It was the middle of the night, and I woke up realizing my vacation in 3 weeks was someplace it would be summer, yet I was whiter than toilet paper!!! I did some research and found this location very close. Convenient, plenty of parking, add easy in and out. Never have an issue getting into a room. All the supplies you may need available on site. Their musical selection also hits the right spot. There is nothing worse than bad music to kill your vibe. I even found a Groupon for new customers, which helped make my late-night decision. After a week I have great results. I should be all ready to blend in on the other side of the world. read more

The rooms could use a little more convenience factors like mirrors and the technology needs updates like countdown timers and I'm amazed the lack of technology. I've been a long time client of Tan your hide in Parker. Unfortunately things went very wrong today. I drive 20 minutes to get to this location. I always do the mystic tan every other week in the winter months. Today upon going in to get my spray tan the machine broke as i was naked inside the booth. Lotion on, Hair net on and feet covers applied. The machine sprayed by legs for about 2 minutes but never moved up. I tried to get out of the machine by stepping over the sprayer and told myself off. Put all my clothes back on and went to see the the receptionist upfront. She tried to fix it and called the owner. The owner's response was to go home and shower. I suggested to them that I use one of their other machines to get a tan today since I was already there, and then I would come back in the morning before my cruise departed to even out the spray that was only on half of my body. I even suggested I go in the bathroom and try to remove the spray from my legs. The owner suggestion again was just to go home. I just feel after this many years of coming to Tan your hide they should've offered me to go in one of their machines to fix the problem as i suggested but instead they told me to go home. I asked for the owners information but the front desk lady said i couldn't have it. I really would have appreciated them taken better care of me. Offer me a different service or something. So now i'm in the parking lot with lotion all over my dress, Spray tan on half my body and going home. When you own a small business it's important to take care of your people. Way to go Tan your hide. That was not the solution to my problem. read more

DISCLAIMER: the store manager is awesome, her name is Allie, and she is very helpful especially with my situation. This is a CORPORATE PROBLEM!!! READ THE CONTRACT FULLY!!! If you cancel, they will send you to collections with a bill that's 4x higher than your membership WITHOUT notice. I'm not the only person they have done this to. However, never once was I given a formal contract to read, everything was verbal and only talked about risks with tanning beds, not contracts after cancelation!!! Also when I cancelled, I called first, they told me I had to go in person to cancel, I cancelled in person, verbally, like I did when I started the membership. after I cancelled, I changed banks and so even if they were still charging me, I would have had no idea that it was getting declined. THEY SHOULD CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS ABOUT THESE ISSUES. Now they are claiming I never cancelled the membership and are charging me for months after I cancelled. Absolute fraud. Disgusted by this. GO TO PALM BEACH TAN INSTEAD. They have 5000x the quality, cheaper, no underwriting in contracts, and they allow you to cancel any time no questions asked. read more

The customer service here was awful this day. I've never experienced that which I why I went back after the last time this happened. I redeemed my code within 30 days and I think that you should still be able to have two credits on your account if you redeem your code within 30 days. The lady who was working was trashy in the sense she didn't even try to provide customer service. read more

Allie the manager called me 9/4/24 and left a message 1 month after the renewal process had started apologizing and saying everything was finally fixed. I had already moved on. I usually come to tan once a week on Saturdays, but the past couple times I have gone during regular business hours, you guys happen to be closed? There has been a note put up saying go to a different location. Not sure if you guys have changed your hours of operation... I am very disappointed as I write this review. I purchased a Groupon for two spray tans awhile back. I went in to redeem one and had a good experience with both the employee and the Mystic spray tan booth. The employee stated that she would enter my information and the Groupon in their system, and I could come back whenever for the second tan since I had purchased two. Today, I called them just to make sure that the credit was still in their system and that it hadn't expired. I simply wanted to check that everything was all set before driving 25 miles round trip. The girl who answered (I think her name was Michaela) was super nice. She tried to look me up in their system by my full name, date of birth, phone number, and address. Ultimately they had no record of me anywhere, so that means there was no record of the Groupon or credit for the second spray tan. So I basically bought a Groupon for one spray tan instead of two, and it seems like I would have been better off just going in one time and paying full price. They have nice people and good facilities here, but I am not sure that I would go back because of this experience. read more

Those is honestly ther worst company I have ever worked with. I I understand I signed a contract and life happens. I emailed their corporate office because the literally don't their employees ro make any decisions. I had a lease got a new apartment in Parker so it made senseto sign up with company. After a few weeks I was notified the apartment i was moving into was not going to be ready until a later date, tenant needed to stay longer. Unfortunately. I needed a place to move to before that would now be available and am now moving to Highlands Ranch. Thankfully, The Trails Rec center was kind enough to see my newly signed lease in Highlands ranch is no where near their location in Aurora so they let me cancel my membership. However, tan your hide will not let you cancel your membership... fine. I get it. Bit thet also will not let you even downgrade your membership (because they address in Parker and Aurora- no where near me)because they literally have not one ounce of empathy and would rather nickle and dime you because that's the kind ofbusiness they are. So... if your area normal person do yourself a favor and never give one penny of your hard earned money to these money grubbing owners. They don't care about business or you for that matter, they only care about taking your money even when you're not utilizing their services. I'm pretty annoyed with this location right now. It would've been my first time getting a spray tan here and when I went to pay with a $100 they wouldn't take it because there machine didn't recognize it? I'm sorry I've worked customer service for years and I know how to check a bill and this bill is REAL. She told me to go get change and come back. I'm sorry but no. They made me feel like I was trying to pay with a counterfeit and than told me to go elsewhere to get change. Like they don't trust me but maybe somewhere else will. Please educate your people on what a real bill is. My time was completely wasted and I signed up in the system for nothing. This place is a little ways from my house but I still go here because of how clean it is. There are many different rooms with different level beds so you're never waiting in line until another one opens up. They're always available! The tanning beds are new and clean, and the staff is very helpful. Love the atmosphere of this place! read more

I used a Groupon for services (one month unlimited tanning, level 1 bed) and everything was as expected. I did not have any issues with redeeming the Groupon, I was never pressured into upgrading my Groupon nor setting up a monthly contract. On my visits, there was always a clean bed ready for me and the sales associates were always friendly when checking me in. The timing of the bed was to my discretion and I loved it. If ever I need to work another base tan, I will come here, Groupon or not. read more
