prey on high school kids, get them to sign up for their monthly service and then give them the run around when they try to cancel it. First my daughter was told she had to cancel it in person. Then told that it had to be done online. When you call to the billing line it puts you on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnects the call. I have put a report into the better business bureau.

Two girls at the front desk. one said absolutely nothing maybe she was in training. Talk to the other, let her know that I have never been here before, that I received this $10 try anything out offer. All she did was look at me and said, ok. I said, it's been awhile since I've tanned so not sure what to try. She said well you can try whatever. I said, ok, well I'm not sure what you have to offer, what do you suggest? She said I'll just put you in bed 13 or 14. Ok, I said. I told her I had my Goggles, but needed to purchase a packet of lotion, cause I this point not knowing anything about this place and not getting any help I quickly decided to not purchase a package or lotion only the packet. If I did like my session I'd probably go to another location that could actually help me with my questions. So Juliette per the receipt said your total is $29.35. I then asked, thats with the $10 offer, she said yep. So the packet of lotion that is a one and done is $19.35. Understanding tax etc, but how Did my $10 offer turn into $29.35. just looked at me and said how long do you wanna tan for. I said let's try 8mins, ok you're in 13. Again, never been here before, not sure where bed 13 is, how to turn it on anything. I really should've just walked out but, I didn't. Anyways, tanned was walking out both girls sitting down talking g to each other, I said thank you. They both stopped talking looked at me and said nothing. Are all Palm Beach teams like this? I did some research and found this location very close. Convenient, plenty of parking, add easy in and out. Never have an issue getting into a room. All the supplies you may need available on site. Their musical selection also hits the right spot. There is nothing worse than bad music to kill your vibe. I even found a Groupon for new customers, which helped make my late-night decision. After a week I have great results. I should be all ready to blend in on the other side of the world.

The owner introduced me to her CBD line of products. She explained the product benefits and had me try both the CBD pain stick and the oral Tincture .
