She asked thoughtful questions about my skin and goals, and really took the time to tailor the facial to what I needed. Throughout the treatment, she explained each step--what she was doing, the benefits, and how I could maintain similar care at home. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving and booking a last minute appointment with Waxing in the City. Edit: the owner's response feels like I'm being gaslit because their tech rescheduled then failed to communicate that they would not be showing up or would be late to the already rescheduled appointment. I also was not offered anything besides another reschedule so I'm a bit confused about this addition to the narrative. Honestly, I would've come back but her response is very off putting.
