I told her I was going to cancel my spray session because I was feeling shakey and that I was just going to go to the McDonald's up the street to get a soda. She told me to wait and she has drinks in the back. She then came back with drinks and candy to help me out AND still let me tan after the place technically closed. I've never encountered someone like Aubrey who was caring and sympathetic to my situation. I told her thank you and that I was feeling embarrassed and she told me not to at all and made me feel safe. Thank you Aubrey for your kindness and helpfulness! Much appreciated!!

I've been coming to Palm Beach Tan for the past 3 years only because it's close to my house, but…read moreI've never had a consistently good experience. The service is always horrible, especially at night, so I decided to switch it up and come during the day--but it was just as bad. Most recently, I sat waiting for 30 minutes after paying because I was told someone was in the machine. Turns out it was open the whole time--they completely forgot about me. Another time, I came in at 8:50 pm (they close at 9), and I was rudely told I couldn't spray tan. I understand having a cutoff, but the attitude was uncalled for. On top of that, I noticed a Geek Bar vape sitting right at the front register, which is super unprofessional for a business environment. While the manager has been kind and has listened to my concerns, it doesn't change the fact that I almost never have a good experience here. Two of my friends won't even come here anymore because of how badly they were treated. The worst part is that the tans themselves are actually great--but the service is so bad, it makes the whole experience frustrating every time.

Looking for a new tanning salon. received a $10 to try anything as a new client. So I went in,…read moredefinitely planning on just buying a package anyways since it's close to me and the prices seem great, online anyways. Went in to the Lakewood location. Two girls at the front desk. one said absolutely nothing maybe she was in training. Talk to the other, let her know that I have never been here before, that I received this $10 try anything out offer. All she did was look at me and said, ok. I said, it's been awhile since I've tanned so not sure what to try. She said well you can try whatever. I said, ok, well I'm not sure what you have to offer, what do you suggest? She said I'll just put you in bed 13 or 14. Ok, I said. I told her I had my Goggles, but needed to purchase a packet of lotion, cause I this point not knowing anything about this place and not getting any help I quickly decided to not purchase a package or lotion only the packet. If I did like my session I'd probably go to another location that could actually help me with my questions. So Juliette per the receipt said your total is $29.35. I then asked, thats with the $10 offer, she said yep. So the packet of lotion that is a one and done is $19.35. Understanding tax etc, but how Did my $10 offer turn into $29.35. just looked at me and said how long do you wanna tan for. I said let's try 8mins, ok you're in 13. Again, never been here before, not sure where bed 13 is, how to turn it on anything. I really should've just walked out but, I didn't. Anyways, tanned was walking out both girls sitting down talking g to each other, I said thank you. They both stopped talking looked at me and said nothing. Are all Palm Beach teams like this? Definitely not going back to buy a package like I was planning. Very disappointing, super close to my house. On the hunt for another Tanning salon.
