I have no set "schedule" when I go here; I literally pop in randomly when it works out- today, I want to go but just realized because I went last night last minute at 8:45, I won't even be able to tan at all today- furious. It's such a disruption and now they waste the money I spent. I'm not interested in being able to complain to a website- allow people to have their own schedules and utilize when they're able to- what a joke; not a lot makes me upset like this, especially when it's something like tanning; but this is my money and I'm resorting to now having to go 1 or 2 times per week because of this crap. I worked in tanning industry for 5 years in college and if someone wanted to come in 2 days in a row because they couldn't make it in for the last 5 days of the week, that's what they did. I'm either requesting a refund or I'm going to go further up. I'm so frustrated with this situation and I only tan for events- this being for a trip to Arizona - the fact that I can't use anything today absolutely crushes any chance that this place can redeem itself in my book.

No orange, no lines, no smears (make sure to ask for a face wipe to clear all the oils off your face before she sprays that area. My face must not have been completely clear the first time I went because as my tan wore off there was a hint of blotchiness around the crown of my face, hardly noticeable but still something one could be self-conscious about. She responded and was kind enough to squeeze me in on a super full day. She does an exceptional job of explaining the aftercare and even has her own patented product that you shower off after 4 hours. Although after the shower, I looked almost the same color I was before, I woke up this morning and I already have the perfect glow that I was looking for. It takes 24 hours to fully develop so don't stress after the shower! You'll be the perfect shade in 24 hours. No orange hands or weird spots between the fingers or on the feet and ankles. No WEIRD SMELL!! Yay! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is a kind, easy to talk to, self made amazing human who makes you feel comfortable even though you're pretty much naked and as vulnerable as it gets . Her location is super easy to find and is really cute inside. Wear a long sleeve shirt and pants or a long dress and a sweater etc. That's how you avoid any smudging after the Spraytan. A few days ago, I went into their location in Highlands Ranch with a friends of mine. The girls were very nice and helpful and set me up easily in 5 minutes with a 3 month plan that I can use in the summer and then can stop being charged after those 3 months since I am in Fort Collins during the school year and can't use it to get my moneys worth. I had no idea what to expect going in to the sun-bed booth or how anything worked in there, but everything was very easy to follow and set up. No employee came in with me but I would have grabbed someone if I had no clue what I was doing or couldn't find anything. I got a cocktail tan my first time in and one of the girls walked me to the spray tan room to show me how everything worked and to make sure I got the best spray that I could while I was in there. She gave me her personal tips and they were very helpful. So all in all, my first experience was fantastic because of the staff and the friendly environment that was made for me and it makes me really excited about going back again soon!

They prey on high school kids, get them to sign up for their monthly service and then give them the run around when they try to cancel it. First my daughter was told she had to cancel it in person. Then told that it had to be done online. When you call to the billing line it puts you on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnects the call. I have put a report into the better business bureau.
