Because they partially filled it, I cant get it filled anywhere else. I am on day 4 without the rest of the meds. If they didn't have the meds and were not going to have the meds, they should not have filled the prescription. Negligent behavior. Ruined my entire antibiotics run. No accountability taken and no resolution offered. Just, "Oops". Unacceptable when providing medicine to people.

When the store manager came up, he said, "yeah we've had a lot of complaints for years about getting the pharmacy to pick up the phone". I called Omniscript probably five minutes after my doctor's office phoned in the medication and let them know I was on my way and would be driving in shortly. Not only did Omniscript turn around this time-sensitive medication in less than an hour for me, their pharmacist also discounted the medication since he felt bad about the whole situation. The staff were extremely generous, quick and helpful. If I need any further compounded medications, I'll definitely be using their services.
