I enjoy indoor tanning to get a nice glow, and to help my body make vitamin D. The Palms is the only place I'll go, because they have great equipment, the salon is clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly, professional, and kind. And their great pricing and membership structure really helps--no high-pressure sales tactics, just great tanning! I also love double dipping (they call it cocktail tanning, where you can tan in a sunbed and then get a sunless/spray tan). I leave the salon looking so bronzed and feeling great! And I like how their membership pricing structure is straightforward. I've been using their level 1 & 2 beds, but at my last visit I splurged on a level 5 bed, and it was fantastic. It had a flat tanning surface inside, and it was so spacious! Their equipment is top-notch and kept in impeccable condition, which I appreciate. The relaxation and feeling great from a minimal time investment is important to me, and I love The Palms for helping me to look and feel my best!

The manager here, Nika is genuinely one of the kindest, most dedicated workers I have seen in a long time. She always makes a particular effort to make my experience welcoming and enjoyable. Nika always takes time to talk to me, get to know me, and feel as though I am more than just a customer. Im so happy to say that she is the reason i will be keeping my glo subscription. Other than the amazing service from all of the employees, the salon is always clean, smells amazing, and is an enjoyable experience.

They offered their facilities to me before I was taken back by Hayley. Hayley was super quick with my bikini wax and it was completely painless. Conversation with her was so easy. I booked an appointment for three weeks without a second thought. I was nervous because I just moved to the area and didn't know where to go and who with for my waxes but I'm happy I took a chance with EWC and Hayley! They're great and I'll be back!!

The check in reception was quick and friendly. I'm on the fence about the timeliness. They are very strict about checking in on time for your appointment and it's obviously a sticking point for them. I was 15 minutes early and I still got the spiel about it. They were not on time for the clients. The front desk apologized to client after client when ladies were checking on when they would be seen. My own appointment was 15 minutes late with minimal communication. I didn't ask, but was told I would see someone different than I was booked with, but that ultimately didn't happen. They are very heavy on FOMO sales and the presentation was over the top in my perception. It was made to seem if I didn't purchase certain deals as a first time client, I wouldn't get a great deal in the future. I think a mention is fine, but most people don't appreciate this hard sell approach as well as all the product upsells. The appointment itself was fine and Kristiyona was super fun and friendly. I was disappointed that she missed a couple obvious areas that I paid for. Hopefully next time will be better. I see that there are a lot of issues reported online about their pricing practices. I wish I would have done some research beforehand.
