DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!…read more My experience in my 2 months of membership: 1. Getting all undressed and into spray tan booth and then nothing coming out 2. Driving all the way there and the business being closed due to snow (tried to call but there is NO WAY to call them directly and I was routed to some offshore representative who was unable to tell me information about individual businesses) 3. Spray tan ran out of tanner midway through spray. I told front desk person and they assured me it had been checked only to have my front and back turn out totally different colors the next day 4. Developed a rash! 5. Was turned away even though I arrived prior to closing time. Yuck. Horrible business and customer service.

I enjoy indoor tanning to get a nice glow, and to help my body make vitamin D. The Palms is the only place I'll go, because they have great equipment, the salon is clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly, professional, and kind. And their great pricing and membership structure really helps--no high-pressure sales tactics, just great tanning! I also love double dipping (they call it cocktail tanning, where you can tan in a sunbed and then get a sunless/spray tan). I leave the salon looking so bronzed and feeling great! And I like how their membership pricing structure is straightforward. I've been using their level 1 & 2 beds, but at my last visit I splurged on a level 5 bed, and it was fantastic. It had a flat tanning surface inside, and it was so spacious! Their equipment is top-notch and kept in impeccable condition, which I appreciate. The relaxation and feeling great from a minimal time investment is important to me, and I love The Palms for helping me to look and feel my best!

Sunspa is a full on salon, with a small oxygen bar out front perfect for anyone waiting for their appointment to get a quick fix. For $1/min, they provide disposable nosehoses and recommend between 10-30min at a time. It has 4 seperate scents and can run 2 people at a time. We paid for 5x10, and took turns in shifts. Since the machine was running anyways for the 5th, they let one of us go again for free. Its easy to swap pipes (not nosehoses eww) so we can all try all the flavors. The scents are very light, and you can barely feel the air, but overall it was a relaxing environment. They also sell bottled oxygen for anyone extremely sensitive to high altitude or planning on doing alot of vertical hiking. #PINAPARTY2019

I have been coming to the Denver location for almost 2 years now and I have to say the staff here…read moreis amazing and talk about customer service you get it here! I have been to other glow salons but the one here in Denver is my go-to. I have to say I was witness to a very upsetting incident this morning while I was waiting, a gentleman came in with a very large pitbull dog and proceeded to raise a bit of a ruckus with the manager. The manager was overly nice to him as I felt and this gentleman was being very disagreeable and to be honest he was making me nervous and a bit scared, the size of the dog did not help and the fact that he brought a dog into be confrontational with the staff really upset me and it made me question my safety here and for the staff. Apparently the customer was upset over being billed for something that happened months and months ago but I feel bringing a pitbull into this salon was completely uncalled for. I have and train service dogs and know that animals are trained to generally go by the humans voice and their tone and this to be honest made me even more nervous. The staff does not deserve this kind of treatment and I actually feel as a customer I don't deserve to have to put up and listen to this kind of behavior from a gentleman I'm fear for myself or the staff this confrontation in my opinion could have been dealt with outside or in a much much better manner with a lower tone of voice and to talk to the staff that way was in my opinion unacceptable. I hope the owner sees this review because this location is amazing and to be honest that customer hopefully he does leave because he actually made me nervous for being in here.
