They offer a great membership plan. Don't let the name (Glo Tanning) fool you as it did me. There is MORE than tanning. I go mostly to relax & refresh and rarely use the AWESOME selection of tanning beds. I hope they get a Vibration type of unit back!!!

I also love double dipping (they call it cocktail tanning, where you can tan in a sunbed and then get a sunless/spray tan). I leave the salon looking so bronzed and feeling great! And I like how their membership pricing structure is straightforward. I've been using their level 1 & 2 beds, but at my last visit I splurged on a level 5 bed, and it was fantastic. It had a flat tanning surface inside, and it was so spacious! Their equipment is top-notch and kept in impeccable condition, which I appreciate. The relaxation and feeling great from a minimal time investment is important to me, and I love The Palms for helping me to look and feel my best!

They prey on high school kids, get them to sign up for their monthly service and then give them the run around when they try to cancel it. First my daughter was told she had to cancel it in person. Then told that it had to be done online. When you call to the billing line it puts you on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnects the call. I have put a report into the better business bureau.
