It's supposed to include complete cleaning including shampooing the mats. The overall cleaning was good, but they did miss a couple of spots on the mat. On checking, I let them know and they immediately took it out and cleaned it. They also wrapped the wet mats in plastic to put in the trunk and gave us paper mats as well, which was great! I wish the waiting area was a little better because the seats were really dirty and the space smelled really mouldy and dirty. Would come back, but make sure you check everything before you leave and let the cleaners know if something has been missed.

The only thing was that after the carpet dried some salt stains were still there so I had to take it back and they did it again without a complaint. All the salt stains were gone, all the crud from the corner of the cup holders, and even all between the seats and the console, the vents and every other crevice of the car was completely clean. I have makeup on different parts of the interior of the car and it was completely gone. Even the glove compartment and all the other pockets of the car was completely cleaned up. All these photos are AFTER after they redid some of the windows. Ceramic Coat (10 years) who know if that's what they applied! they did not do a paint correction before applying Ceramic coat (alot of swirls is visible) I'm not sure if those swirls is trapped now. Just because my car was new doesn't mean you can skip steps. unfortunately I was not able to see all the missed mistakes, as it was a dark and rainy day I picked up.
