Went to the store the next day and they did receive it, promising me to email me a copy of my signed approval. Waited 24hrs and no receipt. Went back to the store and had to start all over again, as nothing had been done as promised. They tried to get me to just freeze the account, save the credits, blah, blah, blah. Told them as direct as I could to terminate everything and cancel the auto payment. (Read your fine print, if this is not done by the 25th of the month, they hit you with another payment.) So, three weeks later, auto pay is still live on my bank account, go to the store and she says, "Oh, we just suspended the account for you, yes you will still be billed $7 per month for this!!" Fortunately I kept copies of who and when I spoke to each person, and was guaranteed that this time it would happen and that I would not have any more issues. I have yet to see that change come through and will be visiting the store and calling corporate again. Reading all of the other reviews, this appears to be how they are trained to maintain their numbers and save their jobs. VERY unprofessional!!!! FR, Highlands Ranch

I have a Black Friday package that will never exist again. I have thru May to utilize it and I…read morepurchased this in February 2023 while it was still At the Beach- all was fine until Palm Beach decided to change all the rules for a store that didn't need changing. I have no set "schedule" when I go here; I literally pop in randomly when it works out- today, I want to go but just realized because I went last night last minute at 8:45, I won't even be able to tan at all today- furious. It's such a disruption and now they waste the money I spent. I'm not interested in being able to complain to a website- allow people to have their own schedules and utilize when they're able to- what a joke; not a lot makes me upset like this, especially when it's something like tanning; but this is my money and I'm resorting to now having to go 1 or 2 times per week because of this crap. I worked in tanning industry for 5 years in college and if someone wanted to come in 2 days in a row because they couldn't make it in for the last 5 days of the week, that's what they did. I'm either requesting a refund or I'm going to go further up. I'm so frustrated with this situation and I only tan for events- this being for a trip to Arizona - the fact that I can't use anything today absolutely crushes any chance that this place can redeem itself in my book.

The location was easy to find, with convenient and accessible parking. Amy was ready for me the moment I walked through the door. She began with a thorough skin evaluation and then provided an incredible facial that included cleansing, exfoliation, a peel, pore extractions, hydration, and a relaxing facial massage. What really stood out was how detailed and professional Amy was throughout the entire experience. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment and made sure I understood exactly what she was doing and why. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly top-notch. After the treatment, she allowed me plenty of time to relax and recover without ever making me feel rushed. On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Joe, who was equally welcoming, hospitable, and pleasant. Overall, this spa is truly a hidden gem in Highlands Ranch! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service, professionalism, and an exceptional spa experience. I will definitely be back for more services!

I live downtown and there are dozens of tanning salons I could visit for this service but I gladly drive 30 minutes to make sure I get perfect tan. I'd never had a spray tan of any kind before going to Weslene so I was super nervous over the idea of turning out like an Oompa Loompa, but she came recommended AND I found her Groupon... so I kind of HAD to try it :) So glad I did! No orange, no lines, no smears (make sure to ask for a face wipe to clear all the oils off your face before she sprays that area. My face must not have been completely clear the first time I went because as my tan wore off there was a hint of blotchiness around the crown of my face, hardly noticeable but still something one could be self-conscious about. Anyway I shared that with Weslene at my next tan and she gave me a face wipe prior to spraying my face- ever since, no more blotches). Definitely visit Brazilian Bronze.
